I absolutely love this store. Specifically the one at 3455 Peachtree Ind, because I've see reviews for other stores under this post. I recently relocated back to Duluth after moving away 10 years ago. This used to be my store 10 years ago, and I usually just went there for sales and nothing else. Publix was always my 1st choice. The store is so different than I remember. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. The selections are great. I would especially like to compliment the pharmacy staff. I had all of my RX's moved here, and it's been the best pharmacy experience ever. If I call, they are very pleasant and helpful. I recently had an issue with a refill, and where my last pharmacy would have just said the insurance didn't cover it, they told me to continue my shopping and come back. They called my insurance company and got it approved. I don't know who is managing the store and the pharmacy, but they are doing a great job. read more

This the most disturbing store ever , the prices are 2,99 on the shelf then when you go to pay for the item it has all of a sudden gone up to 6.99 what I thought wheres is the store clerk , but they are not around , so you look for the delete button or take this item off my bill botton but they have none to offer, so you have to find a clerk to help you to take an over priced item off . your bill . this is very immunoassay .or scam , for the consumer , but it should be to krogers they are using a confusing scam to make shoppers over pay and over buy thinking they are get a good deal on a sale item. i say buyer beware this is a shame. ok then the store clerk gives you a lecture on the krogers card you have to use it to get the sale price and it took off a dollar and they say is 599 ok no no it isnt it said 299 at the shelf, and i dont want them items then . and half of your list is left at the counter because of false advertisement . and I refuse to be looked at like a pain in the butt because im AWARE shopper, and i do no wish to over pay . when i can go to a better honest place it wont make me feel bad and the price will be the same as on the shelf. and i wont have to leave half of the items at the check self check out because there to cheep to hire people to help, there a sick store . they need to get well soon. not haev bad attirude to people who are unwilling to be manipulated buy scams and gimmicks publics is more honest and easy to ddeal with they always have soem one at the registers that have a happy go lucky attitude and they never are attirude. if you want to feel bad go to krofers in duluth nightmere. i o not have the time to prefect . i hope krogers can learn from publics and improve . read more

We've been going to Kroger for over 10 years. I have to shout out to the pharmacy department, the curbside pick-up department, the nice cashiers, and all the departments that work hard to handle the volume this store gets daily. Recently, we received an order at curbside missing an item so after calling the store I came back to get the missing item. The head lead Martha went beyond the call of duty not only to replace the item but to give us a ten-dollar gift card. Its customer service like this is why we buy from this location consistently. read more

I was at the fuel center on 1/7/2026 after picking up a prescription at 11:42am. The person working at the fuel center was not visible. Another customer found the gentleman and told him you have a customer waiting, the gentleman went to a car and started talking to someone. I got mad and went to another gas station. Time is important. I could have been on my way to work or on my way to a doctor's appointment. That area is not that big. Not everyone pays at the pump. I could have been going to purchase lottery tickets, cigarettes, sodas, chips or other products. read more

I like this Kroger because it's right in the middle of everything. Right between Duluth and Johns Creek, and it's also pretty close to Suwanee too. I used to shop here quite often when I lived in the JC area, but I do go back and forth from Johns Creek to Duluth often too, so I come here occassionally. This Kroger can get pretty busy at times. The road that it's on (PIB) can be heavily trafficked at times, so it's definitely one of the busier ones, but it's not as busy as the one on Steve Reynolds. The plaza itself is also a pretty busy plaza - there's LA Fitness in this plaza so a lot of people are going in and out of here. It's your typical Kroger -- it has everything you need, and I know exactly where everything is and it's easy to get what you need and go. Definitely one of my preferred Krogers for sure! read more

Kroger remind me of a Winn Dixie or Walmart grocery back home in FL. Even the yellow and red signage throughout the store is very similar to that of Winn Dixie. Store appears clean and masks are required. We did self checkout and staff was available to help if needed. read more

