Hadn't been to this location in many yrs but I was in the area and needed a few grocery items. I usually shop at Walmart in Franklin and this was much nicer. The produce looked in good shape. Nice selection of everything I saw. Cant speak to the price difference. Checking out was faster and easier than our Walmart. Parking was less complicated. But this is farther from our house so for that reason not the place we would frequent. read more

I've been back in Miamisburg from the West Coast for about a year now and this is the local grocery store. My dad and I frequent. It's really clean. The employees are generally very helpful and polite. Ridiculous price on groceries these days but that's not really the store fault it's more so who's been running our country into the ground the past few years I clean all my windows pretty regularly at the gas station where I typically don't get gas because Sam's Club and Costco is so much cheaper Excellent fresh produce here usually the deli counter is a really new thing for me because they don't sell fresh cut lunch meats here in Ohio like they do in the Seattle area. It's a completely different style and way of packaging them up ahead of time or you cannot really see the product behind the deli glass. It's closest and most convenient so will continue to shop here until we find something better read more

Business as usual. Hit the deli at 7:30 Friday night (closes at 9). Spent 20 minutes standing at the counter while the lady doing dishes pretended not to see me. Stuck with old ready to expire meat. Swing by the 'service desk' on the way out. No one there as well. read more

Kroger - a sandwich wrapped in plastic wrap - Grocery Near Me - Miamisburg, Ohio

Has lots of stuff you want Big store but it has out of prime but it's okay I recommend this store

We loved having this new Kroger Marketplace open near our house, but that did not last long. Kroger has decided instead of just listing the price you will pay, they list the price if you use your card and clip the digital coupon. The deals are good, but not worth the hassle of fighting with their not user friendly app. We stood in the aisle for a long time just trying to figure out how to clip the digital coupon and the app ended up crashing five separate times. If you are going to make people rely on the app to get the deals, maybe make the app usable. We were also there in the middle of the day on Saturday and the place was picked clean. There were multiple shelves half or completely empty. read more

Don't shop here!!! I put in for a mobile order and I got charged twice for the exact amount, and when I called the 1-800- Krogers number they refused to refund me. I paid $186.19 in groceries and got charged $186.19 twice from my bank. They are scandalous as hell. read more

Everything is good except for the corner people that makes the hot food! Spat in the hot chicken and it was beyond disappointing! Appreciate the Caucasian security guard, as he puts everything at ease! Do not like the people who are in the way walking through the entrance. read more

A large and well-stocked store when I dropped in before 8am for something for breakfast. The keto diet isn't too strict but when the deli counter isn't open and you don't want to buy a huge package of deli meat, it gets a little harder. This early in the morning, the store was very clean and very well organized. I've come to expect this sort of quality from the Kroger chain. And this is a very large format store. Plenty of staff for this morning. The overnight stocking crew were long gone by this time of the morning. Prices looked to be quite good. [Review 11457 overall, 1235 of 2019.] read more

Big shout out to the Kroger in Miamisburg...Stopped on my way to work to pick up a few items for lunch and some cough medicine. Went to the self serve register for of course there were few if any real registers open. Rang up my DayQuil and the screen indicated that I had to have an ID and had to wait for someone to come over. The attendant in the area had her headphones on and head turned the other way, so someone else had to come over. She checked my ID and authorized the purchase. By the way, I ran a drug treatment center for 11 years and never, ever did any client pick up a bottle of DayQuil and drink it to get high, but thanks so much Kroger for keeping the community safe. I then rang the other three items and placed in bag. Went to pay and the register shut down a second time indicating I purchased four items--that was correct, but apparently the worker had to come back over and authorize again. So off the gas pumps. Put in my wife's phone number for my Kroger account is locked for no apparent reason, but I was told to call corporate to get it cleared. Entered her number two times and it said it as invalid. Entered my number on my locked account and it took it. Entered credit card info and at the end, it said to see attendant. So I went to the booth and asked what the issue was and she said I terminated the transaction. I indicated I did not and she said, it was terminated at the pump. I stated I would just go to Sheetz and she said that was fine and "go ahead." Great customer service. Needless to say I will not be back. Hometown Kroger...I don't think so!! read more

