The staff has always been friendly and professional...but the company practices and policies are awful. Four times in a year Walgreens (Wg) has been late on my RA Rx injections. A month ago I had a flare so bad I couldn't walk or close my fingers. Last week Wg was late again with my Rx and I'm again in awful pain. On 1/8/18 I was given 2 different dosages of the same drug! Taking both could be have been disastrous, luckily I asked. In 2017 I had a Rx transfered from a natural apothecary to Wg, and they gave me TEN TIMES the prescribed amount. I took it for only two days and experienced a thyroid storm, had muscle weakness, fell, and was injured. I could have died. Wrote to the company and never got a response. This is the last straw. I will transfer my prescriptions to a local pharmacy that cares. :( read more

I waited 20 for someone to help me get my pictures... Def don't recommend ordering from here! Worth the drive to go somewhere else.

I scheduled a vaccine appointment hours in advance just to get there 15 minutes early and be told to come back in a few hours, because they had walk ins ahead of me. What's the purpose for an appointment?! Absolute trash establishment. read more

I thought I'd finally give Walgreens a chance to fill my prescription. I instantly regretted it. The girl who helped me wasn't very friendly. In fact, she was bothered that I was new to the chain and had to enter me into their system. She then couldn't fill it because the doctor didn't write the strength required. They said they'd call the doctor but instead they lost my prescription slip. End of story I'll continue to CVS rather than walk here! read more

Walgreens Pharmacy at 206 S Wall St., Carbondale Illinois. Long story short, I asked the pharmacist which multi-symptom cold medicine(s) are safe for a Celiac. I also brought one brand to the counter in hopes I could take it. She waved me towards the cold medicine isle and said to read the ingredients. I'm sorry, I don't know if malitol, dextromethorphan, etc., contain gluten. That's why I asked you. It's YOUR job! Horrible. I will NEVER go back. read more

Absolute garbage customer service. Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Most people working in the pharmacy don't act old enough to even be out of high school. Their fax machine is a mess and they can never make their prescriptions on time let alone make it in the first place. I've often had to wait over a week for them to complete my prescription. Garbage. Do not recommend. Take your business elsewhere, they don't deserve it here. read more
