I was really dissapointed in my visit today. I'm going to give this review 2 stars because there may have been a chance someting was going wrong at the location (Secor Rd Toledo, OH) that I did not know about. Before I arrived, I checked the hours to make sure that they were open. It said that the location opened at 6 AM. I arrived at 7:20. I parked and walked to the door to go inside, but it was locked. When I looked in the windows, I assumed that they were closed because there were no donuts on display and the screens were turned off. Then, I noticed that there were at least 4 staff members there already. I was upset by this because it seemed like they were not doing their jobs. Nearly an hour and a half had passed since the time the location was supposed to open, and it looked like nothing had been done. I was upset, and I decided to go home. read more

Is the Hot light on? On or off, these donuts are delicious. I love the variety, but the classic glazed will always be my favorite. If I'm having a cheat day, this is where you will find me. Google says that some locations have vegan options, I haven't found them yet. The drive through goes pretty fast. I've never been inside of this location. read more

stopped in to grab a few donuts this afternoon (8-30-26). an older woman was walking in behind us so we held the door open for her, so she placed a large order in front of us, we continued to stand and wait to order. a man came in behind us (mind u none of the workers acknowledgEd we were still standing waiting). when the older woman was finally finished with her order the man jumped line to ask questions, again workers not acknowledging we were standing there. then an employee from sonic comes in with an order that the workers placed and several workers come up front to get there order still nobody sees us standing there. the sonic worker decides she wants some donuts so the worker starts taking her order as we are still standing there waiting to order. I proceeded to tell the worker that we have been standing here waiting to order and she says "oh I didn't you standing there". REALLY? you didn't us standing at the counter?? we walked out of krispy Kreme and will NEVER shop at your store again. all your workers were rude and did not acknowledge that we were there read more

I wish 0 stars was possible. I'm giving up on Krispy Kreme. Every time I go here there's a problem. I'll order usually three donuts and at least one is not available. But they never even mention it. I check the box when I pick up my online order to find a donut or two that I didn't order. They substitute without telling you or asking what you want. And being that they NEVER have it ready they could do that. And the staff here are just generally terrible. They do not want to serve you. They stare at you at the counter like they're wondering what you're doing there. But I'm through. It's not with the effort at this place. They should just close up and leave town. read more

Old doughnuts, rude service, no doughnut filling, always out of stuff, coffee machines always "broken" or they're out of the supplies. The doughnuts at this location are not even good. All due to the employees. The Krispy Kreme's from the grocery store taste better than fresh from this store. read more

Ordered online the night before for the next day. When we arrived in the morning the girl knew nothing about it and was very rude kept telling us she never see the paperwork that we printed. She literally picked donuts out of the display case and dropped them into the boxes, thank you or anything when finished she walked away. read more

They never have everything you want, never any coffee, very poor customer service, always slow as molasses, online orders constantly cancelled for not having what you paid for and nowadays the lobby is always closed for no reason whatsoever. Whoever runs this place needs to be replaced asap because they're not doing their job and neither are their workers who work under them. read more

20 minutes in a drive thru line of 5 cars. Lobby closed because of no staff. Drive thru speaker goes unanswered.

Just because you partnered with McDonald's, doesn't mean you need to be closing your restaurant for just "online orders". Management sucks.

The light was on for hot fresh donut so I thought I'd give them a try again, and while the donuts were good it's almost not worth going because the service is still so bad. Still can't be bothered to answer the drive thru speaker and they just stare at you at the window like they want you to leave. Very uncomfortable experience honestly, I think that's probably the last time I'll try with this location. read more

How can this establishment that makes its money selling donuts be TOTALLY OUT OF DONUTS at 7:00 in the morning? . How do you say the management suck without saying it? Have no product available to purchase. . Absolutely the result of management. . I would give ZERO stars if I could read more

