I'm only one month post op but I am loving my results!!!! I am so glad i had the strength to go through the surgery. I get major panic attacks and back out on a lot of things but not once did I have any hesitation. One of his patients posted about suffering from panic attacks. It was a very honest post that really calmed me. It even gave me strength. I thought, if she can do it so can I. The staff was so chipper on surgery day. It made me relax. I thought to myself how could I be nervous when this is just a normal Monday for them. You can tell they love being in the OR. I can't wait to see the 3 month post op results. The anesthesiologist told me he was going to give me something to relax then what felt like a few seconds they were waking me up to tell me I was in recovery and the surgery went well! Go figure! I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, breast augmentation, arm and flank lipo. Daria recommended I stay at an aftercare facility for two nights and I am so glad I did. That played a huge role for having such a speedy recovery. I was able to start walking on day two. I also elected for 2 hyperbaric oxygen sessions. Out of all the procedures I would say the breast augmentation was the most challenging because I'm still a little sore. The tummy tuck is a breeze especially if you've had a C section. All in all, I could NOT have achieved this without Dr J and his team. They had to hold my hand for the entire process. I had 10 questions per day the two weeks following surgery and I received an email as well as a follow up phone call each day to have all my questions addressed. Thank you Dr J, Daria, Alex, Dr Sha, Jeanette, Érica, the nurse who had a huge Diamond rock who placed my IV catheter. She was super sweet too! OOPS! I completely forgot to mention how incredible Dr J's bedside manner is!!! I interviewed 4 doctors and he knocked it out of the park with his comforting demeanor! That was the main reason I ultimately chose him besides his incredible photos!

From the consultation with his team and Dr. Ourian, the entire process was thorough and honest especially about what the treatment could realistically achieve, and I never felt pressured or rushed. The one-on-one consultation with Dr. Truesdale was incredibly personal--he made me feel secure, knowing that my needs and the best possible outcome were his top priorities. On the day of surgery, I was both excited and nervous. I tried to quiet my mind, but thoughts raced through my head--What if something goes wrong? What if he has an off day and I don't get his best work? My anxiety grew, but as I began to pray, a wave of calm washed over me. Dr. Truesdale walked me through the entire process, but what stood out most was his extraordinary attention to detail. Just as he was about to leave the room, he paused, took one last look at me, and questioned his markings. With a smile, he pointed out that one side of my lip was slightly higher than the other. That moment reassured me--I knew I was in the hands of a true perfectionist. When I woke up from surgery, I couldn't help but laugh--I looked like Gazoo with my head wrapped in layers of gauze! I was blessed to have Alex as my overnight nurse. She was patient, kind, and incredibly attentive--truly heaven-sent. The next morning, I returned to Dr. Truesdale's office to have the gauze removed and see my 24-hour results. I was so overwhelmed with emotion that I couldn't speak. The sagging jowls and tired eyes that had haunted me were gone. Now, three days post-op, I haven't experienced any pain--only tightness in my skin and tingling as my body heals. The entire staff has been amazing and so kind. Cleo, the surgical scheduler, and Maria have made this entire process so much easier to navigate. As I continue to recover and follow the guidelines (even when resisting the urge to bend down feels challenging), I am trusting the process. Dr. Truesdale is simply the best--he is the real GOAT! I am beyond grateful to him and his team for giving me the confidence to invest in myself.

This surgeon dismisses you if you're not happy with his work…read more I need a revision of your revision! Your Original work of Deep Plane Facelift with upper and lower eye lift, 05/2023 and was to be with fat transfer to the eyes?? You did not do surgical marking on my face before the anesthesiologist put me under anesthesia for my deep plane facelift. My eyes are Still hollow, you did not do the fat transfer on 5/2023. My hollow eyes was the reason I came to you, but I allowed you to talk me into a deep plane facelift. I specifically had Maria (your office manager ), to ask you if the upper and lower eye lift and will that come with eye fat transfer, Maria said you said yes. 1st disappointment Then had to go to your office for a revision of left side jawline 11/2023, as you started to cut open the bottom of my chin, you said "Oh, I left Fat behind". And you charged me $200 for revision of Left side only hoping that would fix it. But it did not fix the lump on the left bottom jawline still! Then 5/2024 you did another revision left jawline under local lidocaine, no charge, but charged me 8,000 for the fat transfer to the eyes/face and they are the still hallow. You was Injecting my face with lidocaine and cutting behind the ears of the left side and fat transfer to the face but you injected most of the fat to my face only 1 mil to the eyes (still hollow eyes (02/14/2026) your assistant had to tell you that you only have 1.0 ml of fat left and you still had not transferred to the eyes AGAIN. What really amaze me is that you was ready to fire me as a patient due to me not being happy with the lump left behind and hollow eyes. You dismissed my concerns. The main key that I recognized how you failed with my facelift is that you did NOT draw on my face for the surgical markings for the deep plane facelift before I lay laid down on the OR table on 05/2023. And you did not draw on my face for the 3rd revision, mostly likely because you did not make surgical markings on the first surgery. The only surgical marking you made on 5/2023 was for the upper eyelid and Not surgical markings to lower eye lid. All I ask of you is to genuinely clean up your mess you left on my face. You should have done a total revision of my deep plane facelift for the best result. You should have pictures or video of your surgical markings to my face??? Do you? You had 15K followers when I came to you and your office. You was also economically easier on the pockets than the surgeon in San Diego I would I went to if I could have afforded him 75,000. I saw your Manager Maria facelift that you did at that time was one reason I came to you in 2023. However, that was not that great of a facelift since you have now revised her entire facelift last year 2025 according to your IG posting. And now Maria looks great after two facelifts by you!!! You dismissed my concerns and results. I realized later after the surgery, you did not implement surgical marking on my deep plane facelift prior to the anesthesiologist putting me under. At that time I did not think to ask you about surgical marking for my deep plane facelift when you was implementing the surgical markings on my upper and lower eye lift, and you also failed complete fat transfer to the hollowness of my lower eyes 05/2023, which was the actual reason I came to you! My hollow eyes. Now 3/4/2026 I still have hallow eyes and now a unsymmetrical jawline of your work of a so called deep plane facelift. I feel I was your practice facelift within your own practice and you dismissed your failed work to my face 40,000 later I need a total revision @doctor.truesdale

