Kellie is the absolute BEST! She is the expert you need when buying/selling your home. She understands that you are making a major life decision and will be there to support you throughout the entire process. I called Kellie multiple times to vent about the crazy process and she was always extremely helpful and reassuring. She is constantly thinking ahead and always prepared for what is coming next. I rarely write reviews but felt it was necessary to get the word out about how great Kellie and her team are because they helped make our dreams a reality and got us in our forever home. Trust me, you will not be disappointed if you hire Kellie, she will put you at ease during a normally stressful process. read more

Kellie and Leslie are a terrific team to work with! They are a buyer's dream - Realtors who want to find you a home, not just sell you a house. They listened to all our requirements and showed us houses that matched across the East Bay, both in person and over virtual tours (which was much appreciated with COVID). They were honest and straightforward with their feedback and insights in to each house, which was a boon for us first-time home buyers. They were also able to arrange showings for listings we found on our own, many times on the spot - make a request and they're on it! The whole purchase procedure was very smooth. They gave us a clear picture of prices in the area, worked directly with our loan agent and took the pain out of the paperwork. Their support and help even after the sale has been amazing. They gave us contacts for all types of home improvement needs, and went above and beyond by communicating with the teams directly and overseeing the work. Whatever you need - they know a guy and they'll get it done! We're glad to have found a team of amazing realtors and more importantly, friends. We can't imagine working with anyone else - We highly and wholeheartedly recommend Leslie and Kellie to anyone looking for a new home! read more

Kellie and Cristina have done an amazing job in helping me purchase my first home! Being a southern California native, I was semi-clueless of San Jose neighborhoods, so I was relieved when a relative referred Kellie to me as she is based in San Jose. After our first meeting together, I was immediately comfortable with selecting them to be my realtors. They made me feel very comfortable and I felt confident that they would help me find the perfect house. So the search began. Kellie signed me up to receive listings automatically via e-mail, and I searched on my own through various sites (redfin, zillow, trulia, etc.). Since I work during the day, she and Cristina were very flexible in time when showing me houses. They even previewed them beforehand so I wouldn't waste my time on places they know I wouldn't like. Communication was excellent as they were very responsive to all my questions via e-mail, phone, and text. They also referred me to an awesome lender and a handyman after the transaction was over. Once I found the place I bought, they had a surprise waiting for me when I walked into the house with my own set of keys for the first time: a dog house for my dog!! In summary, if you want a realtor that knows what she's doing, is familiar with the area, and is a pleasure to work with, then look no further. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy. read more

Kellie is an outstanding Realtor. She and her business partner Cristina made everything about our first home purchase easy. We had just 60 days to find a house if we wanted to avoid temporary housing, and moving twice with our five month old was not appealing. I explained this to the first Realtor I spoke to, and she said she wouldn't be available until a week later, and that we should drive down from San Francisco (with our baby who hates the car) to "get to know each other" (and not see houses.) Come on. I need a house, not a date, and the clock is ticking. My initial conversation with Kellie was just the opposite. She was booked all the next day, but offered to meet us at 4:30 at a property of our choice. Long story short, she got us an appointment to be the first buyers to see a house the day after it had a price drop into our range, and we ended up with a beautiful house in Saratoga. We got the keys six weeks after we started our search. Did I mention it was a short sale? Unbelievable. Kellie and Cristina have a fantastic team of professionals at their disposal. They lined us up with a solid mortgage broker (Terry Gordon) and they arranged and were present at all of the inspections. Everyone swung into action to accommodat our 30-day closing, even with Christmas and New Year's in the mix. On top of all that, Kellie and Cristina are friendly and fun to work with. They know what they're doing, and you should give them a call. :) read more

Cristina Gonzalez and Kellie Kemp are top notch realtors! They are seasoned veterans and South Bay based experts which is really important in this market of multiple offers. We found and closed escrow on our home in 25 days which is almost unheard of. We didn't have an unlimited budget and Cristina and Kellie were very mindful of that and never wanted us to go over our comfort level. We met Cristina and Kellie Kemp at an open house and knew right then and there we wanted them as our realtors. They were both very knowledgeable about the home's foundation, electrical, etc. They have a high level professionalism which is important to us. Once we started working with Cristina and Kellie they wanted to be sure that they understood 100% of our needs and wanted everyone that was going to be living in the house to be happy in the house. Cristina and Kellie were always accommodating with our schedules to answer our questions and take us to visit homes. They never tried to "sell us" on a home but rather pointed out any potential concerns and how did we feel about them. They focused on our priorities when looking for homes for us. They really went above and beyond our expectations and they were wonderful to work with from beginning to end! read more