This review is based solely on the service. The food is amazing don't get me wrong but the worker was beyond rude to me when I was just clarifying my order. Overall do not attend this Krispy Kreme : Edit ran into the rude worker in Taco Bell and smashed my friends donuts and said she doesn't care about her job and said many different cure words read more

Stopped here to get a dozen glazed through the drive-thru. The donuts were so hot and delicious! The staff was also really friendly and speedy. Would come back to this location again if we were in the area. read more

I understand it's New Years Even but the customer service we received at the drive thru today was beyond disappointing. Employee needs trained on how to best guide customers through ordering instead of being rude and unenthusiastic. It could be he didn't enjoy his job or it was short staffed and he was mentally done for the day, but that's where training should take over. We left immediately very disappointed we didn't get any donuts frustrated by his lack of care for the customer. Such a shame too because we don't live near a KK. :( read more

Doors were locked and couldn't go inside to choose the donuts you want, pulled up to the drive thru and were told you have to place your order at the window where there isn't a menu to see what they offer? Never again. read more

Just had the worst experience at this location. Seriously!? Do you want any business or not? Attempted to place an order for a dozen assorted donuts only to be told they do not have any of them, even though they are advertised on the menu and not marked as sold out or unavailable. Then switched my order to just a dozen glazed. Pulled around to the window, only sit there and be ignored by not just one, but 6 employees! No greeting, or anything. I got fed up with sitting there with my window down rain pouring in and cars lined up behind me. As a line of employees stood around and made eye contact. Can you explain to me what type of business practice this is? From my point of view it is a poor one. I believe my Krispy Kreme experience might have met its end and focused on only local bakeries. read more

Giving this 5 stars because the service is amazing. I was down on my luck, just had an argument. So as I was walking on a freezing day, crying. I came inside to get warm before I called for my ride. I sat at the table and one of your staff sat down next to me. Gave me a donut, juice, advice, and her flip-flops (barefoot, shoes were thrown out the window.) People like her restore my faith in the world. If you read this, THANK YOU. She even told me I could take a nap if I needed to. Vibes and atmosphere are great! read more

It's your average national chain donut shop. They have good products but never seem to have a lot in stock and service is spotty. When I'm in a pinch and the local places are closed I'll head here. They are never a first choice though. read more

Very clean, friendly and efficient. Well managed location. And of course the donuts were delicious and so fresh.

Associates need to be trained on their specials etc. , we were so confused and we just drove off without getting what we came there for, and paid a lot more than we thought it should be, girl not helpful at all! read more

The last time I went will be the last time at that location for me. I got day old, dry, cold donuts that were wrong the first time I ordered them. NEVER any Hot & Now donuts when the light is on. What is that light supposed to be for? Business slow and you need bump? When you don't have a lot of money and you choose a place like this that gives you what they give you- skip it and spend your money elsewhere. read more

I never received the donuts, so I can't say much about their taste or quality. I sat for 7 minutes at the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. I said hello until a female said just a minute. I continued to wait until I finally lost my patience and left. Under staffed perhaps, but not a chance I'll try again. I still would like a donut but there are other places to get them. read more

Krispy Kreme has great donuts but this location is unfortunately not up to par. A majority of times I have visited it is closed despite being after the posted opening time. When they are open, you can expect them to not have a majority of donuts they advertise as available and I have waited over 20 minutes for my order more than once. If you're hoping to grab a donut in the afternoon, you may have better luck but be cautious when visiting in the morning. read more

They got my order of donuts VERY WRONG. Again. The first time I tried to rationalize away why I was handed the wrong box of donuts, but this has happened twice now. It's like the employees don't care. Posting photos this time for proof. Do not let them hurry you out of the line until you've completely checked your order. They will get it wrong. Plus, a dozen glazed is a lower price point than what I paid. So I got screwed over twice in a single transaction. That's hard to do. read more

Great donuts! They are pretty fast considering how long the lines are. Only issue was we got 2 different donuts than the ones we ordered but they were still tasty read more

