We decided to try them one evening. Myself and two friends went in bearing multiple coupons. We each had a free donut for joining the rewards program, and it was my birthday, so I received a free dozen donuts. This was absolutely the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced. We were insulted because of a small mix up in the order that was cleared up at the speaker. A dozen donuts half cream filled half chocolate glazed. She thought we were asking for chocolate filled. We explained at least 5 times that it was vice versa. The donuts were fine but we opted for the online ordering, and stood at the "pick up door" for 10 minutes beyond my stated arrival time. No one paid any attention to me (and another customer) standing there, so I gave up and got in the drive-thru line. The staff person I spoke to simply told me they'd have my order at the window. When I tried to use a "buy a dozen, get a dozen" coupon (that can't be used online), she told me that because my order was done online and already paid for, I can't use the coupon. No explanation of what went wrong with the "door pick-up" process or apology for anything, just handed me my order and said to have a good night. I know this is a minor thing, but I was really surprised by the complete lack of any indication that their process doesn't seem to work. The hot donut sign was on but my dozen glazed was at best a barely warmer than room temp.
