But I had some issues with my card so it took me a little longer to check out and the lady that checked me out and another lady that came over to help her were so rude talking about how it's just been a rough day for them because "people like this" keep happening and things like that intentionally making me feel bad. And when I told the lady I was ready to try to check out again because I had fixed my card she was like well we already Deleted everything and acted like it was a big inconvenience for her to scan the receipt again.. so I'm not going back because it's already hard enough shopping with two kids.. I'm not going to be made to feel like how they made me feel.

The second appt at 11:00 took almost double the amount of time. The first check in and out were smooth sailing with a support person there helping (training?). The second one seemed a little discombobulated with some confusion about giving me my keys and if I had been checked out. Kudos to the two WOMEN mechanics who both did an excellent job with a thorough explanation of advice!! Suggestions for the dept are to put in matching chairs and something to make the waiting area look more appealing.

Kroger in Buckner or Walmart in Crestwood has quite a few new carts that all work properly. I am handicapped, which means I can only walk a little until my hip hurts real bad. This is inexcusable for a store like Walmart, or maybe not. I have complained many times, but was told they "couldn't afford to fix or replace them!"
