Friendly, fast, and professional. They did a great job repairing the back end of my brand new Subaru after it was bashed up in a hit and run just 3 months after I got it. Needless to say, I was devastated when my car got hit. But, when I got it back from NorCal.. it was like the accident had never happened! They worked with my insurance company and took great care of me. It's been months now and the repair has held up great. I hope I never have to use them again.. but if I do.. I won't hesitate to give them a call. read more

Norcal Autobody provided great professionalism and customer service repairing my car. They helped make the entire experience as painless as possible and gave me updates on the car's progress throughout the repair process. My car looks better than when I first got it. What a pleasant experience! A deer ran into my new KIA and did a lot of damage. I was bummed for both my car and the deer. From my first encounter until picking it up today, I was treated with professionalism, respect and kindness. The shop is clean and well planned. The estimate was less than expected. There was an issue with a part after they had started so they put my car back together and let me take it (it was drivable) to use until the part came in. That was a lifesaver for me. I was excitied to get my car back and just took off. After I got home I realized that they had washed my car! What a pleasant surprise. My KIA looks new again. I highly recommend Norcal Autobody. read more

I just want to say a big thank you to NorCal Autobody. While traveling for work I ripped the bumper off my car...they were able to look and it, make it drivable and will have the part by Friday to finish the repair! Thank you so much for helping me and being so responsive and generous. Amazing business! read more

Terrible work took months with no communication panels did not line up and is now rusting and clear coat is peeling stay away.

A 2 week job turned into a 6 week job. My husband needs his truck for his job so this extended time really put our family out. On top of the time that kept extending every week we NOT once received a call to let us know what was going on. My husband had to call every week to hear the status and even down to the day it was supposed to be done. They kept saying one more week or one more day and this went on for weeks. We live 3hrs away and had to pay out of pocket for a 4x4 rental bc we live rural and on a dirt road. This whole experience was negative and I will never recommend this place to anyone. We felt zero communication or respect for our time from them. read more

This bodyshop is well run and Mike really took care of us. The paint was a perfect match and my wife is very picky, she loved it. His shop is the only one we will use in Humboldt read more

Had a "crash" spot on the bumper of my beloved 2004 Zee...it was turning to rust...took it into Norcal Autobody (thanks to their amazing Office Manager, Leah Overson recommendation)...very reasonable price, quick service, and they did an outstanding job matching the red paint on a car that is 16 years old...not an easy task. Highly recommend checking with Mike or Kevin if you need work done on your vehicle.. read more

Quick, Understanding, Helpful!! Simply an outstanding business! I came in with the odd request of helping weld my f250 back together in the front end, they gladly helped and did a great job. Once finished they showed and explained all that was done, needed to be done in the future and ensured I understood everything! Would highly recommend for any auto body job! Great work! Super easy to work with too. Removed a difficult dent and repainted my Chev Duramax's trim pieces.. will definitely go back.

Our Camry tangled with a cargo trailer. It needed a new right fender, headlight, bumper cover and hood. We are very pleased with the prompt, friendly and professional job. I was VERY impressed with the perfect match on the paint. I'd highly recommend NorCal Autobody. read more

This is a great business. Customer service is over the moon. Thank you so much for my Nissan's beauty patch. Well done.

The rear bumper cover on our 2006 Honda Accord was damaged in a minor parking lot accident. We took it in to Norcal Autobody and got a friendly estimate that was very fair. The parts came in and we drove in and left the car with them. It is an hours drive into town for us. The job was finished within 2 days. The rear of the car looks like the day it was built. The unexpected bonus was that they had detailed the entire car inside and out. The car has not looked this good in quite a while. This is above and beyond what was required for customer service. They were recommended by our insurance company and handled all of the paper work. read more

WOW! They went above and beyond to help. As soon as the tow truck dropped my pickup off they went to work to protect the inside from any more damage (rain). Kept me informed and dealt with the insurance. They explained everything and were flexible with my needs. The replaced the windshield wipers with a high end item that most shops would have put on the cheapest they could get. Thank you. read more
