The ordering system is pretty straightforward. The interior feels fun and inviting and I like their little patio option if you'd like to eat outside. We ordered the kids nugget meal, tender box, and chicken chop salad. Everyone loved their food- my kid declared that we will need to come back every weekend and next time bring other relatives with us. We really enjoyed their local soda options as well as the pink pineapple lemonade! Almost all the food we had was seasoned well and we enjoyed the house made sauces. I'd say the only downside for us were the limited staff interactions and the side of elote. The elote didn't taste bad, but it definitely didn't taste like elote. It is served cold and has more of a Smokey bbq sort of flavor than the traditional elote flavor. We are looking forward to our next visit for sure!

The customer service was exceptional from the moment we walked through the door until the time we left. The staff was engaging, friendly, and genuinely excited to help us find flavors we'd enjoy. I especially appreciated being encouraged to sample sauces before committing to an order. I had never tried a wet Garlic Parmesan sauce before, and it was incredible. The wings remained perfectly crispy even after being tossed in the sauce, which is not always easy to achieve. The Volcanic Fries were another standout. The Volcanic sauce reminded me of Wingstop's Atomic sauce, but with a much better balance of heat and flavor. It delivered plenty of spice without sacrificing taste. Be sure to try the house-made Golden Ketchup. It has a subtle kick of heat while still getting ketchup notes. It's the perfect balance of spice and taste and pairs well with just about everything on the menu. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, with plenty of table seating, bar seating, and multiple TVs throughout the restaurant showing a variety of live sports. I cannot emphasize enough how outstanding the customer service was. Great food is easy to find, but a staff that genuinely enhances the entire dining experience is much harder to come by. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Their breading is soooooo delicious. We tried a few different sauces on the wings and they set nice in their golden brown crust.. The chicken is very clean.. I could tell they use quality as the size and flavor were beyond ny expectations. Not greasy but crisp.. meat in every bite. Tgeir wings ate double the size you get from the chains i mentioned earlier. I could imagine this restaurant selling madhed potatoes and gravy .. the southern fried crust would be spectacular with a creamy chicken gravy . We had potstick with their sweet soy sauce dipping marinade. You have to try these.. We had them fried. The filling was delicious with veggies and pork but all blended perfectly.. French Fries were delicious too and the coleslaw goes great with the breading on the fried wings. The gentleman who was probably the owner was very professional and polite. This is our new stop for QUALITY, CLEAN chicken and sides.. NONE BETTER in Colorado and Ive lived hete over 40 years and operated several restaurant chains over the front range for decades. The chicken was cooked perfectly and very juicy, it took about 15 mins for the food but that is reasonable as they cook it to order. We even ordered a slushy and had the worker keep it in the fridge so it didn't melt while waiting for the food to be made. We took our food to go. Everything was 10/10! We tried the mozzarella sticks, mini chicken sandwiches, cheese fries, loaded cheese fries, regular chicken sandwich, etc. everything was perfect! The place was also kept very clean and nice. I highly recommended.

We ordered 4 items and they got 3 of those wrong. And the 4th one I actually corrected at the register... so they would have gotten all 4 wrong. As I write this I realize they did get all 4 wrong because the one thing I thought they got right (the blue raspberry slushie) they actually forgot to even give to us... geez. So it's actually all 4 items. The other items the got wrong: they forgot the cheese on the cheese fries, they gave us a chicken sandwich instead of just a side tender, and one of the sandwiches were wrong. I placed an order online for my wife and daughter after a long day at an outdoor charity event, we were all tried and hot and hungry. My other daughter and I ordered from a different sandwich shop that does not deliver. The Snarf sandwiches were delivered while I was out picking up the rest of dinner. The sandwiches delivered were wrong. I called the store and told the employee that we got the wrong food. They offered to refund me and I explained that I wanted the correct food because I still had people to feed. Note to Snarfs if I wanted the different food I would have ordered the different food. They said that they could remake the food but couldn't guarantee delivery because they use a third party service. This sent me through the roof. I started to rant about what is the point if I still don't know if food is actually coming when the employee cut me off and demanded to talk. Fine; pissed me off but we were getting nowhere so I get it. They finally told me that they got confirmation from the third party that they could do another delivery so that is what we settled on. I then go a text from that third party that they couldn't deliver for another 40 minutes. Now we are approaching bed times and that is really not going to work so I drove to Snarfs because it is like five minutes from the house. I just want to feed my family at this point. When I got to the shop I just asked for my food so I could go home. I wasn't even mad anymore just tired and over the whole thing. As I walked in they said that the third party just picked up the food and it was on its way to my house {twenty minutes sooner than they texted}. I literally followed the driver to my house, I didn't know it was them until they got to my neighborhood but then I assumed. They handed me the food in the driveway. Due to the whole experience, if it is up to me I will not use Snarfs again. There are other sandwich shops around that I didn't have a bad evening with.
