Horrible customer service. It was my first time coming to this place and I asked for a dozen assorted donuts. The person in drive thru as of June 30, 8:47pm was disrespectful, had an attitude, and was impatient with us. She asked what flavors I wanted, I said "Just twelve assorted ones" I was confused since IT WAS MY FIRST TIME! She then stated "Yeah your gonna get 12 what flavors do you want?." I said okay, I'll take chocolate, strawberry, vanilla. She raised her voice and said "there's no vanilla". Once again, never been here before so I didn't know. I asked if she could just please choose random ones for me because I was having difficulty ordering. She took a deep breathe in and let out a loud sigh and said , "WHAT FLAVORS DO YOU WANT" raising her voice and with a whole attitude. I was with my family and was not expecting to get treated by this. You need better people with better attitude. I drove 20 minutes to get here just to get treated like crap. Horrible experience. read more

This Krispy Kreme is the closest donut shop to my house. It also has a drive thru, which I love because it means that I don't have to get fully dressed to get a treat :) Each visit has been pretty much the same. Donuts that aren't fresh. I'm not sure what the deal is, but that's a huge prerequisite in a donut for me! Hot and fresh. The last time I visited was around 8 a.m., so I'm not sure why I was served a cold, hard donut. Their regular coffee is also lacking. I have to say Dunkin' Donuts definitely does a better job with their donuts and coffee. Don't think I'll be returning. read more

This new location is awesome. I could eat a krispy kreme glazed donut everyday of the week. The employees are friendly here as well. The only thing about this location is the selection just like others have mentioned BUT, I always get the regular glazed donuts anyways and they are always good. The best way to get them is right when the come out of the oil, on to the conveyer and a quick trip through the waterfall of glaze.......mmm mmm mmmm. Super soft dough, partially melts in your mouth read more

Krispy Kreme - Donut holes! - Donuts Near Me - Midlothian, Virginia

Krispy Kreme has the drive thru, which is pretty sweet for a fast pickup on your way to work. Co-workers get a little friendlier early in the morning when they see/smell you walk through the door sporting the unmistakable aroma of coffee and fried doughy goodness. This location is fairly quick at 6:45 in the morning, and the doughnuts have been warm and fresh. The service has been more cheery on some days rather than others, but I guess not everyone is a morning person, and somebody has to work the window... read more

Great donuts just like any Krispy Kreme. The problem is there selection. Don't assume just because its on the Krispy Kreme corporate website menu that you will find it here. I had a craving for some more specialized donuts and some eclairs but was quickly disappointed... read more

Krispy Kreme - Donuts Near Me - Midlothian, Virginia

This place is horrible the staff is rude not a great place very slow and staff can't sell doughnuts why

The donuts are terrific when they come out hot. Made right on site so better than your grocery store Krispy Kreme. If your in the mood for donuts this is the place to come. I still like a hot Krispy creme over duck donuts or sugar shack. read more

The service here was good but that was it! I stopped in to get a dozen chocolate glazed cream filled and was greatly disappointed when I drove 2hrs to get home and ate one. It was no cream inside any of the doughnuts!! There were holes in the sides but no cream. So basically I paid almost $1 a doughnut for a dried out, chocolate, covered piece of bread? I guess the cream machine ran out and no one bothered to change it. I'm still enraged just thinking about it! read more

This one tends to be sooooooo sllooowwwww *imitates a slug moving on a cold day* at the drive-thru. I think I played some Hay Day and had several interesting in depth conversations with my 3 year old while waiting in the drive thru line. However, the line was super long because it was National Donut Day and folks wanted their free donuts, BUT, the line tends to be long usually. I know my bff who lives over here as well would rather drive to the one off of Broad St by Willow Lawn because their line doesn't tend to be as sluggish. The drive thru people are usually very nice though! Their new lemon donut is awesome mix of tart, tooth-achingly sweet, glazed cake donut heaven. read more