Kroger is in middle everything in Duluth and JC which makes it convenient. What don't care for about Kroger is when have digital coupons and they do not honor them. This (along with most Krogers in my experience) is not a good store to shop at. I'm giving 2 stars only because I can't deny the low prices, the fuel savings, and the decent taste of Kroger brand items. None of this will keep me shopping here though. The store is dirty and dingy. They will have expired or nearly expired products on the shelves. You can't just pick something up; you'd better hunt that expiration date if you know what's best. It might have died 2 days ago. The produce section is really bad. The bakery items will be stale and hard. Also, they will be totally out of items like it's a missing tooth. I've never encountered a rude employee here, but they aren't particularly friendly. You can get help if you can identify them. They look and dress like customers, so good luck. The other day I dropped by and they had only self serve registers open. There were no lanes open whereby an employee rang you up. That's ridiculous. Many times there's only 1 lane open for your food to be rang up by an employee. Yall can have this and all the Krogers. I would go so far as to say that even Walmart does a better job and trust me, this insult is akin to saying "yo mama". The employees are super nice. I adore this one sweet cashier guy who always smiles and makes conversation. They are starting to renovate the stores in sections, so that they are more like the newer Kroger stores. They have opened a chicken restaurant at the deli. Downsides: They NEVER have basil....never ever. Sushi is way overpriced. They charge restaurant prices for their rolls. The guy working the deli (prob from India or Pakistan) consistently gives me more deli than what I've asked for, so I end up paying for more deli that I didn't need. read more

This Kroger is by far the worst Kroger I've ever been to. Besides the insanely long lines and the usual one cashier working, the employees do not understand customer service. I decided to try the pickup option just to avoid stepping foot in the store. I had an issue yesterday with the order, so I called the store and the woman at customer service cut me off mid-sentence and started saying a phone number. I then tried to finish explaining why I was calling (since she had cut me off) and with attitude tells me, "I know, that's why I'm trying to give you this phone number." I'm still disappointed how Krogers handled or didn't handle one of their employees stealing my Kroger Plus Points and used it for gas the same night I picked up my groceries. If you shop here, avoid click for pickup. I feel like it was one of their valued employees and they didn't want to take action so they swept it under the rug. We have been overcharged 5 times, always out of stock on items, this week yogurt. Last night they were shut down with system problems. Today I was in a self check out AVOID at all costs and said my payment was unauthorized. I looked around and several were experiencing the same problem...staff seemed clueless as what to do. I do not know if management has changed or what but customer service sucks as well. Huge lines and they opened more self checkout stations. Not worth the hassle. You also have to be careful at the pharmacy or they will overcharge you. I will now try the Kroger in sugarloaf and see if it is a location situation or if all Kroger's generally suck now. read more

Yuck! This Kroger sucks! I avoid Kroger at all costs. I'm a Publix or Whole Foods girl. But, I stopped by this one because I was in a rush and it was on the way home. All I needed was some cheese. I started coming here to purchase milk because the milk that I was buying from Wal-Mart spoiled on me all of the time. Kroger's Simple Truth milk is cheaper, but I'm not sure it's worth the long lines. Every time I come, at least 10 of the 15 lanes are closed and the self check-out is packed. For a store that prides itself on quick check-out, this is ridiculous. Some of their other name-brand items are double what they are in stores like Wal-Mart. Bottom line? Have lots of time on your hands to stand in line and do your math before coming to this place as a one stop shop. read more

Honestly - I only shop here because it's close to home and I know where everything is. I started coming here after the makeover people speak of in other reviews, so I can't even imagine what it was like before. It's not particularly nice, but it's not gross per se. It's ok. When I noticed the prices going up I started going to the mini Publix by me instead. I could justify navigating the monstrosity parking lot and mediocre store (Kroger) when the prices were much lower, but opportunity cost has kicked in with the mini Publix having an easy parking lot, being super clean and not really being that much more expensive. It's not BAD, just not GREAT. I'm giving it 3 instead of 2 stars because of the manager who knows my name and always opens up an aisle for me when he sees I'm waiting in line. This location has a better layout and selection since the renovation a while ago, with the addition of a gas station. For each $100 month you spend at any Kroger, you get $0.10 off a gas purchase. This usually means the prices are comparable to the nearby QT on Buford Highway. This store is 24/7, but not really. The late hours are good for picking up a few things but there are no registers open and good luck finding one of the cigarette-smoke soaked employees to help you out. Also note that the AT&T service inside sucks so don't count on looking up anything while inside. read more

