There was NOT a seam running vertically up the front where the cap piece is mounted, I received a cap that did not match our department's cap AND had a vertical seam running up the front. When I replied in the negative, I was told they could not help me. The guy behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask until I walked in, if that matters to anyone, and as soon as he said he couldn't help me, went back to whatever he was doing on his computer. So, unless you are military or law enforcement or security with credentials, you are not allowed to even make it past the front door and look around. Had I known this, I wouldn't have driven a half hour to be immediately dismissed upon entry. The information on this Yelp page should probably be changed to reflect this policy.