I liked this store before they opened one in Austin landing. Now seldom do they have a working electric- wheelchair. Even worse seldom have what I need. Not weird items but I've gone in for MILK, Bread, eggs and Kroger brand of Distilled water. So, NO elect. grocery cart No Distilled water No 2% milk no store brand cream soda read more

The new Kroger store on Heincke Road in Miamisburg is an astounding adventure in shopping ... amazing selection ... 64 aisles of great merchandise...wonderful friendly people ...prices are such that anyone of any socio-economic level can shop there ...I love their thick-sliced bacon ...their new parking lot is wonderful ...plenty of places to park ...I do not believe there is any comparison anywhere ...love this place. read more

Fellow shoppers, let's see if you can relate to these complaints. Younger staff stands or leans around looking at their I-Phones (immediate grounds for firing in my opinion). At least ninety percent of the employees are not interested in what your shopping needs may be, and they don't want to help you. Often the digital deal or sales price does not appear at the register when you are paying. The food is sometimes just rotten or close to rotten, especially if it is on sale. They get rid of expired or nearly expired items by putting them "on sale". I bought rotten tilapia that was stinking up my fridge the next day. There is a general ill-will and hateful attitude at the store. I only know of one cashier who I think is a genuinely nice person, and that is a young guy with a beard and glasses named Aaron. The baggers are careless and if you don't watch them, they won't bag your purchases; you'll find yourself returning to the store 15 minutes later. That has happened to me numerous times. It's a good thing I live close. They won't even apologize because they don't care. I tried to stop shopping here, but it is close and convenient for me. The ambiance is fine. I have no complaints about that, at least until June. read more

The pharmacy is the worst! Terrible experience every single time I try to use this pharmacy. The wait is a minimum of 30 minutes and almost every time I try to pick up my scripts - they aren't ready. So I stand in line for over 30 minutes -- so I can be told to come back because they aren't ready! Today - I called to make sure they were ready - even though the doctor sent them over in the morning - they hadn't even been touched. The tech assured me they would be ready by the time I arrived, but... 4 hours later and they were not ready, and I was told to come back in an hour. I have to take the prescription for a procedure in the morning. It's ridiculous how terrible this pharmacy is. If you have any other choice -- go with it! read more

This is my local Kroger store and I love it!! Prices are fantastic and better then most grocery stores I've ever shopped at. The fuel perks program is great and you can get 20-30 cents off a gallon fairly quickly in a month. The store is always clean and lately the carts have been instead quicker then before. I do wish they offered more natural/organic food then they do, but it's probably not a huge seller for them. Overall a great grocery that isn't far from my house. FYI, they are also getting ready to open a minute clinic inside, so that will be nice and interesting to see. read more

I wish we had a Kroger in Illinois and Alaska. This place is one of the cheapest grocery stores I have ever been to. They have so many 10 for$10.00 sales going on and you don't have to necessarily by "10". They seem to always be having sales on there gallons and half gallons of milk. There chocolate milk is the best ever made in my opinion. Everytime I come to Ohio or pass a Kroger I will be stopping by to pay them a visit! Put them on your coupon shopping list and save even MORE money! Go Kroger!!! read more

Krogers should be everywhere!!!! they are always having amazing deals. i never live in one place too long, but when i get to a new place i am always hoping Kroger beat me there! A must is the chocolate milk and my wife mentioning it in her review is totally thanks to me!!!! they are always pretty clean inside, with friendly workers and they will always help you find what you are looking for. You can buy sporting event tickets at the customer service as well as lottery. overall Kroger is the best place to shop in my opinion read more

Kroger - Grocery Near Me - Miamisburg, Ohio

New and bigger Kroger on Heincke Road in Miamisburg. The store opened before they had enough parking close to the store. It looks like half of the parking in front of the store is free valet parking. No, I'm not turning my car and keys over to anyone I don't know. So, you will most likely park a football field away. Well then you get in there and get another mile of steps because the store is really big, and it takes a while to find anything. It looks like they're trying to pay for the new store with significant price increases (once you find what you're looking for -- if they have it). There are still marked down specials, but some regularly purchased items are now 20%+ from the old store. Went by the pharmacy, just to try to locate an item. Waited at the counter for 10 - 15 minutes. Staff walked by, but never even acknowledged I was there. Left to do some shopping. Went by the customer service desk and asked about the item I was looking for and was told it was behind the pharmacy counter. Wound up going back and finally talked to a pharmacy employee and she seemed very irritated (rude) that a customer dared to ask a question. Way to build a customer relationship! Overall, the store is OK. They have a long way to go to make it worth the pain in the a** parking and not being able to find what you're looking for. Oh yeah, and once you find something, there's no price tag on the shelf for it. C'mon Kroger, you can do better than this. read more