This is our Kroger of choice. It's clean, the staff is friendly and courteous and they always greet us with a smile. The parking lot is always busy, but it's easy to navigate, even with the busy LA Fitness next door. The Kroger fuel center is also easy to navigate and even when busy the wait times are not too bad. It is handy to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, so we often do the 'triangle' for our weekly shopping trip. read more

I have had mixed service here. The employees at the deli and dairy department are awesome! They go out of their way to make you happy and smile and ask how you're doing. The checkout is a joke, though. Every time I am there, there is only 1-2 cashiers and long lines. I've seen young cashiers on cell phones, while checking out. Some cashiers are nice. The customer service representative at the counter Joyce is so rude... Didn't find out the name of the other lady, she couple been the same one (I called in). They have no respect for customers and your time. Waited 20 minutes to find out if they had something in stock. She said they did. I had my husband go and pick it up. They were out of stock. No joke. Ok, I'm going to preface by saying that this location is getting a significant rating hike mainly because of the floral department and mainly because of Erica. Honestly I should make this review just about the floral department, b/c otherwise Kroger by itself would probably get a 2 star rating b/c the majority of the staff's poor customer service, who usually look and act like someone put a gun to their head to be at work! But I digress! Yes, this review is going to be just floral related! I shop at Kroger every week because of a few things: convenience (it's right next to my gym and 5 mins from home); price (very affordable AND great coupons!); fuel points (yeah discount on gas!); and lastly because they have a pretty good floral selection and well, I like flowers :-) I usually do my grocery shopping at Kroger on Sundays and I like to pick a fresh bouquet of roses during that time. Sometimes when I get there, their selection is not the best, and the flowers are not as fresh. The trick I found is that to make a quick stop on Saturdays and scope out what's there, and if I like a bouquet, put it on hold, and then pick up on Sunday when I do all my grocery shopping at once. I know I could just get the bouquet on Saturday when I see what I like, but my grocery shopping is a science that only makes sense to me!, and short end of it is that I need to buy my flowers on Sunday at the same time I do my grocery shopping. I realize I am a weirdo! So anyways, the bouquet and putting it on hold. A few times when I've seen a fresh bouquet of roses that I like and go to leave it on hold, Erica is usually working in the floral department, and she saves my flowers for me. I really want to give her a shout out and let Kroger know they have a gem of an employee. Not once, but a few times, when I have gone on Sunday to get my bouquet that's on hold, Erica will usually offer me the bouquet I selected to pick up, and then she always goes that extra mile, and has another bouquet for me that's even better (does Kroger have a hidden rose garden?!!) and gives me the choice to pick what I like. I cannot say how much I appreciate this and how that little gesture just makes that experience so special and such a good shopping trip. Erica, if you couldn't already tell, is super sweet, has amazing customer service, and is a great representation of doing something small but leaving a BIG impression. Kroger, you guys are ridiculously lucky to have someone like Erica on your team. I hope you give her some love and acknowledge her. This Kroger is a nicer size than my local Kroger as is their gas pumping station. It is approximately 3pm and I am starving for my favorite baked wings. I walk into this Kroger and notice that the entire hot food buffet is dismantled. When I inquire, I am told that they do not have wings available at this particular time. Now, I could have fallen out and had a fit but I chose to consider that I would much rather have them pull their old expired food instead of leaving it in the window to be viewed as unappetizing and disgusting. Good Call. I'll just have to come in earlier next time. As I peruse the various departments, I notice that the store appears to be in transition due to some department signs missing. Perhaps they are in the process of upgrading and for that, they get a pass. The meat department in this particular store is on point. Everything looks good and fresh and is nicely displayed. I think this store has gotten quite the makeover since the last time Falicia G. stepped foot. They have added a brand new deli section and remodeled the produce section- but keep in mind it is still a work in progress. I went in there last night and they are now remodeling the frozen foods section. AND they now have a fueling station where you can get discounted gas with your Kroger Plus Card. I am all about Publix, Whole Foods and Fresh Market- but in this economy, my grocery budget does not allow for that. I will gladly save $24.07 a visit with my kroger plus card and just deal with the construction and slow lines. read more

