AMC Fullerton has mixed reviews and I can tell you why…read more I've come to this theater multiple times, as I am an AMC Stubs member. The theater itself is split into 2 separate theaters. If you're walking to the theater from the parking lot, the right side contains the Dine-In feature and also features newer released/popular movies, while the left side has movies that have been out for a while. The left side doesn't have the dine-in feature so just be aware, and the seats on that side are leveled to the floor, meaning they're not tiered and there are no stairs to access seating like at traditional theaters. This can create neck pain as you're forced to look up at the screen as opposed to look straight at the screen. It bothers me so much, that I purposely only try to watch newer movies here. The right side of the theater is nicer, with tiered seating (like at traditional theaters) and the dine in option. The dine in option let's you order food to your seat if you'd like, but I really enjoy it because of the TV tray and the amount of space that you get. I've been to both sides' multiple times, and I have seen multiple instances where the seats are broken. I personally haven't experienced it, but I've sat next to other people who have had a broken seat (which is no doubt terrible). The right side theater also offers alcoholic beverages if you were interested in that. Overall, I've had the popcorn and it was good and not stale. I may be lucky, but all the times I've been here, I've had a great time. I would still come back!

Today (May 10th, Sunday), I went to Regency Movie Theater in Buena Park, Orange County, with my mom…read moreand my two brothers to watch a movie. We went to see The Devil Wears Prada 2. When I checked the movie schedule online last night, I saw an 11:30 AM showtime, so we left early in the morning to make it on time. However, when we got there, we were told that the 11:30 AM showing did not have Korean subtitles. We had driven all the way there specifically so my mom could watch the movie with Korean subtitles, so we had no choice but to buy four tickets for the 1:15 PM showing, which did have Korean subtitles. While we were waiting, we bought nachos there, charged our cell phones, and relaxed for a while and had lunch in that mall. Being able to charge our phones was a huge plus. Also, one of the female employees, who was quite tall, was very kind and told us that there was a seating area toward the back of the theater. Thanks to her, we were able to sit there for a while, charge our phones, and eat our nachos. However, there were two women's restrooms inside the theater. One of them had no hand soap at all. I went and told the female employee, and she asked me, "There's no hand soap at all?" I said there was none at all. She then told me there was another women's restroom on the other side, so I went there, and that restroom did have soap. Before the movie started, I went back to the first restroom because it was closer to the theater, but even after more than two hours, there was still no hand soap at all. I was very disappointed, so I had to go to the restroom that was much farther away from the theater. Overall, this theater has a lot of good points. The staff is friendly, the seats are pretty comfortable, the theater is clean and pleasant, you can charge your cell phone, and parking is free. Also, for older people like my mom who want to enjoy the latest Hollywood movies with Korean subtitles, that is definitely the biggest advantage. However, I do have two suggestions: I hope they maintain the restrooms better. If there is no soap at all in the restroom, it does not seem right that no one refills it for more than two hours. I wish they would provide Korean subtitles for all showtimes. If that is not possible, I hope they clearly indicate on their website which showtimes have Korean subtitles and which ones do not. We came from far away, so it was very disappointing to find out that the 11:30 AM showing did not have Korean subtitles. Because of that, we ended up wasting two hours even though we had driven all the way there specifically for the Korean subtitles.

And since none of the locations answer phones, you won't be able to call and verify and instead you'll waste your time going to another location believing the employee that the other location is stocked but will end up with nothing cause it's a lie and the employee just wasted your time. Just to go an AMC, I never had any of these issues with AMC. Regal isn't worth the effort.

Well we walked in and it was already playing. Based on how long the movie is, about an hour and a half, and how long we actually watched the movie, we missed 30 mins of it at least. Idk WTF happened because the ticket said 5pm. Also, the previews here run for 25 mins. We know because we checked after the movie was over and realized how much we actually missed. So idk if they started that movie early, but there was like a whole 50 mins there where somethin didn't add up. If our movie started at 5, it really shouldn't have started until 5:25-5:30 based on the amount of ads they show. And somehow we missed 30 mins of the actual film by arriving at 5:15??? Today I went to see Supergirl with some friends and we all had a good time. I did not have time to talk to management before, so I sent an email to corporate about the specific movie auditorium and the seat number with the faulty chair after the movie and was wondering if they could do something about my ticket because I spent a good amount of money, expecting my recliner seat to work. Spoiler, they did not do anything to help and that they will just "let the movie theater know about the faulty chair" and that was it. Service was not helpful and they basically probably won't do anything about this sadly. I also hear others having the same issues at this specific movie theatre unfortunately.
