Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! They had a sale advertised on their website (25 percent off a full vehicle tint)…read more I called to make and appointment and confirmed the sale with the person who took the appointment. When I brought the car in they told me they would not honor the sale, even though it was still posted on their website. I ended up still getting the car tinted there because I already waited a few weeks for the appointment. It was a mediocre job, I ended up having to bring the car back a few weeks later because of a bunch of air bubbles that never went away and streaks between the tint and the glass.

He explained everything (pricing, Calibration, etc) and walked me through the process with contacting insurance. Communication was great throughout and efficient.
