The service is impeccable with a staff who is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the menu and super in tune with patrons. This bar has a very cool way of crafting drinks as an ode to the relationship between Norway and the United States. It's a beautiful science of all of the senses. We had every specialty drink on the menu (except the one with the gold coin). Some places have a hard time executing on really great drinks, service, AND ambiance... this place does it all with excellence. The drinks are high quality, intentional, and amazing. The food (we had the sliders) also caught us off guard with how good it was. From our seats at the bar, George was an incredible bartender!
