It's Oslo's highest bar. So why wouldn't Jamie W. and I have a cocktail where panoramic views beckon from all sides? We worked our way up to the 13th floor of the Munch museum by studying the prolific artist's portfolio of work one floor at a time. In other words, we were quite ready to wet our whistles by the time we arrived at what looked like a high-end lounge. We ordered a couple of 169 NOK ($16.80 US) Margaritas made with tequila, cointreau, and lime juice (photo: https://bit.ly/3Rj0jEr). Securing a space that overlooked the harbor and the opera house, we were able to appreciate the Oslo cityscape for the first time. What a lovely experience before the express elevator brought us back to earth in short order.
