    Sad snoopy donuts.
    Katie V.

I walked in after ordering my donuts on the app and there was one customer there. She said she didnt know what she wanted for me to go ahead. I told the girl behind the counter I had a pick up order and she looked it up then proceeded to tell me oh its not put together yet, gave a deep sigh and proceeded to throw my 6 donuts in a box. I asked if I could swap one of the donuts as the app said it was sold out but they had it, she ignored me 3 times before the other customer said she's trying ro ask you something. She swapped them like it was the hardest thing to do. She handed it to me and when I told her I had more ordered she rolled her eyes and goes oh I didnt see that. Then proceeded to go back to the other customer and ignore me. So hard my order I paid for was missing at this point. She got the other customer her two donuts and went through all the rewards stuff then finally grabbed the rest of my donuts and gave them to me. Not impressed at all with the service. The donuts look awful, supposed to be pretty snoopy ones and they just look sad. At least they taste good. Which earned them back a star.

I ordered donuts for the office. I went online and had them delivered. They had DoorDash delivery. It came within 40 minutes of ordering. They were still warm and so adorable for St. Patrick's Day. Absolutely delicious as always.

How can I pass on a speciality dozen!! Bought 2 dozen no complaints!! Love the theme super cute! The box was even cute all in theme! Service was great I ordered the morning of from the app! Worked perfect! My donuts were ready when I arrived! The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The donuts were as expected soft and fresh!! All my coworkers loved them and also made a statement about the KK marketing team is on point and how they do a great job!! Of course we will be back ! Hopefully soon there will be a Grinch Christmas Theme

So I'm there with my mom and her friend and it's kinda late, but we ordered half a dozen, 2 strawberry with sprinkles and the rest glazed. The guy that was working there talked kinda fast and it was js kinda odd, then when we got our donuts we still had more errands to run. Once we got home and opened the box, it was the wrong order and we got 4 chocolate instead of glazed. Not rlly sure where to go cause we live like 20 mins away and it js kinda sucked.

KK without a doubt is the patriarch and matriarch of donuts and all that is deliciously scrumptious. It's basically your mom and pop because it is one donut company that you can rely on when you leave to venture on your own and discover yourself. Only to find that they have always been there for you whole heartedly without judgment when you come back to them. Leaving you loving them even more. Damn you KK! They consistently pack a solid taste, yet have the flexibility to compete with these specialty cake donuts. They have experience and aren't afraid to put up a fight. Watch out because you just might get those cake donuts that are picture perfect for Instagram slapped out of your hands. KK has nothing but traditional, go to favorite flavors that have always been true crowd pleasers. It's a Pavlovian response. As soon as that hot now sign goes on you know what time it is!

    Clearly enjoying the food. Double-fisted.

This Krispy Kreme had a lot of great donuts options and flavors! My husband and I ordered half a dozen donuts. Four original glazed and two flavored (Apple pie and raspberry filled). All of the donuts tasted fresh and we're very tasty. My husband told me that the bathroom there was very clean.

My wife ordered online, This was supposed to be an Assortment, It's all glazed, and their Old and stale

Not fresh and a quarter of them are original glazed and not the limited edition Biscoffs I requested.

**This will be my very first 1 star review on here. I have sat in writing an update for nearly 3 years. Tonight was the last straw. The last few years have been so disappointing. I rarely get doughnuts from Krispy Kreme here at the VB Blvd and the Battlefield Blvd locations anymore. Today my son wanted doughnuts instead of a cake for his birthday. I ordered a box of the special Biscoff doughnuts and a dozen of the originals from the VB Blvd store. At nearly $20/dozen after taxes it's not cheap. The lady that helped me did not seem happy to be there. Never cracked a smile. I should have known something was up when she gave me a premade box that was sitting by the register for the limited edition Biscoffs. Well, got home and they are at least day old doughnuts and 1/4 wasn't even the right doughnuts. Took a photo. I should have known to not trust it since there were plenty of the Biscoffs in the display case and not just at all. The last 2 times were the free dozen doughnuts for your birthday. The first time I let it slip thinking it was during COVID and they were just getting back on track. The doughnuts were old and nasty. The glaze was melted and slimy. It was from a stack of pre-boxed on the side and cold. Mind you the "Hot"red light was on and I specifically waited to get them at the time. Then last year AGAIN same thing happened at the Battlefield store in Chesapeake. Day old to say the least. When I looked at the guy he acted like he was too busy to even look at me at the drive thru. Such a shame as I remember the VB Blvd store as a child with such fond memories-before KK became a big brand name around the world. 9/10 times the service is subpar and this is why I don't even bother going inside the shop. My kids loved their monthly KK treat when little, but no longer ask anymore. It's not like they did t have the product. They just treating loyal customers like leftover trash.

Conveniently located on Virginia Beach Blvd. when the HOT sign is on it's time to get your Krispy Kreme On. Large variety of donuts - can't go wrong with Glazed and Raspberry filled. Morning crew on weekdays treated me good as they went to the freshly made glazed donuts for my order. Good coffee and quick service. Will return when I am back in VA BEACH. Highly recommend.

Happy National Donut Day! Free donut of your choice on June 3, 2022! I saw an Instagram post about Krispy Kreme's promotion on National Donut Day, so, my friend and I drove over to the nearest location in Virginia Beach! The workers are so cheerful and friendly! The decor is colorful and fun! You can see the donuts being freshly made through the window! This place is great! I chose the chocolate glazed donut for my free donut. My friend bought a dozen glazed donuts, so, I ate one of those, too! Mmm! Yeast donuts are so light and airy! It's like eating a sweet, round cloud! Thanks to Krispy Kreme for a pleasant treat! There's no Krispy Kreme on Oahu Island in Hawaii right now. I don't really want to fly to Maui Island for my free donut! Hee hee!

haven't been to Krispy Kreme in a very long time. I went there today at Virginia Beach Blvd location and did not get a friendly service from the employee that was taking my order from the drive thru window. as I've stated it's been a while since I've been there and when I was trying to place my order I sense that the order taker was a bit rushing me while I was simply trying to look at the menu what flavors I should get. The donuts I was going to purchase was for my staff to reward them for their hard work - that came out to a disappointmen!!! When I was placing my order I feel rushed by the order taker and told her if she can simply give me time and do not rush me. While I was choosing my flavor for my donuts the screen changed so I had to wait until it came up again. The order taker can argue all he/she wants that he/she wasn't being unfriendly but how that person made me "feel" is what happened When I told the order taker not to rush me she replied back to me not be hostile. I was not hostile and was being sarcastic over the mic. Then I go inside to tell the manager on duty (Chloe) this person showed no emotion or interest what I was telling her. I know my complaint will not make Krispy Kreme sales decreased but it's sad that the service industry has succumbed to low standards Krispy Kreme will not be part of my family of places to go to!!!

We are Krispy Kreme fanatics, especially when the HOT NOW sign is on! They are generally friendly in the store and quick service in the drive thru. Very cool inside where you can see the workers making the doughnuts.

Really appreciated when I walked in being greeted right away. My scary looks didn't detour the great customer service! (Pjs, fuzzy slippers and still unbrushed hair) I was asked if I've been before and when I said NO! The young lady went on to explain how it works. They were quick, efficient, clean while boxing up all my choices. I did the Dozen since it's not just for me I needed to make sure to get something for everyone's taste. I was most excited about the Samoa! Turns out- that's not even my favorite. Too much chocolate for my liking. But the cherry pie one - amazing.