I had not seen…read morethem since my last procedure back in 2020, so as you can imagine it felt like a lifetime had gone by and there was so much to talk about! I received a warm welcome at their brand new office. It was a pleasure to reconnect again. I am still so happy with the results of my last procedure. I had a minimal set of the permanent nose injections, perfected by Dr Kotler. My result is beautiful and looks as fresh as the day I had it done. The only adjustment I wanted to make for myself personally was to have some fullness injected into the very bottom of my nose. I used to have a very full columella, but unfortunately a DIFFERENT surgeon had completely removed it during my surgical rhinoplasty back in 2015. I've always missed that part of my nose. Dr. Kotler listened to all of my wants and also looked over the old photos I brought in showcasing my original pre-op nose (I came fully prepared this time)! Doctor was happy to oblige, and also explained how he was going to administer the filler, stating that the bottom portion of the nose requires careful planning because the blood vessels need the appropriate space to aid in proper blood flow. 4 days later...I am THRILLED with the result! It looks so beautiful and it adds a tiny, little bit of detail to my face that I really missed for so many years. It looks so great from the front, and especially the side profile. Dr Kotler has not only instilled great confidence within me...In his care, he has taught me to trust again.

He is wise, honest, kind, experienced, attentive to every detail, and he only has the BEST STAFF & Surgical Team. Dr. Kotler has the BEST Bedside manner and even gave us his personal cell phone number and answered every call. My results are BEYOND WHAT I COULD HAVE IMAGINED! I cried in his office chair when I had my first follow up appointment because I couldn't believe the BEAUTIFUL NEW NOSE that DR. KOTLER gave me! I broke my nose in the 7th grade and have endured bullying, teasing, rejection, and a very lengthy battle with my self confidence. Dr. Kotler changed all of that for me. The before and after pictures of my nose is UNBELIEVABLE! Dr. Kotler gave me a nose that was better than the 3D image we went over in his office prior to the surgery. He kept my nose NATURAL and exactly fitting for my face and that was ALL I WANTED! I have gained so much confidence in myself and I'm finally able to take pictures again! My fiancé and I spent 3 years in search of the right Surgeon to operate on my nose and when we met the staff & Dr. Kotler, I knew I was in the right place. I met with Dr. Kotler twice and both times he was so attentive to every question we had and only gave me HONEST answers. Mary handled the scheduling and was completely straight forward with me and not pushing or rushing me to do make any decision. Annette assisted me with taking my pictures and beginning the 3D pictures of what my nose will look like & for someone like myself, taking pictures was not easy, but Annette was very comforting & patient with me. The surgical center was so clean. The staff/ nurses/ Anesthesiologist were so professional, sweet, caring, and attentive. Dr. Kotler not only is a wonderful surgeon, he also invented the tubes that get inserted into your nostrils after surgery which help TREMENDOUSLY with recovery and keeping your ability to breath out of your nose. This helped my ability to recover much easier ! I was able to sleep comfortably because I can breath out of my NOSE and mouth! (As opposed to having cotton dressing in your nostrils, your throat gets so dried up while you heal and you will be miserable ). Additionally, the tubes allow you to keep your nose cleaned during the healing process which really help with decreasing the chances of infections. Lastly, when the time came to remove the tubes, Dr. Kotler applied a moisturizing liquid which allowed the tubes to be removed easily (rather than pulling cotton with dried blood). Dr. Kotler cares about making this experience as pain free and comfortable as possible and making sure that his patients are safe and walk out with the BEST RESULTS! THANK YOU DR. KOTLER! YOU COMPLETELY CHANGED MY LIFE & I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!! -Hyatt & Jeffrey
