We were also due for an oil change, and since we live up north, they did it it all in one day so we could get it home. It was definitely a relief having it fixed and back so soon! Just this week, they took care of my parents' Taurus by finding what was causing a weird sound under the hood. Thankfully, it was just a belt- and my parents were relieved to know it was nothing major. They do honest work and always stand behind it. They're also extremely accommodating, so it's always easy to schedule oil changes and bring the car in for service. Their mechanic, Roman, is very thorough when he does work, so you always know it's a job well done. They're also excellent at diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, so repairs/service are always done in a reasonable amount of time. We're never left hanging, because Jim (the owner), always keeps us in the loop and tells us what to expect. Their prices are extremely reasonable as well. The owner, Jim, is a stand-up gentleman and as said before, stands behind his work. My most recent experience was when my wife's SUV was hit in the parking lot of an elementary school. I immediately called Aberdeen Auto Collision and asked if I could bring the vehicle in for an estimate. I spoke with Larry, who immediately told me to bring the vehicle in. Alex assessed the damage and provided me with an estimate, which was more than fair. I also asked if they could restore/recondition the vehicle's headlights as they were becoming quite dull. In addition to the excellent workmanship and craftsmanship that this shop consistently provides, the owner and manager are outstanding people. Alex and Larry are two of the finest people you would ever want to meet. After having a rear bumper only repaired via insurance, the car immediately started overheating, engine failing, I immediately noticed that the front bumper was not the original paint, ram air scoop under engine bay was replaced with an old one, multiple engine components/adjacent components were removed and replaced with none-original parts. Over the years I continually take photos of the engine bay and have tons of evidence and videos saved in the cloud and in emails. Everything was reported to the insurance company as well. I personally did a poor attempt at trying to fix the sealing at the top of my windshield, but no avail. Went to D & M recently. Apparently a poor windshield replacement via SafeLight. It was also all rusted underneath the sealing. Cleaned out the rust / replaced the windshield (Quick turnaround, considering the holiday). They also tightened up my passenger side door, to close up all the seals, and cleaned up my poor attempt at fixing it myself. Completely satisfied.
