The woman who assisted us was not very friendly and told us that because the candle had been opened, we couldn't exchange it for another one. I understand having return policies, but when you purchase a $100 candle online, there's no way to smell the fragrance before opening it. I would think there could be some flexibility, especially for a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling that customer service was lacking and the attitude was unnecessarily dismissive. I've always enjoyed their products, but after this experience, I won't be returning.
