Do yourself a favor never order from them again I actually blame myself for ordering from them again. I spoke to the owner Santiago, and he specifically told me he was going to handle my order not to worry about it and that he apologized for the terrible service, I had the first time, but he's full of crap Also, all BS. I called when I placed my order and then I called two days later and he answered again, and I added to my order and then I called another day after and he answered again and added it to my order, but that was it once I paid in full for four different shipments he won't answer my phone call and won't return my text messages. Also my wife spoke to Liz and she's full of it also , she won't respond to messages or text messages. I finally got a hold of someone named Ashley through Instagram messenger and she responded once but that's it. I haven't heard from any of them since I placed my order they told me 3 weeks and it's two months now do yourself a favor like I said, do not order from them unless you don't mind waiting for your stuff and having your messages ignored I honestly don't know how they're still in business. I'm surprised nobody's actually did any harm to them from all the other reviews I've been seeing and not to mention I've heard a lot of people told me personally that they're in the same situation I am like I said do yourself a favor order from someone else preferably local someone that you could just pick up the stuff your self . Please stop before you buy anything from this company. I have watched a friend pay 4800 dollars for engraved and gold plated parts just to only receive half the order. He got light bezels engraved and gold plated but they never gold plated them. He only received the light bezels ans half moons. Hes still waiting on antennas, rear light bezels ans rear view mirrors. Im not cautioning you I'm TELLING you to not purchase from from them. Aside from not receiving parts that are paid for in full they ghost you. They will not answer their phones. They will not return calls they completely shut you off from contact while they have your money. Their are plenty of other people complaining. I did not realize how bad they were till I not only heard the comments but I have personally seen how bad they are. Note I have to have a star and I'm not trying to. Stay away I repeat stay away!!! Where should I start, well I ordered a plaque (chrome) not engraved or anything, I paid PayPal of course they took my money....6 months later I called and said they couldn't find a purchase order! Im like I have my PayPal receipt and transaction posted dates! I advised Armando Gonzales I believe is the owner of kutting anyways, I advised him that I was going to file a complaint and get my funds back from PayPal, he hesitated and said if I do that he'll be on the negative side with PayPal. He stated that he will get the plaque done for me in that week which he did! Needless to say this company does not care about you just cares about the money coming in! I called about 20 times to get an answer and nothing till I talked with PayPal and Armando. Another time I bought a pair of 64 Impala upper engraved A Arms not knowing that kutting did them. Well I received them from the seller and it look like chicken scratch, chrome peeling and all dull, he sent the receipt which he had bought a month prior to selling them to me. Also I seen the name kutting on the receipt which was why they looked like they looked! Don't do business with this company in the future. If you have done business in the past with this company and received your parts, count yourself lucky. I have not ordered from this company since 2022, fast forward to today in October 2025, I placed an order in June 2025, when they were running a 35% off promotion, and I paid them over $3,000 for parts that have yet to arrive. Out of the several time I called and asked an estimated arrival date for my parts, Ashley would tell me she would have to ask Santiago and that she would give me a call back, which I have yet received an email or call back till this day from this company. In the past they were professional and had good communication skills with the clients and would ship out parts almost immediately after orders were placed. Not sure what's going on with this company but save yourself the time, headaches, and most importantly save your money and shop and do business else where. read more

Ordered over $5,000.00 in parts to finish my car for a show . Order was placed in Early January 2023. Car show was in August. So I said that enough time to get it done. Well I tired contacting them multiple times and always the run around. Car show came and past still with no parts. I called and I was told they only had some parts. I asked what they had and if they could ship those for now. As soon and I received the parts I canceled the rest of the order as who knows when they would have it. Was not happy as we made arrangements and an agreement and they failed. I would only order something from them if they have it in stock and they send me ten tracking same day I order. Not ordering if they don't have on deck. Was disappointed as they could have made so much more money off me. But they decided that $2,800 was enough from this customer. krazy Kutting sometimes take a while to get your stuff done but then after you get it you're glad you waited imagine the engravers that have to engrave every little detail and then send it to Chrome and then like me to wait for two tone, crazy amount of work. I had a horrible experience with this business. I placed an order back in August for some parts (Steering wheel, Pedal Bars, Bumpers) for my daughters pedal car and I paid half of the amount like the guy told me to do and he told me to give him about a couple of weeks and he will contact me so I can pay the rest for him to ship my items. Mind you I had in mind to surprise my daughter for her birthday in November with her car being done. After several attempts of asking a status of my order I never received a response. After asking every other day for the status on my order the guy finally responded and told me he would ship my stuff out and a week later I didn't hear anything nor did I receive anything. Finally November came and I decided to message the guy about getting a refund on what I paid for because this was ridiculous. Yes I understand a business can get busy but the business should be honest with the customer and answer any question. Funny how after I asked for a refund I received a message right away. The guy told me the only thing that was done was the pedal bars. So I thought to myself from August till now November the only thing done was the pedal bars hmmmm interesting.. I never write reviews but this time I'm very unhappy with the service of krazy kutting...this is my second time ordering from them and yet again I'm very disappointed...my first order was a plaque that they said it will be done in four weeks...after a month I call and they told me it's still in the works ok no problem...after three months I call and they said they accidentally canceled my order they were sorry and will fix it right away and to give them three more weeks ok so now I'm get mad...a month later I call and now the said it's still in the works so I call and talk to Santiago and Express how I'm feeling and he said sorry again now 5 in a half months later I finally got my plaque...but I like the work so I order more part and gave them a second chance and now I'm in the same position I was in like last time..I order part that was supposed to be in stock...its almost three months later and I have not received nothing..this is B.S I call Santiago several time to see where is my parts that were in stock and excuse after excuse..he Guaranteed my parts will be here Friday and now it Tuesday...I work in customer service and I understand things happened but not like this I already paid for my shit and I haven't received shit...I want my money back and beware what u order from here... read more
