The doctors almost tried everything they could, Unisom, Melatonin, Benadryl, and Acupuncture, etc. but none of them worked. Since there were no improvements, it made her more worries and less sleep. The worst she got was only about 10 mins sleep in one night. The situation forced the doctor prescribes her an Ambien, which is the last option we wanted. We have to find a healthier way.
