What a pleasant experience! A deer ran into my new KIA and did a lot of damage. I was bummed for both my car and the deer. From my first encounter until picking it up today, I was treated with professionalism, respect and kindness. The shop is clean and well planned. The estimate was less than expected. There was an issue with a part after they had started so they put my car back together and let me take it (it was drivable) to use until the part came in. That was a lifesaver for me. I was excitied to get my car back and just took off. After I got home I realized that they had washed my car! What a pleasant surprise. My KIA looks new again. Terrible work took months with no communication panels did not line up and is now rusting and clear coat is peeling stay away.

A 2 week job turned into a 6 week job. My husband needs his truck for his job so this extended time really put our family out. On top of the time that kept extending every week we NOT once received a call to let us know what was going on. My husband had to call every week to hear the status and even down to the day it was supposed to be done. They kept saying one more week or one more day and this went on for weeks. We live 3hrs away and had to pay out of pocket for a 4x4 rental bc we live rural and on a dirt road. This whole experience was negative and I will never recommend this place to anyone. We felt zero communication or respect for our time from them. read more

The rear bumper cover on our 2006 Honda Accord was damaged in a minor parking lot accident. We took it in to Norcal Autobody and got a friendly estimate that was very fair. The parts came in and we drove in and left the car with them. It is an hours drive into town for us. The job was finished within 2 days. The rear of the car looks like the day it was built. The unexpected bonus was that they had detailed the entire car inside and out. The car has not looked this good in quite a while. This is above and beyond what was required for customer service. Kept me informed and dealt with the insurance. They explained everything and were flexible with my needs.
