Great service offer me a free complementary doughnut while I waited to pick up my order

I have not been here in a minute. I see that they have cream for donuts again. My favorite is the white cream donuts.The white cream only.. I got 3 donuts that is more than enough. One glazed donut and one glazed cream filled donut and a Oreo cream filled donut! Delicious donuts! I grew up on these donuts! When I first started going to Krispy Kreme my brother and I was stuck on the donut holes years ago. I visited on 1-19-2026. Pull up and check them out. They were understaffed so I had to pull up through the drive thru even though one door on the side says go to the front door. read more

0/10!!!!! Got in line behind two cars at 7:40.am. Ordered at 7:59am. Got to the window only to be told there are NO donuts. The HOT signs is on. There is a sign that clearly states that they have fresh, hot donuts during 7a and 9a DAILY. I don't know why I came back. This place will have you sitting for an hour with no urgency. The young man said he couldn't tell me how long it would be for fresh donuts. They handed me 12 donuts with two napkins. After speaking with the manager, Craig, I was told that "corporate" only allows them to give you 7 napkins.... It is my fault for trying this location again. Service is horrible! Came here for a snack with nieces. not a fan of Krispy Kreme, but they love it. First off the inside was closed at 8/8:30. I'm guessing because it was only 1 person working. She was super sweet, but no sense of urgency when serving the drive through. They were out of ALOT of items, so we had to get mostly the classic donuts as substitutes. There were at 5 cars in the drive through. Again, the young lady was sweet, but I wouldn't return. The hot sign wasn't on, and the donuts weren't good at all. From what I could see the inside didn't look too clean, but where she pulled the donuts from seemed to have been in a secure clean space. They didn't have their health inspection displayed as lost drive through places have either. Anywho, I wont return, but the kids wanted it so whatever lol. read more

My elderly parents warned me not to go but I went in to get doughnuts cause the hot light was on. The lady started to get them when another lady with a green shirt and antenna ponytail, who I think was a manager started yelling at her coworker saying " I thought I told you ain't no hot doughnuts today!" Last night (about 7: 15pm) was my 2nd trip to attempt to get a half dozen assorted. I did get the assortment, which included glazed, chocolate iced and Kreme filled. My mother warmed up the Kreme filled and it hardly had any Kreme at all. As I stated since this was my second attempt in 2 days and attempted to give this location a chance, but I've decided I won't be returning. The location is convenient, but I'll drive to Stockbridge or the Ponce De Leon Location before coming to Wesley Chapel. I stoped by here recently to get coffee and doughnuts for a school function. This location opens its doors at 6:00 a.m., so that worked for me since I needed to get to the school by 7:00 a.m. I placed an order via the mobile app at 5:30 a.m. and it was ready and waiting on the counter for me at 6:10 a.m. when I walked it. My order was bagged up with napkins and everything. The employee who was at the counter asked my name and handed me the bag. This was too easy. They also have a rewards program and you get a free dozen when you sign up. It's super easy to earn points and they always have promotions in the app for you to save money while also earning points. I recommend placing orders using the app; especially if you are going to need a receipt. Another time I went here I ordered in the store and wasn't able to get a receipt because the employee could get the receipt printer to work. I wasn't able to get reimbursed for that purchase, so I wasn't too happy about that. This location can get busy too, so placing orders in the app is best in case the employee at the front gets too busy. The location is always clean and well-kept. So my daddy just went to the Krispy Kreme on Wesley chapel for the Labor Day Promotion buy a dozen and get a dozen glazed for $2. They closed the inside and he had to go to the drive thru. To my surprise there was one only 2 mins from where we were staying. We went through the drive thru because it was HOTlanta on the day of. It was quick and easy. The clerk was so nice and the service thru the window was quick and easy. It wasn't pricey and the cold lemonade beverage was perfect. The dozen donuts were halfway done by the time we got back to the vacation house. I'm a fan and will definitely do it again vs. buying it in the grocer or Walmart. If you do get to place an order, it takes so long and your order is always wrong. They give these little miniature donuts when you order a full dozen. Some weeks back, I ordered two dozen original glazed doughnuts for delivery. The order was accepted, then I was contacted by the DoorDash delivery person that the store was OUT of original glazed doughnuts. Really? This was not at the end of the day - it was around 7 to 8 pm. Long story short, I received a dozen original glazed and a box of about 24 mini glazed doughnuts. No explanations... Today my brother ordered a dozen glazed, a dozen pumpkin spice cake doughnuts, and 4 cinnamon rolls. He was told they were out of cinnamon rolls, but his order included 4 cinnamon doughnuts, apparently. Do these people just throw whatever into a box and send it out? Poor customer service! I love this donut spot! Service is always a great. Nice clean store. Staff is warm and friendly. My daughter and I ordered half a dozen assortment donuts, we tried a new flavor, Cake Batter, yummy! We always love the hot glazed, you can never go wrong with hot glazed especially when the light is on. I never stop unless the light is on. We also ordered vanilla ice coffee. They didn't turn out do well the first time however a lot better the second time. The important thing is we received great customer service every time we come here. That is what makes us return. Now if they could only find a way to take the calories out the fresh hot glazed donuts, I'll come every day. read more

