This is one of the best Kroger stores I've ever shopped at. It's always clean, fully stocked, and never too crowded! Aside from these great things, I actually wrote this review to shoutout Mr. Ben. I have been a frequent customer at this location for quite some time and have had encounters with Ben on multiple occasions. He is such a bright light each time I see him, well mannered, positive, and helpful are all words to properly describe him. Individuals like him are hard to come by, and for that he deserves recognition. He seems to go above and beyond what the job description outlines. I know that anytime I see him I will get a "how you doing today ma'am, let me know if I can help you with anything, have a great day ma'am", and so many other sentiments of support. Hello, I'd like to report a concern about an employee named Mary at the pickup area. I've noticed on multiple occasions that she speaks to both customers and coworkers in a rude or dismissive tone. Her attitude often comes across as disrespectful and controlling, which makes the pickup experience uncomfortable. I believe this should be addressed so the environment is more respectful and professional for everyone. Really wish victor and tucker was still here they were nothing like this. read more

A great grocery store plus more. This is one of those new types of grocery stores that seem to offer a greater variety of products. The groceries here are great with everything being fresh and not spoiled. The store also has clothes and shoes. My wife just bought a pot of shoes here so you can get more than just groceries here. This is for Kroger Pharmacy at this location- not the rest of the store. We switched to this pharmacy location after frustration with the Spring/99 at Riley Fuzzell. We went from bad to WORSE! I think this is the only 1 star I have ever posted. The drive-up line is usually 3-5 cars deep or more and when you go in it is just as bad. Rx's get sent from our doctors and NOTHING HAPPENS unless you call (extremely long process) or go by (even worse). Often they do not start to fill our Rx until we show up or call. Days of no action. I get the text it is ready an hour or so after picking up. WE ARE FINISHED. Switching to HEB. read more

If you're thinking you want convenience while placing a click list order, you won't get it. 3 times I have been terribly let down by the Click List Pick up. 1st time my produce was the shittiest selection they could find. It's like the purposely picked out the smallest damaged produce to give you since you'll have no say. 2nd time I selected to pick up a order between 8-9 am. I showed up at 9 AM. A employee came out and told me my order still wasn't filled yet and not even started. I sat in the parking lot for 35 mins until it was ready. 3rd time, I placed a order, Sent my husband to pick up and preheated our oven so when he came back with the food I could pop in our lasagna. My husband returned and he came home with less than half of our groceries. They left all of our frozen food in the freezer and forgot to bring it out. I called asking if they could deliver it for the inconvenience and they refused. They then offered to cancel the items that were forgotten and we would be reimbursed. We had to eat that night so we ended up having to go back to Kroger to pick up the remaining order they forgot. I'm the idiot for continuing to order from their click list. Don't think you'll be doing yourself a favor. They'll find a way to screw you. If you're not opposed to doing your own grocery shopping I will say that the store is clean, and the shelves are always stocked. They do need to open up more registers. I have heard employees express their frustration that they were the only one assigned to work the register. They self checkout staff is very attentive and always helpful. I've never had to wait a very long time to get assistance if I ever needed it. read more

Kroger Marketplace is a great grocery store concept. They are always are nice and have almost everything you are looking for. I like the clothes section. I've grabbed cute pairs of socks for myself while wandering the isles. I will say since moving back to Houston I frequent HEB more. I had to ask myself why and I think its the produce section. The produce section is amazing! What I wished they had more of. A bigger Mexican product section. Cool low carb options I have to drive to Costco to get. Better produce section read more

I love this store! It's very clean and organized nicely. It has large isles and super friendly staff! I would like to give a shout-out to the meat and seafood department. They are very knowledgeable and are always eager to assist. This store includes hot and ready items like tamales, egg rolls, chicken, and mac and cheese. It also has a nice salad bar with daily soups, a sandwich station, a sushi station and a Starbucks. I am impressed by the variety of items they offer. Everything is reasonably priced. Plus, if you download the app, you can add extra coupons onto you Kroger's card. read more

