Instead of fixing the problem, he became defensive and evasive. The situation escalated when Ray entered the property without authorization, which was captured on my security cameras, went into the basement, and removed the boiler. We are now dealing with attorneys, court fees, and court proceedings as a result. He is extremely unorganized, constantly pushes jobs off, and drags timelines out endlessly.
