Some of the chairs in both sides of the theater are broken and don't recline all the way even tho the seats directly next to them do. The pizza is by far the worst movie theater pizza I have ever tried. I've had cold Di Giorno pizza that tasted better. I used to love coming to this theater but I no longer can justify the prices or the drive over. The staff are still friendly and helpful and the screens and audio are still decent, but overall it's not worth coming back.

When I checked the movie schedule online last night, I saw an 11:30 AM showtime, so we left early in the morning to make it on time. However, when we got there, we were told that the 11:30 AM showing did not have Korean subtitles. We had driven all the way there specifically so my mom could watch the movie with Korean subtitles, so we had no choice but to buy four tickets for the 1:15 PM showing, which did have Korean subtitles. While we were waiting, we bought nachos there, charged our cell phones, and relaxed for a while and had lunch in that mall. Being able to charge our phones was a huge plus. Also, one of the female employees, who was quite tall, was very kind and told us that there was a seating area toward the back of the theater. Thanks to her, we were able to sit there for a while, charge our phones, and eat our nachos. However, there were two women's restrooms inside the theater. One of them had no hand soap at all. I went and told the female employee, and she asked me, "There's no hand soap at all?" I said there was none at all. She then told me there was another women's restroom on the other side, so I went there, and that restroom did have soap. Before the movie started, I went back to the first restroom because it was closer to the theater, but even after more than two hours, there was still no hand soap at all. I was very disappointed, so I had to go to the restroom that was much farther away from the theater. Overall, this theater has a lot of good points. The staff is friendly, the seats are pretty comfortable, the theater is clean and pleasant, you can charge your cell phone, and parking is free. Also, for older people like my mom who want to enjoy the latest Hollywood movies with Korean subtitles, that is definitely the biggest advantage. However, I do have two suggestions: I hope they maintain the restrooms better. If there is no soap at all in the restroom, it does not seem right that no one refills it for more than two hours. I wish they would provide Korean subtitles for all showtimes. If that is not possible, I hope they clearly indicate on their website which showtimes have Korean subtitles and which ones do not. We came from far away, so it was very disappointing to find out that the 11:30 AM showing did not have Korean subtitles. Because of that, we ended up wasting two hours even though we had driven all the way there specifically for the Korean subtitles.

That meant a lot to me. Since the theater mainly catered to Korean customers, I guess it may have struggled financially. The ambitious bar they had when they first opened eventually disappeared, and then one thing after another started shutting down. Eventually, the theater was taken over by another company that operates movie theaters, and ever since then, it just hasn't been the same. I'm still happy that I can watch Korean movies here, but my recent visit to see *HOPE* was really disappointing. Even though it was a 4DX theater, it was absolutely NOT cleaned between screenings. Not at all! Popcorn was scattered everywhere, half-empty drink cups were left in the seats, and the floors were filthy. There was only one person working at the ticket counter, and no one was even checking tickets at the entrance. That pretty much says it all. Isn't there a way to make this place better? I've honestly never seen a movie theater this dirty before. It makes me sad to see the only place where I can enjoy Korean movies slowly losing its charm and becoming a shadow of what it used to be.

Only a few minutes after the movie started, I personally saw two rats at the same time near where we were seated. One scurried away near our seats, and when I screamed loudly out of fright, the other one ran off. My daughter immediately reported what we had seen to theater staff. They asked whether we wanted a refund or wanted to continue watching the movie. We decided to go back inside. That's when all hell broke loose. Other customers started seeing rats too. People were screaming and jumping up onto their seats. Then a woman screamed, "It's on my back!" while her husband tried to help her. At that point, people started getting up and leaving the theater. We left so quickly that we accidentally left some of our belongings behind. My daughter had to ask the manager to go back inside with her to retrieve them. The movie was still playing, and the manager turned on the theater lights so she could see while getting our things. Two other adults with one child each remained inside like nothing was happening. The rest of us left. What the manager told us afterward was particularly concerning. He explained that there are train tracks behind the theater, that they see rats around there "all the time," and that the janitorial staff have been leaving the back doors open, which he said is how the rats are getting inside. If that is a known problem, I do not understand why customers were still being given the option to return to the auditorium after we reported seeing two rats. When I got home, I checked Yelp and was shocked to find another reviewer describing a similar experience with rats at this same theater only a couple of months ago. So tonight's incident does not appear to be an isolated occurrence. There has been at least one similar public report previously, and the manager's own comments indicated that rats around the theater are an ongoing concern. This was absolutely horrifying, especially with my 6-year-old grandchild. I personally saw two rats at the same time. Other customers were seeing rats. People were jumping onto their seats. A woman was screaming that one was on her back while her husband tried to help her. This is a serious rat infestation that is a sanitation and safety issue that needs immediate attention. We went out for a family movie night and ended up fleeing the auditorium because of rats. They are huge rats! I have never experienced anything like this at a movie theater.

When it's empty, this is not the biggest deal, but if there's any line, you'll be waiting just to purchase your movie ticket. While a lot of theaters have ditched the traditional box office out front, it's still pretty standard for theaters to offer box office lines separate from concessions. To add to this the concession lines are usually only staffed with one person, so just hope it's not busy when you are there. On my latest visit, we entered our theater at the showtime, and were turned away as they still hadn't cleaned the theater. We double checked with the front that we went to the correct theater, and they said they had but for whatever reason they hadn't cleaned it yet. It may not be the biggest issue, but there is no theater I've ever been to where you can't enter at your showtime because they haven't changed it over from the last show. To me, it comes off that they don't care to staff the location adequately, and the overall experience suffers because of this. This is one of the closest movie theaters to me, but lately I've gone out of my way to visit AMC or other locations because the experience here is just below average compared to any other option nearby. I wouldn't recommend regal as a chain nor necessarily this location if you're looking for the best experience.

Once you walk in there is a person on the stand scanning your tickets and the concession stand is right there. They do have a bar right after the concession stand and they have some claw machines. They only have one set of restrooms which are by the entrance. The theatres are small but comfortable. They have the booths that are a little bit older so they do not recline as much but they do have seat warmers. Some of their seats are showing wear and tear. If you're looking for an easy theatre to get in and get out, this is definitely the one. For us this is the theatre that we watch movies that we do not have interest to watch on IMAX or Dolby.
