I'm lactose intolerant, and first thing I saw was a selection of about 8 vegan options, only one of which was a sorbet, as well as an ad for vegan whipped cream. The restaurant was bright and airy and had both indoor seating as well as some seating just outside. The staff were super friendly, and they let me try a large number of options before picking. I ended up going with coconut lime vegan ice cream, very much like key lime pie. My girlfriend got the birthday cake flavored vegan ice cream. Mine was also delicious-- it had nice pieces of coconut in it, adding extra texture, and MAN was it tasty. My girlfriend's was also super yummy- tasted to me a lot like regular birthday cake ice cream. I confess I Google'd right away to see if this store had a branch near where I live so I could frequent it, but alas, the chain is only here in the Wilmington area. So far. Cinnamon roll is a little pricey at $9.36 even at its big size. But if you pay with cash, you get a discount according to their menu. Sadly, I already paid with credit card. I didn't read that part on the menu until it was too late. The only thing the cashier person said was, if I was paying with card or cash and didn't say anything else, even when I asked her if there is a difference. Anyway, I think I was distracted because they just baked a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls right when I arrived. They were nice and warm with gooey icing. The dough itself didn't have much flavor, no buttery flavor. Luckily, the buttery icing made up for that. I wouldn't mind eating it again, but it wouldn't be my first choice for cinnamon rolls.

The only noise playing was one of the claw machine melody playing over and over with a brief break every few minutes for only a few seconds. It was a mistake to sit next to it. They have Waffle cones, ice cream sandwiches, kids menu, blended sundaes "vortex", and "stackers" which are just cups of ice cream with toppings. Sundaes start out with either vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or mint chip, then a specific type of cereal and toppings. They have some vegan flavors (chocolate chunk, cookie dough, vanilla) and sugar-free ice cream (chocolate, and vanilla). The stackers come in three different sizes either the cub (2 scoops, $9.99) as the smallest, then yeti, then avalanche. Vortex/sundaes is about the amount of "cub". I was able to try some samples of the ice cream ice cream brand is either Hershey's or bluebell. I sampled peanut butter pie, brownie batter, coffee's cookies and cream, and cappuccino crunch ice cream flavors. I wasn't into the brownie batter since the chunk of brownie in the ice cream tasted artificial to me. Ultimately went with the Alpine morning brew which is the cappuccino crunch ice cream topped with marshmallow fluff, Oreo crumbles, toffee bits, and a chocolate fudge sauce. It was deliciously sweet-loved the fresh Oreos and crunchiness from the toffee bits. Definitely felt a sugar high after eating most of it. They have a loyalty rewards system you can easily sign up for when ordering by entering in your number on the check out machine. Note there is a 3% credit card surcharge.
