I've stopped at this Kroger many times over the years and multiple times in the last week. First off, we used the drive through pharmacy to pick up some prescriptions for my grandpa. They currently have some storage containers and vehicles in the area the loops around to the line, so you have to navigate the long way around. It's an old school drive through with pneumatic tubes and a little camera so they can see you and you can see them. It's a bit clunky to reach out of your car to do it, but a little fun if it's not an everyday activity. The staff was quick and efficient and even though the line was long, we didn't wait too long. We also stopped in to grab groceries and were able to find pretty much everything we were looking for. I did notice that some areas were a bit claustrophobic and if multiple people are navigating their carts around you really need to anticipate what they're planning to do so you can plan your next move. Keep an eye out for different deals and specials. We found some fun items and everything was pretty well stocked. The cashiers were efficient but a bit indifferent, which is a-ok, and we had someone help bag the groceries because we were stocking my grandparents house and had quite a bit we were getting. Some items were bagged interestingly, like randomly just one item in a bag, but our bread was safe from getting crushed and we were able to get everything back to the house. read more

I have given up on the delivery service from Kroger. In October, I was overcharged $50 for food I didn't order or receive. After trying to get help from the delivery guy, the store, customer service chat, customer service phone, and customer service on Twitter, I had to file a Better Business Bureau report to receive payment. I tried again this week, four days before Christmas and two days before the blizzard. Bad idea. They took the order, took the money, and confirmed the order. The next day when the order was due, I received a message that it was delayed but would arrive at 6:45pm (it had been scheduled for 3-5pm.) No problem. However, the appointed time passed. No updates on the app. I tried to live chat with them, but I was cut off after 10 mins because the queue was too long. I then tried to call the customer service line. Forty-five minutes later, I'm told that they had expedited the order and instacart would contact me within a few minutes to give me a status. Three hours later, I got a text telling me that my order had been expedited and the next available day is five days from now, the 27th of December, between 7-9am, a time when I'll be at work, and I have no way to update the time. So the items we needed for Christmas are not here. If we'd been told of the five-day delay at 3pm, we could have purchased the items before the blizzard. Via the Kroger app, the order is still listed as being in process, which is clearly wrong. So I've canceled the order, but the money that was taken from my account within seconds of placing the order will be refunded in 3-7 business days, or 11 days after canceling my order. read more

aside from the grocery store needing some pretty serious updates- it is convenient. I advise anyone not to use the pharmacy here. I am fairly new to the area and have used Kroger in the past out of convenience for medications when I need them. This one seems to be a mess. I went on a friday at 6pm- after going to the dr earlier that morning and getting a prescription sent in via e-scribe. No prescription at Kroger. I went ahead and got my other one filled- because I had the paper with me. I was suppose to get 40 pills... only to get home and realize there were only 30. I called back to complain and was basically told they do not make mistakes- they counted their back stock and it was correct... so I overpaid for 10 pills I did not receive. Call again on Monday when my Dr confirms my other prescription has been sent yet again... still don't have it. Have to call my Dr back to have him call it in yet again... hopefully they have it this time. Needless to say I will be switching pharmacies. This place is a joke. read more

