A month ago I had a flare so bad I couldn't walk or close my fingers. Last week Wg was late again with my Rx and I'm again in awful pain. On 1/8/18 I was given 2 different dosages of the same drug! Taking both could be have been disastrous, luckily I asked. In 2017 I had a Rx transfered from a natural apothecary to Wg, and they gave me TEN TIMES the prescribed amount. I took it for only two days and experienced a thyroid storm, had muscle weakness, fell, and was injured. I could have died. Wrote to the company and never got a response. This is the last straw. I will transfer my prescriptions to a local pharmacy that cares. :(

First, the pharmacists were incredibly helpful and patient with my seven year old. She was prescribed a medication that only comes in pill form and was very nervous about swallowing pills. Both pharmacists took extra time to put her--and me--at ease. The daytime pharmacist offered a tip for swallowing a pill using a straw. The pharmacist on the evening shift showed my daughter several different options for the medication, made by different manufacturers. The ability to choose the pill gave her a sense of control, which made the daunting process feel a bit easier. The second praise-worthy encounter occurred this evening. My 3 year old was diagnosed with a double ear infection at urgent care and was prescribed an antibiotic. The prescription was called in ten minutes before the pharmacy closed and I knew we wouldn't arrive until just after closing. I called Walgreens and explained our situation. The pharmacy tech--with the pharmacist's blessing-- kindly offered to fill the prescription and stay a few minutes after her shift ended to wait for us. I wish I had caught her name, but I was so overcome by gratitude and relief it slipped my mind to ask. On the way home, I explained to my daughter what she has done. After it sunk in, my daughter told me that when she was a grown up, she would stay late at her work to help someone, too. Thank you to the Walgreens pharmacy staff for your expertise AND for being such good human beings! Our community is lucky to have you!

Wow..i was really impressed. I came in for tires. The auto center was well manned, the manager…read moregave me excellent service. He quoted me for 4 tires, wipers and a roadside warranty. I was pleased with the price and his knowledge of the products. I was then directed to the service writer who wrote up my order, gave me a ticket and said they would text me when the car was ready. They all wore masks, had hand sanitizer at the entrance, put on protective coverings in the car and took great precautions during this Covid19 pandemic. I then went into the store to do some shopping. There were many employees working hard at stocking and cleaning shelves. I stopped to ask multiple employees about different things i was looking for and they were all so friendly and knowledgeable of their store. I even asked the pharmacist about his recommendations for a cream for my grandson and he was so helpful. The lot was clean. The cashier was incredibly friendly, and even though she had a mask on, I knew she was smiling. I really was super impressed! I would give this store 10 stars if I could.

She continued to say next time he will be asked to leave and continued to start and argument. I told her to have a nice day and we left. I see people in there all the time wearing ski masks and also helmets. The fact he was asked to take his helmet off, and he listened. Then as we were leaving, trying to start an argument. That doesn't fly. And she is definitely not going to speak to my husband, the way that she did. I was born and raised in Murphysboro, there needs to be a sign at least.
