Meat is cooked with no rub or marinade which is fine because the hickory smoke is the seasoning. Most times the ribs are a bit dry, but if you're not a prick, the sauce makes up for it. It's tomato based and heavily spiced with cinnamon and pepper... Delicious. If you are a prick, you'll still love the smoked sausage. If you're a big sides guy like me, their potato salad is some of the best I've had. Mayo based but also vinegar, and sweet relish for extra zing. Slaw is good. Beans are good. Peach cobbler is pretty basic sloppy homestyle stuff. Not my favorite but my parents and grandparents dig it when they are in town. I serve it with vanilla ice cream at home.
