I didn't mind, it only made sense. I used the bathroom and sat down and within minutes, i was next. It was very fast, which i liked but worried me a little. I sat in my chair and I specifically asked for cleaning and not thinning them, whatsoever, as i always do anywhere i get my brows done.They offer threading or wax, i went with threading. I did brows, upper lip and sides. She worked very fast; within minutes, i was done. i paid and tipped and went to my car. Still in the parking lot, i look at my brows and notice that one side is thinner than the other. Brows are cousins not sisters, i know, but naturally. You can tell one was threaded thinner, and it looked like a mistake. I used my phone light to look closer and found a white line under my left brow that my right brow didn't have, showing how much of it was threaded off. I also saw hairs still in the middle and under both brows, so i went back in and told her about them. She told me that she didn't use her glasses so she didn't see, which i didn't like because for intricate work like that, you should use ur glasses. No biggie, she cleaned the random hairs. I then told her that she threaded too much on one side. She told me she didn't see it and they looked even to her. I got close to the mirror and used my phone to extend a straight line from one end tip of one brow to the other, and showed her how one is thinner. She told me she could make the other thinner to make them even; which not only confirmed the unevenness but also i didn't appreciate the lack of accountability. I told her i didn't want to do that and instead i'd rather wait for the other to grow out. I was hoping she was quick because she's been doing it for so long, but quick in this case meant rushing and nothing good comes from that. People make mistakes sometimes but i think it's important to take accountability and maybe don't rush. It's not a cheap service and it's important to do it right. I didn't make a big deal of it because with brows and hair, there's not much you can do, the damage has been done. I simply told her about it and showed her and she didn't say anything other than telling me she can make the other side thinner to make it even rather than apologize.

Kelsi takes her time to figure out exactly what will look best on you and confirms the shape every step of the way, and is SUPER gentle with the wax. I've been a patron at a "big box" waxing chain for years and I thought my eyes were just watery, turns out they were just far too rough! Cleanliness and safety are top tier, parking was easy and the building was quiet. No worrying about a busy waiting room since she only sees one client at a time unlike other studios. My esthetician's name was Paj and she definitely helped put me at ease. She helped to recommend a color/style for both services and I was very happy with the outcome. After the service was done, she made a few adjustments for me to better meet my vision. She was very open to these adjustments and it was no problem at all. I was super happy with how my eyebrows came out and would definitely return for this service. The lashes were a bit dramatic, but I think that's just the nature of that service. Paj has a separate room in the back of the salon, which made me feel very comfortable. She also had it decorated very nicely. My only qualm was the amount of time I spent there. My services took a little over 3 hours to complete, which I was not expecting.
