The office manager was very nice and friendly. I entered from the back of the building into the office building but that entrance is locked and they don't use it. They have an exterior entrance on the north west side of the building - use that. The decor is serene and there is Zen/yoga music playing in the background. I was really impressed with how the consultation went - Dr Yoo listened to my issue and was patient as I explained all of my previous treatments. He asked questions and really took his time. He then explained a treatment plan for me. I decided to do my first treatment while there instead of scheduling out. Before he started, he did a thorough ortho exam--he's a trained Chiropractor too but doesn't practice anymore. After so many years of pain, I didn't believe him when he said it would take 1 to 3 treatments only. But I think he's right. I woke up for the first time in 6 years without the pain. I'm going for another treatment to ensure complete therapy but I'm really impressed. Overall, you'll need to be patient. I think he sees several patients at once which is the same experience I've had at two other acupuncturists. But he listens, is friendly and he knows what he's doing.
