Literally argued with some girl named Christine or christina because she numbed me and I told her I can still feel it and that it felt weird because I usually can't feel anything after. Refused to listen to me, gave me attitude like I didn't know what I was talking about and when it came time to do my thing it was so painful we had to stop and re numb me. Go ahead and spend your money somewhere else where they value customers!

Grace over filled my face with filler and Botox recently all on the same visit. I looked like I'd been stung by a bees nest! The filler made my face huge looking un natural and terrible. ! I spent thousands- I'm so embarrassed and sick! No reply from owner and I called the manager, Laura, but she basically said it's my problem. I had to pay full price, hundreds of dollars, to get it out and it still looks horrible. They were not helpful or caring what so ever! A new person I'm going to delute the awful filler said she was shocked how much BodyLase injected into my face! Buyers beware! A nitemare for me financially and physically!

Hands down, I cannot recommend Laura and her work enough!! She is an absolute PRO when it comes…read moreto lash extensions and I will not be going anywhere else from now on! I first went to her studio upon moving to Cary about a year and a half ago. Loved the result, but strictly bc I am a last minute scheduler of stuff I began going to one of the local chains and even got a membership there. I wld say I was satisfied with the extensions from the chain and after a while, just got used to being slightly underwhelmed. Well I went back to Laura last week due to some random chain of events and... WHOA!!! Ya'll the difference is noticeable immediately! The lashes themselves seem almost shinier, and more lush than the ones I had from the chain...and the Classic set I got were comparable and even better than the Volume that I was paying more for at other places. And if her work wasn't enough, Laura is sweet, kind and gracious while maintaining the upmost level of professionalism and pride in her craft. She doesn't have a traditional website; her instagram serves the purpose of listing services, dates, etc.... which was a little confusing to an old lady like me. So if thats a concern at all, call her number directly and she will sort you out!

I was very disappointed in the limited selection of lash extensions and communication - pay…read moreattention to the curl types and lengths listed in her description. She also only has thicker lashes (which I now know I don't want!) If you are looking for natural looking lashes and you've never had extensions before, you may want to find a larger salon with more variety. She should have looked at the example I showed her and said, "I can't give you anything close to this look with the extensions I have." Instead, she said she only had C or D curl and thicker lashes. Since I have never had extensions before, I had no idea the dramatic difference this would make. They looked like fake lashes, not anything like the example I showed her. After I saw my extensions and wanted them changed, she said she was booked up the rest of the month but we could pay $20 to have them removed. I ended up trimming them with scissors because they were way too long and will be going to a different salon to have them removed and reapplied.