I've been sending clients to Kellie for over a year. I've heard nothing but good reviews and seen great results. She's very knowledgeable about San Jose and does what she says she's going to do. Very Knowledgeable, great follow through and great people skills. What more would you want? I recommend her to my best clients without any hesitation. read more

Kellie helped me through the (scary!) process of buying my first home. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions running the entire gamut of home buying - financing, taxes, association fees, painters, warranties, etc. Kellie was happy to help me with all aspects of my experience, from explaining tax deductions to even waiting at my new condo for the carpet cleaners to arrive. More than that, she was almost 7 months pregnant at the time, yet she would preview each property the day before she took me to see them in order to weed out the ones that didn't fit my criteria & save me time. So if you're looking for a realtor who truly cares about making your experience a great one, I promise you will be happy with Kellie as your partner. read more

Kellie is a wonderful realtor. We met her at an open house about two years before we were ready to make a purchase. She remembered us as if it were yesterday. Kellie exemplifies confidence and patience (which she needed with us), and was willing to offer up gentle reminders for me of what I really wanted. I liked that she wasn't someone that would just tell me yes for the sake of it. We ended up leaving the area before completing our search with Kellie, but wil would be willing to go through her again in a heartbeat. read more

Couldn't say it any better, myself... "WooHoo! As good it gets! Kellie and Cristina are the very best realtors we've ever worked with. They helped us find a truly wonderful home a few years ago, and when the time came for my wife and I to move, they were professional, reassuring and completely reliable. We were able to sell our home to a great couple, and sold our rental property too. Their market assessments were spot-on and they worked tirelessly on our behalf. These ladies did a great job with all the details from financing options, to staging, to maintenance & preparation - and made the whole process as easy as it could ever be. If you are selling or buying, you can absolutely count on them to do a fabulous job for you! read more

Kellie & the Alian Realtors were so wonderful in helping us get the perfect home for us! We had discussed numerous properties with her and once we found the right one, we were so happy with how smooth the transactions were. Buying a home can be very difficult, especially when you are new in the market where you are purchasing and the process was very seamless after we had negotiated with the Buyer. read more

My wife and I have worked with Kellie twice now since 2008 and may do so again in the future. We hired Kellie to sell our home during a difficult financial time. Kellie was great to work with. She brought in a talented decorator/stager and got the house primed. It sold for $100K more than I thought it would. Kellie handled the buyer/seller negotiations perfectly and effectively. She made a difficult transition for us as easy as it could be. Thanks Kellie!! My wife and I recently worked with Kellie and Cristina to find us a home in the Willow Glen/Cambrian area. After viewing literally every single Willow Glen home within our target price reange, we expanded the search to include Cambrian. At one point my wife and I were very dejected and pessimistic about finding a home. Cristina and kellie worked hard to keep our spirits up and keep us moving forward, even when we seriously considered stopping our search. They were incredibly patient with us and very supportive. They were also very generous with their time, seemingly available whenever we wanted to go view a property. This was greatly appreciated! Buyers can be such a pain! When we found a property this team went into overdrive to get us the home! They framed a great offer, had us work a great lender (Terry Gordon at First Funding), and helped us prepare a convincing offer. They then handled what looked to my wife and I some difficult negotiations with an ultimately successful offer. We are thrilled with our new home, more than I ever expected! Thanks Cristina and Kellie! You are the best!! read more

We worked with Kellie and Kris (Kris Hurley) when we bought our first home in Burlingame a few months ago. We were extremely happy about them and cannot say enough nice things about both two. In our first meeting, they took the time to get to know us and understand our needs and restrictions. It was really great to find realtors who actually listen to you and understand your needs and price limits. They tried their best to find matching houses for us and we were lucky to get our first offer get accepted. However, I would say we even owe them for our offer getting accepted since they did such a great job presenting our offer to owners. After our offer is accepted, it was a long process as well. We didn't know much about it and we had lots of questions at each state. They were very patient answering them all and very informative and professional at each stage. They were always available by phone, email, or face-to-face. Also, they went beyond their way to find contractors/inspectors and whatever we needed related to house. They are happy to help you if there is a way they can. In each step of house purchase, we felt their support and benefited from their expertise and it was very comforting. Also, I have to say that we never felt pressure from them regarding our offers or the price. We get a lot of questions from our friends regarding this. Kellie and Kris respected our decisions and they were very professional; they were never pushy about price or offers. In addition, they make a great partner. They both have different strengths which make their partnership extremely strong and depending on the situation you always find a side of them which suit you. Besides, they are very friendly and lovely people; we truly enjoyed being friends with them (and then neighbors) throughout this process :) We would strongly recommend working with them. read more