Let me just say that I grew up in Decatur, left and now moved back. It's truly unfortunate that the level of customer service has not changed much in the past twenty years. The area is slowly changing, but the quality of establishments is not keeping up. The customer service in this location was subpar, and they had no available latte or iced coffee. First and last time going to this location. I got there at 8AM and it took about 30 minutes before I reached the intercom. Only 2 cars was in front of me smh. When I finally got to the intercom, it was radio silence for almost 10 minutes. I finally said "Hello" and Shiyenne asked for my order. I ordered the cookie blast dozen but they said they only have enough for a half dozen. It's 8AM though. Ok whatever. Got the half a dozen. Only 2 of the 6 donuts was fresh. Went to this location on 9/16 and ordered some stuff for me and a friend. I requested a large water and fully expected to pay 50 cents MAX for it. When I got my receipt, I noticed that I was charged $2.09 with the word coke beside it. I immediately returned the receipt and my card and asked that it be removed bc I didn't order a coke (who drinks a sugary as* coke with doughnuts anyway?). The lady then tells me that if you request a water, they charge you fountain drink prices, so my large water request was correct in being rung up as a coke. They had me FULL CIRCLE f*cked up and if you know me, you know I told them as much. She then goes to get her manager who essentially tells me the same thing. I told him that no matter which KK I go to, I either get the water free or there's a minimal charge that's less than a dollar but I have never heard of them charging fountain drink prices for a water request. I asked for the contact details for the person who owns that particular location. He gave it to me and then tried to GIVE me the water that I requested. I said hell nah because he disappeared with that cup initially and ain't no telling what was done to it out of spite. I missed Shawn Black (the alleged owner) today (9/17) BUT I BET I WONT MISS HIM TOMORROW! I underhand charging bc you still have to run your business and pay for things like cups and water. Came to this Krispy Kreme for my first time visit with a groupon i'd just purchased, to get $20 worth of donuts for $10, but things didn't go the way I would've liked. I purchased the following: 2 dozen glazed $16 Large ice coffee $2.28 After making my purchase, I was told I had to pay tax even though I had enough money remaining on the groupon to cover my purchase and tax. Fair enough...that's happened with other groupon deals in the past where tax wasn't included, and I was fine with that. What I didn't like though was when I asked if I had more money left on my groupon, I was told no, that the total price on my receipt wasn't the actual price, and a more expensive price was only visible on their display screen (that they didn't show me), and it wouldn't show up on the printed receipt. Well what's the point of the receipt then if it's not showing me the final price?? So not only did I have to pay for tax, I wasn't allowed to use the remainder of my groupon to purchase another small item. outside of the initial woman who took my order and put it together, customer service sucked all the way around, which is a shame, because I was looking forward to visiting this fairly new store, and probably wont be coming back because of the lack of customer service here. Located at the corner of Wesley chapel road and Snapfinger woods drive, exiting out to either street isn't horrible, and in terms of convenience, this location is fairly close to I-20. The donuts are pretty much what you've come to expect from Krispy kreme...pretty delicious when hot and fresh, just okay when the red krispy kreme sign isn't lit. I recently moved here from Duluth temporarily and it really seems like majority of the drive thru places on this street could care less about anything they do and this place is no exception. We came at 10:45 last night , the hours are supposed to be til 11 on Saturday's and we pull up and all the lights are off. Me and my boyfriend had gotten excited about donuts although we figured it was a risk expecting Krispy Kreme to be open because the employees at this location are lazy asf and usually close early because they know there won't be any repercussions . We tapped on the window a couple times to speak with someone since they were supposed to be open but they kept walking by like we didn't even exist.
