I first went to her studio upon moving to Cary about a year and a half ago. Loved the result, but strictly bc I am a last minute scheduler of stuff I began going to one of the local chains and even got a membership there. I wld say I was satisfied with the extensions from the chain and after a while, just got used to being slightly underwhelmed. Well I went back to Laura last week due to some random chain of events and... WHOA!!! Ya'll the difference is noticeable immediately! The lashes themselves seem almost shinier, and more lush than the ones I had from the chain...and the Classic set I got were comparable and even better than the Volume that I was paying more for at other places. And if her work wasn't enough, Laura is sweet, kind and gracious while maintaining the upmost level of professionalism and pride in her craft. She doesn't have a traditional website; her instagram serves the purpose of listing services, dates, etc.... which was a little confusing to an old lady like me. So if thats a concern at all, call her number directly and she will sort you out!

If you are looking for natural looking lashes and you've never had extensions before, you may want to find a larger salon with more variety. She should have looked at the example I showed her and said, "I can't give you anything close to this look with the extensions I have." Instead, she said she only had C or D curl and thicker lashes. Since I have never had extensions before, I had no idea the dramatic difference this would make. They looked like fake lashes, not anything like the example I showed her. After I saw my extensions and wanted them changed, she said she was booked up the rest of the month but we could pay $20 to have them removed. I ended up trimming them with scissors because they were way too long and will be going to a different salon to have them removed and reapplied.

The other two areas were completely uneven. The belly area was lumpy and visibly uneven. The hips are way off. It appears that one was done and the other appears unchanged in shape than prior to surgery other than the incisions.
