Kroger used to be the grocery store where you could get any food you needed. Not anymore! They don't have Smuckers Apricot preserves, Cherry preserves, Rock Kornish Game Hen, ham hocks, canola mayonnaise and on and on! They say they can't order. And management don't get back to you when they promise they will. For the most part, the staff are rude, unhelpful and honestly look unhappy. Very few are smiling and helpful. Lately, the produce has been old or tasteless. And prices are very high! On June 23, I arrived at the pharmacy drive through at 12:52 pm and they were already closed, even though their sign said they were closed from 1pm to 1:30 pm. for lunch. I am incredibly disappointed in Kroger. Do better! read more

I always buy Kroger items. The quality is very good in everything I buy, Kroger brand. I live in a city that doesn't have Kroger stores. I like that tge Kroger items are in the markets I shop. Kroger - Branch Hill - Guinea Pike Kroger Pharmacy. - Grocery Near Me - Loveland, Ohio

Kroger Branch Hill Loveland just changed their policy to require a drivers license to purchase beer. Ok, but there was no publicity about the change. I've been shopping there for 20 years and forgot my license. When I approached the "customer service" counter to ask if I could make the purchase (I'm over 60) the very kind rep said "didn't you drive here and don't you need a license to do so". That's a completely unnecessary response and over the top belligerence. I'll be making trips to Fresh Market from now on, where customers are treated with respect rather than diatribe. read more

This is my favorite Kroger and I've been doing click list for years. The last 4 weeks each time they contact me and say my order won't be ready until the end of the night (and sometimes not until the next day). This happened again yesterday- I was supposed to be up between 6-7. They called and said it wouldn't be ready until 8:0. I got there at 8:00 and checked in. I didn't see anyone for 20 mins when someone came out to bring groceries to another car. I asked about my order and they said a manager was supposed to have come out and told me my order still wasn't ready and the person who brought groceries to that car was the one picking out my stuff so it would take at least another 20+ mins. I was pretty unhappy and told them I'd have to come back today to get it. I understand there are staff shortages but there has to be a better way. Very disappointed customer!! read more

The only reason, and I repeat, the ONLY reason I ever shop here is because it's less than a mile from my house. They are consistently out of stock on items that there should be plenty of. I.e. Diet Pepsi. I know many many times I've ordered Click it and they are late getting my order on time, or there is something wrong with my order. Today was the last straw, once again they were out of Diet Pepsi 24pk so I accepted the substitution of 2 12pks. No biggie. No biggie that is if they give it to you. I was charged for 2 but only received 1. They have made so many mistakes on my pickup orders that I can't even count anymore. When I shop at the much smaller and older Kroger on Loveland-Madeira, always on time, always correct, seldom ever out of my items. And always friendly. I will never order from Miami Township again I will just drive a little further and go to the one on Loveland-Madeira or I will go to Meijer, they are a little cheaper anyway. Kroger Executives, I highly recommend you look at your store management at that location, they obviously are not doing the job as it should be done. Maybe send them to the other smaller old location for training because management there obviously know how to run a store. read more

Fruit was rotten. So musty boutta give me food poisoning. Click list employees were weak and twig like. Could barely lift bags. Girl must of weighed 90 pounds. Love this location, it is ALWAYS spotless and the BEST produce section every single day! The staff here are pretty great too.

This is my local Kroger. I am finally getting used to the remodel. I see the food (category) adjacencies on the shelves and it IS a logical shopping flow. The produce selection is always fresh. I've even picked up "marked down" produce that was perfectly fine. The remainder of the store either excels or could improve. I find that the selection in certain departments is too limited. For example, fresh juice is dominated by OJ and there is only one SKU of grapefruit juice (private label). Certain flavors of canned sodas are consistently out-of-stock and IMO space should be given to those items over slower moving flavors. I would LOVE if they would add the Scan-Bag-Go to this store. I've used the Clicklist one time and have not used it since. Speaking of Clicklist, the CL carts in the aisles with all the regular shoppers and the people stocking the shelves can be a total cluster. Maneuverability is difficult and I have seen alot of frustrated shoppers. My husband and I have enjoyed a fire roasted pizza and craft beer at the store. I think that adding a seating area could be a big win for this store since there are so few places to eat in the area. read more

