It's really a shame they cannot come to la belle province, Mais c'est ca! Back 10 years ago I got my wife hooked on the lemon garlic salad dressing! To this day it's her favourite salad dressing and we try to buy a case (of 12) twice a year! They have an excellent produce selection, seafood, cold cuts, and cool sauces and house brand Farm Boy brand + and excellent bakery! I've noticed they have boned up on prepared foods and have one of the biggest selection I have seen on K-cups for Keurig! It's really a shame we couldn't have FB in Montreal as it excels at providing a different yet fresh and cool selection of different products! We will keep coming back for the salad dressing and other goods because they are so tasty and awesome!

I know they are separate but I have never been treated so poorly by that place. Only the male pharmacist is nice.... the female pharmacist should lose her job thinking she can speak to people that way. Even the techs seem like they're miserable and that you picking up your prescription is bothersome for them!! Appalling!! Moved my prescriptions and will not go back. Most of The food here is imported from Europe and traditional baked goods are found fresh on the daily. The shop is authentic and screams delicious all throughout the store. As you walk in, you are taken into the groceries fresh deli products and the lady greeted us at the start. Fresh smoked/ dried pork delights waiting to be grabbed. We asked to try and they gladly gave us a sample after we tried it we did not hesitate to purchase a large amount. They had anything you can think of fine selection of pork, beef, cheese and fish .. lots of smoked goods mmzzsm smoked salmon fillets, russian black bread , caviar, Cabbage rolls ( Golubsti) , pickled or marinate cabbage galore ( kapusta kapchonaya) dairy products and russian Chocolates. The price tag is a little high but it's imported so you pay more for the good stuff not too much more it's standard pricing for a delicatessen. They even had Pickled barrels of Pickles and green unripe tomatoes to chose from it's rare to find these now a days as everything is in a can or a jar so was pretty appreciative that they kept it served fresh this way from a barrelled jar, There's plenty of interesting and delicious sweets and dry goods imported as well. First time here and I'm happy I discovered it without My mom or grandma so now I can bring them here and help them reminisce with me as well! Wonderful place and wonderful service will definitely be back here again!!

They had lots of imported items from places like the UK, Poland, and Japan. They also have some American items that are harder to find in Canada. It's fun to poke around. Prices are a bit on the higher end, but that's the premium for rarer items. The place is bright and clean. Staff are laid back and friendly. Like every other store in the Byward Market, there's no parking, so you have to park on the street or in one of the lots/parkades.

Sweet, savoury and possibly things in between! There's a good selection of chips and candies. There's also a lot of drinks and limited edition cereals. What a blast to be in here. I think my rating is more on the nostalgia as I won't have a chance to try most of the snacks in here. Let me know what you end up trying!
