We met Kristin Kinyon during an area awareness trip my family and I were on in April of 2018. This trip was to prepare us for an upcoming relocation from Washington. During a long weekend, we covered ground from Pleasanton to Danville, looking at numerous homes and meeting several realtors. Kristin, by far, stood out as someone we could work with during this very critical time. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. We kept in touch and when the time came for my family to move down, she jumped right in getting us acclimated to the area via numerous home tours, showing us around the cities, getting us preschool referrals and so on. And then the most unfortunate thing happened, our Washington home fell out of escrow and had to go back for sale in a declining market. She stayed with us, getting us in touch with well qualified brokers for lending options, worked with our Washington realtor on strategies to move our property, etc. all while remaining the voice of reassurance. This went on from June until November where the stars finally aligned and we secured a closing date for the Washington house just in time for Kristin to present us with the house of our dreams. From there Kristin went into action, she helped negotiate a killer deal, provided us a world class lender, scheduled our inspectors, worked with the escrow company; basically spoon feeding everything we needed to do to close on two houses at once while I stayed fully engaged at work. After we closed on December 5th, she jumped in getting us referrals on carpeting, cleaning, etc.. We fully re carpeted the whole house, cleaned all of the grout and HVAC ducts, and moved in within 9 days of closing thanks to her help. In the end, Christmas was saved for our daughter and our visiting family, truly a miracle and we can thank Kristin for making it coming true. Who would have thought that one open house back in April would have provided a highly competent Real Estate Agent and truly an unbelievable friend. Thank you Kristin for everything you did for me and my Family, we are forever grateful. read more
