Neither one of us had pockets or a bag large enough to even fit a piece of clothing into so I can't even understand why we were targeted like this. It's very disappointing! We will not return. I recommend that the owner of this store work on training their staff to better oversee their customers in a manner in which they're not being profiled.

What a kind, lovely human being. All of Bob's pieces are absolutely wonderful, and because he owns the store, you are able to choose between prints, cards, and other items featuring his work...AND even some of the original pieces. Many are of a beach aesthetic, but there are others that are geared more towards pet lovers. (Dogs, in particular.) You can't really get more "unique" than original artwork, so this place is a great choice if you're looking for something really special at a very reasonable price point. Although the space is relatively small and the parking looks like it could be a little tricky during a busy season, Bungalow by the Sea is absolutely worth visiting. I only had a hour in this store before it closed. Not enough time to see everything, yet I had a pleasant time browsing items in this store. The store has a skeleton in a chair greeting you at the entrance and a meerkat as its symbol & mascot. A meerkat is a mongoose from South Africa. The lady at the shop was very kind and gave me a sticker of the shop. I saw on the sticker a meerkat dressed in Victorian clothing. Inside the store is an enchanting tea & coffee bar. After scanning the teas offered in the store to drink today, I wish I had sampled the DRAGON'S HOARD, SMOKY BLACK TEA they had. It has a blend of Black Tea, Lapsang Soushong Tea, Cocoa Nib, Allspice, Cinnamon, Cloves, Carob, Calendula, Cornflower, and Safflower. Lapsang Soushong tea is my favorite tea and has a unique smoky flavor. Very difficult to find and only in specialty high end grocery stores or teahouse places. I purchased two dragon bloodstones for $3 each before the store closed. The store's highlights: A tea & coffee bar with unique tea blends and a sitting area to drink & converse. It was the first time I ever saw and found a bone throwing divination kit for purchase in a store. It had a scan code beside it to learn how to use the bone kit as well. They offered small kits for $9.99 and large kits with an instruction book for $39.99. If you want a ready made divination kit, these are ideal. Most of the items in the store had scan codes to link you with information of the merchandise being sold. The store has an assortment of occult jewelry with Lilith sigils and rare occult symbols. I never see this in a metaphysical store. The bookshelves area has a LBGQT & Sex Magic section. Wild! The sticker with a meerkat - a great idea to give to store patrons and definitely makes the shop visit memorable with this unique memento.