I hate that the service at this Kroger is so poor because it is literally around the block from my complex but I am strongly considering making the drive to publix or Walmart in the opposite direction instead. There are rarely any registers ever open and the self check out is almost always packed. Twice out of the few times I have had a cashier ring me out I've encountered some type of rude or smart remark rushing me. I can NEVER come here and purchase all the items on my grocery list because they either don't have it or it hasn't been restocked. This is particularly true and most common in the dairy department where the shelves are almost always empty yet I can see the milk sitting in crates just beyond my reach. For someone like me with a milk guzzling toddler at home milk is imperative so I've had to walk from the far back end of the store all the way up to the opposite front end of the store to beg someone please put out some milk on more occasions than I'd like to count. Never has anyone gone as far as saying hey so sorry about that why don't you wait here and we will bring it up for you. Instead I am always told we will call someone to meet you there and you can tell them what you need then. It is such a waste of time. I also bake often and I think I've been able to buy heavy cream at this location once since I first started shopping there May 2015 when I moved to this area. At this point I rather go to Walmart where I know I can get everything I need in a one stop shop and not have to be inconvenienced. read more

I am always in and out of this Kroger as it's close to my home and work. I almost never encounter long lines at the check out which is great. The vegetables and fruits are slightly cheaper than Publix, last I recall I paid $1 per tomatoe at Publix and here they are 1lb for $1 something which is like 2 tomatoes. But yeah it's cheaper and same quality in my opinion. This Kroger also carries some gluten free organic products, I personally went there to buy the Wholesome Organic Sugar which I use as a home remedy to exfoliate my skin, and I kid you not, it totally works wonders on my skin. So yeah, anyway.. I also love this Kroger because I am a Kroger plus card member and save on fuel. read more

I've never once had any issues with this location, and I've been here dozens of times. The employees are usually quite friendly here. The parking lot is a whole lot busier ever since the LA Fitness opened up right next door; that's a good thing for business, as you'll often spot customers sporting gym outfits while perusing Kroger now. People do often treat the lot like junk though by leaving carts all over; the Kroger employees tend to do a great job gathering them back up, however. Pretty much every time I've been here, there's an employee gathering carts. I'll also note that the bathroom here has been adequately clean for the majority of the times I've walked into it. Kroger Gas is right beside it, as is LA Fitness, Moe's, uBreakiFix, Little Caesars, Bob's Country Home Cooking Buffet, McDonald's, Baskin Robin's/Dunkin Donuts, and an incredible new Italian restaurant called ROMA...all are in this same shopping center, so this Kroger is incredibly convenient to say the least. read more

HIRE NEW MANAGMENT@ While I appreciate the attempt at shiny new floors and the new organic food you are offering, this store is clearly lacking good management. Today I had to return chicken I bought yesterday that was spoiled. It made my refrigerator stink. The customer service line is 6 deep with a customer being waited on the PHONE (which is never good) obviously being waited on so long, she decided to take a call in the middle of it -and the Kroger attendee staring down at what ever she was doing unaffected and unaware of the ever growing line (like the bad bartender that won't look up to serve anyone else). I went over to a cashier and asked him to call a manager to speed things up. The manager appeared, and agreed to wait on a few of us with returns only. GET this:The lady in front of me had spoiled chicken too, the MANAGER never apologized for the inconvenience . And he did the same to me, NEVER apologized for the issue!!!. if this is the example a Manager is setting, what are these young kids seeing as the example of how to treat and interact with customers? I've also gotten banged up bags of organic apples -every on brown spotted and bruised. spoiled nuts. it's unbelievable. Don't these managers realize what an utter waste of time it is to shop in a place (standing in line) and then have to stand in line to return sub standard or spoiled items? This store also believes in only have one register open and driving you to the self service lanes- which of often have a line. hence why I am convinced new management is required FAST.My next letter will be to a district super. And how about the 2 cases of spoiled chicken... makes you wonder what those cooler temps are displaying the meat ?? I've never had these issues at Publix, which is down the street. read more
