I am aware Renner has an air/water station however it does not have a pressure gauge on it. Air pressure is a safety issue when riding a motorcycle which I was. After gas i pulled in front of the bay doors and saw the mechanic looking at me. I asked if I could get a squirt of air. He told me to go ask the person in the officeand he walked away. I walked into the office and spoke to a woman who acting as if I was bothering her. She referred me to Renner's air pump. Both people at this business are extremely rude and can't be bothered. I guess I won't be bothering to ever give them my business. It's sad as you would think a small business would have a better attitude to bring customers. I guess they don't want future customers .

Mike has been incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially understanding my financial limitations and working with me every step of the way. He has gone far above and beyond what anyone would normally expect from a mechanic. After I was involved in a multi-vehicle accident, I had no one else to call because I haven't lived in this area very long. Mike came to the accident scene, made sure my vehicle was safe to drive, and even replaced parts right there so I could get back on the road. He then cleared his schedule to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly as quickly as possible. The accident was extremely traumatic for me, and I needed more than just help with my vehicle--I needed support. Mike and every one of his employees treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. Even though they had only worked on my vehicle once before, they made me feel like family. These are stand-up men who take pride in doing the job right. They stand behind their work, they're accountable for their repairs, and they truly care about their customers. In a world where it often feels like people are only looking out for themselves, Mike and his team are a rare exception. Their integrity, character, and kindness are second to none. I would recommend Mike's Brake & Front End Repair to anyone, any day of the week. If you're looking for honest mechanics who genuinely care about people as much as they care about fixing vehicles, this is the place to go.

Here's what happened: The local Ford dealership told us our tires were worn. 7/32 tread depth in the front and 6/32 in the rear. I ordered four new Cooper tires from Tetrault. My wife took our car to have the tires installed while i was at work. The manager comes out and asks my wife if we wanted them to put our old tires in our car to take home when they install the new tires as they hadn't installed them yet. My wife was puzzled so she called me and had me talk to the manager. He explained that our tires were like new and figured we were replacing them because they were Michelin CrossClimate2 Grand Touring All-Season Tires and he thought we wanted summer tires and then rotate them back to the Michelins next winter. I told him what the Ford dealership had told me and he said, no our tires are just like new. I asked if he minded if we didn't buy the new tires even though they had them shipped to the shop just for us and they were a special size. He said no problem. I had them balance and rotate our tires.