Kellie helped us buy current house a couple of years ago. She's an amazing realtor who kept us informed all of the way through, and really helped us navigate the complex landscape of finding a house, financing it, and closing on it. I highly recommend her! read more

Cristina and Kellie are absolutely amazing. I can't say enough great things about this incredible team. My hubby and I were referred to Cristina by friends of ours who had worked with her. A few years ago, before we were introduced to Cristina, we started looking for a place to purchase with a different realtor, but after months of looking we ended up getting discouraged and giving up. The biggest difference between Cristina and Kellie and our previous realtor is that they really care about us and took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. From our initial meeting with them I could tell that not only were very knowledgable about the industry, but they were also very passionate about what they do and truly care about their clients and getting them into a home that they love. They were excited to help us from the moment we met them and never once made us feel like what we were looking for was not possible. It was very refreshing to meet such genuine and kind people. As first time buyers we were in a competitive price range with multiple offers on each property. I anticipated that this would be a long journey for us, however Cristina and Kellie have an excellent approach when putting in offers and we ended up being in contract faster than I expected. Cristina was there for us every step of the process and continues to be there for us even after we've closed! The whole time she was positive, extremely helpful, and very prompt in responding to emails, phone calls and text messages. She made sure we weren't settling on a property and wanted to make sure that it was a good fit. She took the time to explain things to us, always gave us her honest thoughts and looked out for our best interest. I could seriously go on and on about how great Cristina and Kellie are. I feel like they made the impossible possible and helped us to make one of our dreams come true. It was truly a pleasure working with them andI would highly recommend this fabulous team to anyone looking for hardworking, professional, knowledgable and caring realtors. They are of the best out there. read more

I would strongly recommend Kellie Kemp and her partner Cristina Gonzalez to anyone in need of realtors. My husband and I were first time home buyers and had no idea where to start. On a whim, we went it to Alain Pinel on Blossom Hill and asked if anyone had time to speak with us. That afternoon Kellie spent an hour with us explaining the process and getting to know us and what we were looking for. We were so appreciative and wanted to work with Kellie after that meeting. We kicked the house search into high gear and after seeing several houses, we fell in love with house. Unfortunately for us, the house we wanted was a complicated short sell with a two loans on it. However, Kellie and Cristina helped us close on the house within four months, which from all of the horror stories I am hearing is a record for a short sell with two loans. I am forever grateful to both Kellie and Cristina for the professionalism, guidance and support during the stressful and exciting time. Kirstan K. read more

As the owner of a design and renovation company it is important that we help our clients "rightsize" their remodeling budget to maximize the value of their home. I often turn to Kellie for neighborhood comps and pricing trends. She always provides the most up to date information regardless of whether or not our clients intend to sell. True customer service and relationship building like this is hard to find these days and I encourage all our clients to consult with Kellie if they are thinking or selling. She loves what she does and it shows. read more

Kellie Kemp was referred to my wife and I by a client of mine over 3 years ago. We just moved into our new house 1 month ago, and Kellie was right there with us the entire way. From email updates, to phone calls, to countless chauffeuring property viewings, she has been instrumental in helping us find the perfect place. She never put pressure on us to buy any particular place; but instead helped us learn and understand the upsides and downsides of each and every home we looked at (literally over a hundred). Each mortgage person, loan agent, inspector, title company reprsentative, etc. we interacted with was clearly happy to be dealing with Kellie. She is extremely professional, and you can tell that people just enjoy doing business with her because of her no-nonsense attitude and passion for helping her clients find the perfect arrangement. Kellie still keeps in touch with us today! We've had many questions about documents that have been sent to us for our new home, and she has taken the time to look over them and find us an answer. I would highly recommend meeting up with Kellie if you are looking to buy a new home. Jon & Celeste read more

My wife and I recently purchased a home and we could not be happier with our choice of real estate agents. The partnership of Kris Hurley and Kellie Kemp exceeded our expectations in every facet of the home buying experience. From our initial introductory meeting, to writing offers, to dealing with inspectors, to close of escrow, to dealing with construction.......they both went above and beyond the call of duty for us! Kris and Kellie have the unique combination of "down home" friendliness coupled with complete professionalism and expertise that sets them apart. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. read more