brand new moldy bread?? take your services seriousl, need new employees that care. screw the ambiance y'all need help to get your employees to work and do their dang job correctly I will not shop here even if it was the last store around I'll just drive a little bit further and go to Walmart read more

Would give a zero if possible. Visiting Ohio for the first time. After flying all day, starving and wanting wine and dinner, they would not sell me alcohol without ID. I am 54! I guess that is their policy but it is ridiculous and even the manager wouldn't override it. I later heard they had been in trouble for selling to minors so it sounds like their issue. I was staying at the hotel right next door and truthfully just wanted to run over with ATM card and get back to my room. Definitely won't visit their store again. Not that it matters but.. read more

Left a bag of groceries. My fault, but thought I could go in and grab what I left. 30 minutes later manger said he didn't see anyone leave groceries on video where I was at. That tells me he didn't bother to look and wasted my time. I was there Jan 12 at 4:59 self check out by Pharmacy in burgundy jacket. Thanks for nothing. And, yes, those blue carts are seriously annoying and in the way and the manager told the lady he had same day orders and couldn't do anything about it. read more

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. I scheduled a COVID 19 vaccination appointment for my son last week for today, July 25, 2021. He was turned away because he didn't have a photo ID. He had his insurance card, birth certificate, Social Security card, voter registration card... THEY WOULD NOT VACCINATE HIM AT THEIR "WALK-IN CLINIC" WITHOUT A PHOTO ID!!!! He misplaced his State of Ohio-issued ID and needs to get a new one. Even I was there to vouch for him. I gave birth to him and all. "It's against their policy to give vaccinations without a photo ID." Another lady was there with her school-age daughter. What a surprise! She didn't have a photo ID either. NO VACCINE FOR YOU LITTLE GIRL!! The confirmation email they send says "Bring your driver's license or government-issued ID and insurance card (if applicable)" I was on a government website that gave a list of alternative IDs that could be used without a State ID or Driver's License. It indicated that only ONE of the number of things we brought for my son would be acceptable. WHAT A FARCE!!! ANYONE WITHOUT A PICTURE ID, CHILD OR ADULT, CANNOT GET A VACCINE AT ANY OF THE LITTLE CLINICS!! HOW MANY PEOPLE, WHO ARE VACCINE RESISTANT, HAVE BEEN TURNED AWAY? THEY PROBABLY WON'T MAKE THE EFFORT AGAIN! UNBELIEVABLE! read more

I've shopped at Kroger all my life and truthfully never had a better experience. I went for ice tea and they were sold out of the Golden Peak sweet tea. They had a great selection of everything else, but I believe that golden peak sweet tea has something in it that everybody wants. Their sister company Fred Meyer's in Oregon has the same problem keeping in stock the golden peak sweet tea. Overall the experience was great! read more

So much nicer than the Kroger in my neighborhood! Definitely worth the drive. Really good variety of items, Self-service deli ordering, wine tastings! Not happy with the management or customer service from some of the clerks ..they are very nasty the older ladies are wonderful and polite

I like that your store posts our nation's flag by the register and remains patriotic. I also like that you stock sweetleaf brand liquid stevia. I like the orange, you should consider stocking grape. I have two requests. I am one of the people that clears out your original flavor Kroger pork rinds as I'm on a ketogenic diet and they make a great snack. Stock way more. I don't eat the BBQ or spicy as the contain sugar. I also think you should be in control of your own air conditioning as it was a cool day the other day and it was quite cold in the store, especially by the meat department. I asked and they told me they control it from Cincinnati. What? read more

Miamisburg Kroger customer service was so great... almost brought a tear to my eye. Thank you . Didn't get his name, Young man in the dairy area restocking. Nice store Parkin lot is kind of tight. Produce is top notch. Help is friendly and knowledgeable.