This is quite possibly the worst grocery chain in America. I seem to get screwed by this store every way possible, from the Deli to the gas pump. This store makes the drive to Jungle Jim's easier every week. The quality and freshness of fruits and vegetables has never been able to match Jungle Jim. The way they rig and change prices you always get the short ended. The folks working there are veery nice, it's the company that treats its customers poorly. Can't wait for a competitor to run them out of business. read more

The lady at the customer service desk Judy isnt very customer service-y. I walk up to her and it already seemed to have inconvenienced her. then she is looking through my receipt claiming she can't find the item to circle it and said it in a tone that made me feel like it was my fault - like i had never bought them in the first place. I told her the price and what it would be listed under and she didnt respond so i asked if she had checked the bottom because i had it folded in half and she was like "YOU WATCHED ME CHECK IT DUH ITS NOT HERE". who knows what wouldve happened after that if she didnt then look down and say oh there it is. then she didnt even refund me for the second item so I asked if she wasnt able to. again, "YEAH I DID DID YOU NOT LOOK?" and scoffed at me. she hadn't. so dont act like I'm wrong before you even hear my perspective Judy. On top of that she wasn't very pleasant to the shy new employee that had just arrived for his shift and I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't last long poor thing. read more

Kroger prices tend to be higher than most other grocery chains, outside of Biggs. Their produce here is better than most Krogers, but can be hit or miss. Sometimes they have Kale that last 4-5 days in a sealed bag and other days it won't last a day and smell rancid. They do have a small Starbucks where you can grab a quick drink before or after your shopping. read more

This is the worst Kroger store I believe I've ever been in. It is very close to my house is the only reason I even go there at all. They never have enough staff. I waited at the deli today for 15 minutes before I left because only 1 guy working there doing the best he could do. While waiting at the deli I watched 4 customers walk up to buy chicken from their Bistro counter, and then wait only to finally walk away. I bet they waste a lot of food in that area. I mean if you make a blue ton of it but never sell it because there is no employee there to sell it, then you know they are throwing it away. I'm not sure if a management issue or they just have trouble getting employees. But I for would close that area down if I had no one to man it. It would be better than making your customers angry. My advice if you live in Loveland just go to the old one on Loveland Madeira it doesn't have as much but they are always friendly and able to help read more

This store is so well managed! You can expect a clean well staffed store on every visit. Jen has been my cashier the last few times and in spite of the crowds she is pleasant and very helpful. I am willing to pay a little extra to shop where it's organized and efficient, almost never a line. I wish Kroger would start stocking major brands. I am forced to go elsewhere for many items getting the opportunity to compare the service. Thanks Jen and manager for your commitment to a stress less shopping experience. read more

This is a very clean and big store with a huge and organized selection. When ever I come in with my family we get our shopping done pretty quickly with very little to no problems at all. I definitely recommend coming here to shop. read more

He acted as though I ruined his whole morning when he had to leave what he was doing to help me. Maybe he has dementia or just needs to retire. I went to pick up an order for chicken on Sunday that was placed and verified on Friday. We were a little late picking it up but the order was not ready. The first person to help put her coat on and left not saying anything to us. The next person came and told us that they make the chicken at the time we pick up- then she took the old chicken on display to the back. We were told it would be 6 min- 30 min later the chicken arrived. We went to check out and found no prices on the food and had to return to deli for pricing. I asked to speak with manager Alicia but she could not be bothered and I did not want to wait any longer. At no time were any apologies made. I would have appreciated and understood someone saying a mistake was made - they forgot about the order and apology. I did not expect free food or anything - just wanted the truth. The food was excellent but can get the same from another Kroger. In fact, just at Landen Kroger for an order and the young man provided excellent customer service and will patronize that store in future. read more