Very annoyed. Went to this location at 10 am, attempted to go through the drive thru and the sign was on sat and no one acknowledged me, even after I few attempts of me saying hello. So I decided to go inside, saw people were working, but there was a sign on the door stating only drive thru. attempted drive thru one more time with no response. I get if something happened and they were unable to open, but put a sign on the door Stating that, not use drive thru. read more

If I could give less I would. I ordered a custom order and got mostly glazed. They were supposed to be the special ones. No one called to let me know they didn't have them they just assumed I wanted all glazed. The few that were correct were very hard Been on hold for nearly an hour no and still can not get through. Never again will I order from here read more

Ordered coffee and a latte, and when I got to the window to pay, the girl said the latte machine just went down and asked if an iced coffee was okay instead. of course, I was okay with that, but the price didn't change. I asked about it after checking my receipt and she asked if I wanted her to adjust the price. My husband then asked her if it changed the price to downgrade to the coffee and she said oh, no, it's the same. He didn't feel like arguing because we were running late to be somewhere, but the receipt clearly showed the latte was $4.49 and the coffee was $3.09, so there's definitely a difference. I don't know if this girl simply is lazy, can't do math, or is scamming people, but something isn't right. Since I've been here before and wasn't impressed with the service, I won't be coming back. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. My review covers multiple experiences with this location over a long period of time. Not just an outlier. I love KrispyKreme doughnuts. They are my favorite but you cannot get them here. My favorite is the glazed raspberry filled doughnut. However, at this location their is little to no raspberry filling! See pic. On my boys last visit they didn't even have the original glazed doughnuts. How do you not have those? Customer service is terrible and the employees walk around with a "glazed" look in their eyes with no leadership or direction. This place cannot stay in business long? I put in a formal complaint on line and asked for a call back. Nothing. I feel sorry for the franchise owner. Does he know his business is this terrible? Please get your act together or Toledo will be without a KrispyKreme location again. read more

Krispy Kreme - Glazed raspberry filled doughnut with little to no raspberry filling - Donuts Near Me - Toledo, Ohio

Rude staff, slow, does not know what they are doing. I have never been to an establishment that has been so consistently horrible EVERY time we visit. Unfortunately we only have 1 store to choose from in the area. read more

I'm surprised this place is still in business. Customer service at this place is horrible. I stopped coming here because the last few times I ordered the service was awful and my order was incorrect. Only went because Dunkin was closed and my son wanted donuts. The cashier at the window was taking orders touching money and cards and grabbing donuts with the same gloves. When I politely mentioned my concern she got an attitude with me and sarcastically told me to have a nice day. Health department probably needs to make sure things are up to par in this place. Needs new management because this place is a bad reflection clearly of poor management. Stay away read more

Lobby was closed on a Sunday. I ordered online so I went through the drive thru. The person who took my order didn't ask what associated donuts I wanted. I've had issues with service at Krispy Kreme my last two orders. I would suggest ordering through a local bakery for better service and better donuts. read more

Got there 45 min before closing and they said they weren't taking anymore orders. Why be open till 11 if you can't serve till 11????

I stopped in to buy some donuts and use the bathroom first. There was no toilet paper, no soap in the dispenser and no paper towels. If they can't keep up with the basics, how are the staff keeping up hygiene requirements. Did not buy the donuts. Very disappointed read more

The girl started to take my order (I got an assorted dozen) in the middle of taking my order she started texting on her phone and when I told her 2 of the donuts I wanted she waited about 3 minutes and then looked up and said " huh what kind did you say again" super unprofessional. They didn't have half of the donuts the location said they did online (I even went earlier in the day) and the donuts were not fresh they went hard a couple hours after I got them had to throw them away. Other than that the staff was pretty decent and friendly but that's about the only nice thing I can say about this location. I will not be going back or wasting my money here anymore. Something's got to change, very disappointing & not to mention it was my first time here. There's a bunch of teenagers who work here and do not care about the food they put out. read more