I love stopping by here after visiting my grandparents. Mom and I usually get a dozen of originals and another of assorted. They're really delicious and the limited edition pumpkin cheesecake aren't so bad! I picked up two pirate donuts just to see if they're good, too. I brought them home and they were gone quick. Staff members are friendly and the place is kept tidy and clean. Going to keep coming here for those hot, tasty yummies. Wish there was a Krispy Kreme in my area :( read more

Always hot and delicious. Their discounts via email are always awesome! Krispy Kreme is my favorite donut store. Worth driving the distance to. Facility is clean and staff is friendly. read more

Love KK donuts. We wanted them for Easter so we ordered them for our church. 12 dozen. THEY cancelled the order without telling us. Just didn't show up. read more

My kids came in for report card reward donuts and there were 5 people working behind the counter. Workers came and went, restocking the display, but my kids stood there for 5 minutes without anyone asking if they needed help. I had to call out to the workers and ask if anyone was serving the counter before anyone served them. read more

Really good, I don't care for the chocolate...not enough chocolate icing, the rest of the donuts a are DELISH, just another check-in...I've had at least4-5 before. read more

The service here is horrible, we had to leave because an employee working the drive thru ignored us trying to order and we heard him complaining to his coworker about us saying "man they're still talking?" Like what?? He started to take our orders and then just stopped in the middle and ignored us. read more

Customer service is very poor. I waited over 20 minutes for a cup of coffee and this was at 6am. I would not go to this location again.

This location needs to get it together. A recent Sunday morning trip yeilded apathetic and confused staff that misunderstood our order twice. Plus, they were out of cake doughnuts, and even though the Hot sign was on, the glazed doughnuts were cold. Sadness! read more

Went to this location at 7:15pm today Drive thru had 10-15 cars waiting. I went inside to find there were 11 people that had already paid and were waiting for glazed. Looking at the case they only had 4 types of doughnuts (custard filled, Oreo topped, cake batter & strawberry w/ sprinkles). I asked if they had any other type in the back and was told "We ain't got no other doughnuts". Choosing to leave on the way out I asked one of the people how long they had been waiting. The lady looked at her receipt and said 33 minutes. Sad thing is there were NO doughnuts being made. read more

Came in to get a cup of decaf and donut. Was told they would have to make the coffee and it would take 10 minutes. Opted for water and had to wait for him to wait on someone behind me after we received our order to get it. His jeans were down to his thighs. Personally I don't come to a business to see someone's red underwear. Won't be back read more

Yummy! The doughnuts are great especially when they are fresh and hot! I could probably eat the whole dozen myself. Location is great and more convenient than the other one on Broad st. read more

I wanted a original filled donut, they didn't have them... then I wanted a vanilla frozen latte they didn't have the medium size and they gave me caramel I am pretty sure. This is my experience of coming here for the first time read more

I love going to this Krispy Kreme and watching the little donuts be made. It's like being in the hospital nursery. So cute. One of the girls that works there did me a solid and tossed my donut through the glaze machine twice. DOUBLE GLAZE. Try it. It's pure diabetes. This location is almost in the ghetto, but its worth it. Delicious. read more

I got my hot doughnuts at the drive through....after waiting 30 minutes with 2 cars ahead ...and no cars in the parking lot, kinda defeats the purpose of a drive through. Especially when you're in a rush read more

How do you run out of chocolate iced donuts at 9:15 in the morning, and take 20 min for me to get 6 glazed donuts? Half the workers are standing around! read more

My son and I went to this Krispy Kreme a few weeks ago. We just moved to Virginia from NC and I was craving their delicious donuts even though this one is 30 minutes away. I waited in line at the drive through and finally got to the speaker. Nobody greeted me over the speaker or said anything. I told my son "I guess it's not working". We sat there for about 3-5 minutes before it was our turn to pull forward. I assumed everyone was ordering at the window. When I got to the window the girl said I had to pull back around and get back in line. I thought she was joking. She was so rude. I asked if she was joking and she said "no I'm serious. You have to order at the speaker". I told her I tired and nobody heard me. She said they heard me. But nobody responded. I was so mad. She could have taken my order right there at the window but refused to. I ended up going inside. The donuts were good but the window employee was very rude. read more

