When she eventually served me, the entire transaction took place without a single greeting, thank you, or any other interaction. After paying, my puzzles were simply left on the counter without a bag. When I politely asked if I could have one, she visibly rolled her eyes before reluctantly placing my purchases into a bag. Customer service can make or break a shopping experience, and unfortunately this one left me feeling unwelcome and like my business was an inconvenience. As someone who purchases a significant number of puzzles and is actively involved in the local puzzle community, I was disappointed because I had hoped to support a local business. They also have some great science learning toys like a salt water/magnesium reaction powered model car. Its a science lesson and a toy at the same time! Anyway thats just one example of that type of item that they stock. The mindless toys are entertaining but your kid will get so much more out of a constructive teaching toy. The staff is super nice and helpful and the store is open Sundays which seems to be a rarity in C-Town. Highly recommended.