This is that Kroger on North Bend that just doesn't seem like a Kroger. Like all Kroger's it has a find-the-cheese labyrinth parking lot that's hard to get into and out of. It also has the same selection as all other Krogers. Don't argue with me, I've spoken to multiple Kroger employees that have informed me that this is in fact true. It also sports some super low ceilings. It feels like this building was converted into a Kroger rather than being born one. Some of the produce seems to have a lower quality than other Krogers (Mt. It was a precovid-19 Friday in 2019 and I was again in need of filling up my gas tank. The reliable Gas Buddy app showed me that this station was a little bit cheaper than the ones in my neighborhood. It is on my way to work and I could use my $0.30 in Kroger Fuel points here. This is a newer, clean and well kept gas station that covers the whole back section of the store parking lot. It has several rows of gas pumps so it was pretty easy to pull up to an empty one after just a short wait. I did have a little bit of trouble knowing how and where to answer the questions on the fuel pump screen necessary to get my price discount. This turned out to be really simple. I used the main screen with the numbers and letters on it not next to the actual questions. After getting past this I was quickly able to fill up my tank and drive to work. The Kroger store itself is located on W. North Bend Road but the easiest entry to the parking lot is by the gas station where there is a traffic light. I didn't go into the Kroger store today but have done so from time to time. And if the price of gas is reasonable in the future I would return here again. This is by far the worst kroger's to shop at for anything! 1. Produce department is always picked thru and poor quality produce. 2. The organization of this store is ridiculous. It's impossible to find simple items that belong in that particular aisle. 3. Click it parking is in the front of the store which makes absolutely no sense especially when customers drive up and never need to get out of their car. 4. Sale items are never stocked for the week they are on sale. Example- Today is Tuesday and they had no bob evans mashed potatoes that were on sale for 2/6.00 This store needs to get it together! For the most part, if you've been to one Kroger, you've been to them all. This one has been the beneficiary of some updates and improvements so it is a nice place to do your shopping. The Starbucks right inside the door will tempt you with the smell of coffee. I advise you to press on and set your course beyond towards the fruit and vegetables area. Kroger has increased their healthier options even providing "organic" options. There is a WiFi network that requires a few clicks on the user agreement, but that is a great thing to have. Basically, grocery stores in general have an overabundance of everything and you might find yourself faced with choosing between 20+ varieties of BBQ sauce like I was. I decided last minute to try to find one that didn't have high fructose corn syrup and think that Stubb's sauces use regular sugar. Well, Kroger's policy as far as incorrect scanning goes, is that you get one of that item for free up to a $5 value. Since I bought two, I got them both for free, which I guess is above and beyond their policy. Cool. The self scanners are great to have, I love how quickly I can get in and out if i am only purchasing a few items. The parking lot is super huge and you will not have trouble finding a spot. The biggest negative is that turning left onto North Bend Road is rather risky. There is a turn lane, so definitely use that or take the long way out and use Lees Crossing Dr which has a lighted intersection. This is the one of the worst Kroger stores I have ever been to. Every time I come, the produce is bruised, gone bad, and infested with fruit flies. Disgusting. If Kroger really sends secret shoppers to inspect for freshness, I don't know how this place is still open. Aisles are so small and cramped and it is very hard to squeeze two carts into one aisle. The store is also filthy and disorganized. This is the closest Kroger to me but I will never come back here. read more

Some customers are not wearing masks and employees at this store don't have an issue with this fact. I was told by the manger that all they can do is offer a mask, but if it's refused, corporate has told them to do nothing! I will never enter a Krogers store again. I'm giving a two star for the convenience. This was my first time using this Kroger. After getting my prescription filled, I always count my pills (as recommended by Dateline) after all the years of doing this, this is the first time I have ever came up short. I called the pharmacy to let them know. The pharmacist said, "they are counted three times, by three different people." Well, either they all three miss counted, or the last person the counted took one. I counted them 3 times myself to make sure I didn't count wrong. The first thing I noticed while dropping of my prescription was the lack of customer service. The staff was not friendly at all. I actually felt very uncomfortable, due to the unfriendliness. I will give them a two star rating for efficiency. I normally have to wait an hour and a half to get my prescriptions filled, but it only took 20 mins. So they are very prompt. Maybe not completely filling the prescriptions, help them get done quicker. read more

This kroger has the worst pharmacy people i have ever seen in my whole worldly life. They denied my family to get the covid vaccine just because they are not american even having all the papers while all the other pharmacies were doing them. That big woman in the pharmacy made me feel like we dont have a right to get the vaccine, she seemed to have a personal problem toward us, maybe racism? . She was the most rude person i ever dealt with in a store and if somebody knows her name please let me know because i need to make a serious complain about that pharmacy and how they treated us, especially her, she needs to be fired if she treats every hispanic this way. I do NOT recommend that place to my worst enemy. Normally krogers seem to have great costumer service but this one should definitely be shut down. The positive side to this! Family went to a different kroger about 10 mins away from this one, same county and they applied the vaccines. So my advice, get rid of this rude and racist people and hire ones that will be able to provide a decent costumer service and also read about rules and that way this kroger wont have such bad reputation. I have always been a fan of this Kroger and the one on Colerain Ave. just because I like the smaller feel of them and the employees always seem friendly and helpful. I decided to try the grocery pick up because I work doubles every Friday and after working 12 hours, walking around the store seems like the last thing that sounds fun... All I had to do was pull up and give them my name and how I was paying and the groceries were out in a flash! My total was actually lower than what I had been estimated because of the fruit prices, and the employee-- Marcus, was super nice and helpful. He even complimented my gauges! Hahaha. This was just something I was curious about but feel like it's best for the elderly, disabled, and parents with little ones who can't shop easily. (I told Marcus I feel lazy for making him do all this work when I am fully capable, he laughed and said it was ok) but yes, Overall excellent service! Thanks guys! read more