No reason to go to a Krispy Kreme with better local donut options nearby. I gave KK another shot because I wanted something quick on my way home from Kroger. Iced coffee turned into an iced latte for twice the price. This was the second time this has happened and the same drive through cashier had the same rude response when I said my order was was incorrect ("Well, I didn't make it.") Next time I'll give my money to Cafe Zata or Treat Shop. read more

Let me say, this was the worst experience, I've had in along time, I decided to go thru the drive thru, Do to the fact it was raining, I placed an order for 2 dozen hot glazed donuts and a large coke, The cashier told me it would be $22.72, I gave her $40 in cash, She gives me back $2.28, I asked were is the rest of my change??? Mind you I had just pulled $100 from the ATM, with no stops in between the bank and Krispy Kreme, I asked for her to get a manager, No one came to the drive up window to speak to me, They pulled out her cash drawer and Never spoke to me, I proceed to call inside the store, I spoke with a shift manager and She explained to me, while I was waiting they counted her drawer and she was over 28 cents they couldn't look at the cameras, I would have to wait for GM on Monday and today is Thursday? The employee, Stole from me, right from a drive up window,I'm 100 percent certain to the amount of money, I gave to her, She is a thief and a liar, SO IF YOU'RE PAYING WITH CASH, GO INSIDE, read more

Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me so I rarely ever eat KK donuts. This place is the worst! Even when the lines aren't long they take forever. I've been in drive through line for 15 minutes and the cars haven't moved once!! They don't make the glazed cream filled, unlike every other KK in the state of VA. Avoid this place at all costs and if you must go due to a craving, hunker down for a long trip and make sure your tank is full. read more

Yummmm!!! The best donuts in town! Great staff, great service... and of course, exceptional donuts as always!

The selection of doughnuts at this location is terrible. Don't come here if you want something other than glazed donuts. Also the line is always extremely long. read more

Just left WITHOUT doughnuts as there was an incredibly long line and the staff didn't seem to see any urgency in making doughnuts or on waiting customers. Wow, not a good way to start off a beautiful Saturday! read more

We went in today on the way home from grocery shopping. We got an assorted dozen. I finally got a lemon filled donut. Lemon filled is one of my favorite donuts and its been years since I've had a lemon filled donut. It was yum! But Krispy Kreme sure skimp on the chocolate icing. I mean seriously, you should not see bare donut when a donut is iced. A good 1/2" parameter or more was not iced with chocolate. My excitement at getting fresh donuts was certainly dimmed by the stinginess of chocolate icing. read more

You know its good. Gunna treat ourselves to a mix of Chocolate Icing Cream Filled, Raspberry Fill and Maple. You gotta try the Maple. Mmmmm

With Krispy Kreme you assume you know what you're going to get. However, this particular location exceeded my expectations. Not only do they have a sugar donut, which is a delicious option not available on the other side of town the staff was more welcoming. The doughnuts honestly tasted a slight bit different. I eat at both locations frequently, but I prefer this one. I was not expecting to like this location better. I was one of those crazy people camped out waiting for their grand opening. However, I assumed I would still go to the other location more since it is more convenient for me. For a chain this place has well exceeded my expectations. read more

I called at 7:15am to make sure if he able to get 7 dozen original glazed donuts at 8:15am. Was assured by the man who answered the phone that they would definitely have them, no problem, just come in and they would box them up. When I got there, an employee said she had set aside my donuts but another employee sold them. The manager (who I believe was he person I talked to on the phone) said (without actually looking at me) "we can do chocolate glazed for the original price but we don't have any more original." No apology. When I said I didn't want chocolate, I needed original, he shrugged and said it would be 30 minutes before they'd have any. So I left because I couldn't wait that long to go to work. Don't say you'll definitely have something if there's a possibility you won't have it, and don't shrug it off when you can't provide what you assured a customer would be there. Manners go a long way. read more

Fresh donuts. One associate was nice and friendly. The other was less than polite.
