Haven't been here in a long time, and so I think it's time to try again for lunch. There is a lunch menu that is less expensive than the regular menu. We had Chicken Satay which I do not recommend. It's a piece of dry, tough chicken in curry powder. The Drunken Noodles is just so-so...nothing to rave about. For dessert we had the Sticky Rice Mango. The portion is generous with half a mango on top of the sticky rice, slather with coconut milk. This is the only food we actually like. If you are not fussy, and just want a quick meal, and happen to be in the vicinity, this restaurant will serve its purpose. read more

If I was told I could only eat at one restaurant, this would probably be my choice. The food is always delicious and the staff is friendly and always remembers us. I highly recommend the panang curry or the pad Thai. Love the curry puffs as well. read more

Forgot to ask the correct pronunciation of this place. Oh well. Was craving Thai food and the recent online reviews of my usual place don't look good. So I came here. Pleasantly surprised at how big the place is on the inside. It's cozy, yes, but definitely wider than it appears from the outside. The two servers waiting on the customers were Asian and had VERY thick accents but they were kind, attentive and thoughtful. I loved how they presented my lemonade (see the pics). I ordered the sweet & sour vegetables with brown rice, and a side of egg rolls. Both the sweet & sour sauce and the plum sauce for the egg rolls had a distinctive taste....a seasoning that I've never tasted. It wasn't bad. Just something I'm not used to. But the vegetables were delicious, nice and fresh, and the brown rice was great too. All in all, a pretty decent meal and it didn't break the bank! I'm giving 4 stars because I couldn't ask about the flavor in their sauces due to the language barrier. I'll definitely be back and I'll try something different. The place is nicely decorated, it's very clean and the service was outstanding. It's a small place but very nice. I like fact that it only has Thai food . I had the spicy fish (grouper) which was delicious. I have been eating Thai food for over 35years . I also had the vegetable fried rice it was good but I have had better. Krua Thai is located in a strip mall area. Parking is shared amongst the different establishments, so it might be a little tricky to find parking on busy nights. Looks can be deceiving on the outside, but don't let that stop you from coming in. This restaurant has amazing Thai food! I've come here twice with my aunt, who happens to know the owners. She says that it gets very busy during dinner time, so it is advised to make a reservation. There aren't a lot of big tables, so it might not be the best for a very large group, unless you make reservations in advance. Krua Thai serves many traditional Thai foods, such as pad thai. On my most recent visit, my aunt and I both ordered from the noodle bowls list. I got the delicious Chang-mai noodles, also known as Khao Soi. My aunt ordered the duck noodle soup. It comes in a large bowl, so you will definitely be full and satisfied! Although the Chang-mai noodles isn't listed as spicy, you can ask them to make it spicy, which they did. They will also give you some red pepper flakes in a small glass container, so if you want to control your spice level more, you can! There is a great balance of curry soup to noodles! It was so delicious and warm, especially on a gloomy, rainy day in Florida. Although I didn't taste her soup, my aunt said her duck was well seasoned, still had crispy skin even though it was in the soup, and the broth was very flavorful. We didn't order dessert, since we were satisfied and full from our noodle bowls, but they do have a delicious mango and sticky rice item on their dessert menu. If we had room, we definitely would have ordered it! Krua Thai boasts amazing authentic Thai food with a great atmosphere and very friendly and attentive staff. In a non descript strip mall on the east side of US 1 is a very good Thai restaurant. Papaya salad and Duck Pad Thai were excellent. Friendly efficient service and convenient parking. Recommended. read more

Excellent Thai take out! They have a very extensive menu and are able to get your to go meal together quickly. While I'm sure the dining in experience is likely better, I would definitely come back. We got the panaang curry with mixed veggies level 4, yellow curry with mixed veggies level 4, spicy basil fried rice with chicken level 1, and chicken pad Thai level 4. All were pretty good but the level 1 tasted more like a 4 and the 4s were all pretty weak. Mixed veggies included more cabbage and carrots than anything else so maybe some opportunity to improve there. Also I would say the portions were smaller than typical carry out and they didn't provide chopsticks so I'm glad I had a spare pair at home. Will definitely give this place another shot but maybe change up the orders to figure out how the spice works... read more

This place is a rare gem with authentic Thai food. You can always tell if a place is the real deal because they'll always have a green papaya salad that will be so spicy. This place delivers the heat and has the perfect balance of fish sauce and red Thai chili's. The Currys are good with a nice coconut and palm sugar base. The entrees are unique with the right amounts of lemon grass, fish sauce, chili, peanuts, cilantro and coconut to set it all off. We had a smattering of dishes. Pad Thai Drunken Noodle Beef Crying Tiger House fried rice It is rare to find beef crying tiger. it is one of my favorite thailand street food dishes. this place had authentic, pungent flavors that exploded in my mouth. The drunken noodle was savory, light, and complex. The vegetables were perfectly cooked. The pad thai was great, although it is not a "go to" dish for me. But so many people wrote reviews on it we had to try. The fried rice was good as well. It had a similar flavor to the drunken noodle, which I though was a stronger dish. Have been eating Thai food from CA to FL since the early 90' and first dined at Kru Thai in 2015 and it's the only place we do Thai in Martin Co. BY FAR & ABOVE one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to and their dishes are superb. The atmosphere is super relaxed and Sammie, Ben and everyone there are super nice...LUV THESE GUYS!!!
