Ridiculous price on groceries these days but that's not really the store fault it's more so who's been running our country into the ground the past few years I clean all my windows pretty regularly at the gas station where I typically don't get gas because Sam's Club and Costco is so much cheaper Excellent fresh produce here usually the deli counter is a really new thing for me because they don't sell fresh cut lunch meats here in Ohio like they do in the Seattle area. It's a completely different style and way of packaging them up ahead of time or you cannot really see the product behind the deli glass. The produce section had exactly what we needed so was happy with that. I highly suspect that management and employees at this store are extremely toxic to the point that it impacts the customers. Another customer one day started accusing me of being an undercover employee just because I was waiting nearby for them to move so I could look at some items. This is also based on constantly seeing the local police parked outside, I eventually found out why. I stopped by one night to pick things up after working late, and was working my way to the back of the store. I was holding my phone in my hands, since at the time I was communicating with my family as they were getting ready to fly internationally. Apparently some other customer became paranoid and complained about me "following them" in a layout that only has two ways to go... the moronic management decided to ban me from the store. I say apparently because the brain dead employees never bothered to ask me a single question and repeatedly refused to even say why I was being banned from all meijer locations. At no point did I speak or act in a threatening way, Instead they called the police, the same police that MY tax money pays for. The worthless cop kept dismissing my basic reasonable question with "tHeY dOn'T nEeD a ReAsOn". Sure, they don't need one, but very fucking clearly there is one. Instead I was treated like a criminal without a single opportunity to know what I was being accused of, a chance to defend myself, or ability to appeal the decision. I later contacted corporate to at least hear what happened, and they still refused to say anything. You would think that if someone did something so "atrocious" that it warrants a fucking ban, the stupid ass company would at least indicate what it was that caused it so the person doesn't do it in the future....that is unless they don't give a fuck what happens, only WHERE it happens. aka fucking over your customers to protect your own ass, and refuse to say anything to protect it again. You don't have to worry about putting me into your shitty little database. Fuck meijer and fuck this store, they don't give a shit about their customers.

The young man didn't take my coupons off and I was charged twice from my bank account. They always take it off when you order it then when you pick it up after coupons it's resent. Twice now it's been put on my bank account and I'm charged for it twice until it falls off in 3-5 business days. But it's still on my account and I've had to put money from my savings so it doesn't make my bank account bounce. I'm not sure why this is happening but I am not doing click list again. Kroger you need to do better. Train your employees better. You have a successful business because of the customers. You need to start listening to them.