The pharmacy staff appears to be incompetent. Every prescription there's an issue, staff never follows up with prescription status. I opted in years ago for texts to give status but nothing. This morning my physician sent an electronic script and at 5pm I call to check the status... oh, one is ready and one is pending. So I ask is it in stock? Is there an issue? No issue and in stock. So why is it not filled and why haven't I been notified? Again, this happens every time . Last visit the pharmacist told me to call and complain to the store manager because they are short staffed. read more

The bagging kid threw a heavy item into my cart while checking out. He broke my chips and dried pasta. When I addressed it with him he gave me attitude. Honestly HEB has better prices and I only stopped here because I was in a rush and didn't want to cross the street. I typically love this Kroger! I'm here every other day shopping! Tonight however was a big disappointment. A particular item was in the wrong spot instead of the supervisor Anne honoring it she gave me attitude! First she was on her phone, then she started joking around with another employee that just walked up in front of me, and then she finally waved me up and then her first words to me. The lady behind the booth snatched it out of my hand so fast as if I was the one stealing a phone. They never commented nor said thank you for my "Act of Kindness" just waved me off. They have opened more subjects, there is no help on the floor, there are no lines for 20 items or less to check out. Everyone in front of the smaller baskets had baskets loaded to the top they did not open any extra lines. My review would be five stars except for a little situation 1 with a floral store employee, Don't know her name but she's a really cute brunette in charge of making the corsages. First of all let me apologize for my stupidity of not planning ahead I should have thought of this these are things that just do not occur to me. My son had his prom Saturday night and I thought it would be simple to walk into Kroger and pick up the corsage and be done. This young lady said no you have to order them in advance you could place an order now and it could be ready in 30 minutes but I'm leaving right now I'm tired I've been working since early etc. etc. The other girls who were staying behind on the other hand had mercy on me they took a premade corsage offered me some ribbon So I could add to pre made one and get it to match what I needed. One of the SUPER sweet blond headed angel who's name I need to get;Immediately volunteered to make my son's boutonniere his date doesn't have mom around to walk her through these things so I knew not to expect one from her. Praise God for this sweet lady. I will for ever be so grateful to her for that kind act. I am so grateful to this Kroger floral department. read more

If I could give this Kroger no stars, I would. Utterly disappointed. Decided to stop at the deli which at a marketplace I would assume it would have higher quality food and staff, but it did not. Stopped at the fried rice and chicken bar first and the chicken was about the size of a nickel, looked old and dry, and definitely not something I would ever want to try just by the looks of it. Moved on over to the sandwich area and it was the saddest delicatessen I have ever visited in my life. It had gross looking toppings that again, looked old, I asked the staff member for the smoke house but on different bread, and she came back with "well then what do you want it on" ( mind you, she had a nasty attitude even though I was trying to be nice) I replied with white bread and she asked me what I wanted on it and I again said I wanted the smoke house. She had to look at the sign to see what was on the sandwich and then told me she would be right back. I'm not sure if she had to see if they had the ingredients or what, but I decided after seeing the overall poor display of the deli that I no longer wanted it. Not to mention, the employees overall lack of knowledge really irked me. I finally decided I would just get some sushi and that was okay, but had very limited options compared to HEB. I will not be coming back to the Kroger market place deli. read more

Staff is ALWAYS courteous. Love that it's still new and not packed. I never have to wait in lines.

Don't bother coming late to do your grocery run, unless you have a couple items to do self check out. 5-6 employees stood at the check out section and made us use the self checkout. In theory this would be a smooth process when you have a few items. But not a cart full. When the bag area gets too full, you cannot remove all your items from the section until you are done. Had to call the clerk over twice. Just makes no sense, especially if you have SEVERAL people just watching you and not assisting you. Poor customer service, no wonder this place is always empty! read more

Great store, super clean, fair prices. The only problem is they have 18 check out lanes and only one open during the day M-F. It's very inconvenient especially when the ONE checker is in no rush to check out the five people in line with full carts. I need to remember NOT to come here when I'm in a rush. read more
