I ended up finding Comp-U-Ship in Royersford, and was in and out in 5 minutes. They took the monitor, packed it up for me, had me fill out the shipping slip, and I was on my way. Really nice guys, and very efficient. Also only charged me $2.50 for the packing materials! FedEx would have been close to $20. Highly recommend this place for any PC shipping needs.

We have a laptop that seemed to be plauged with problems from day one. HP wanted 200$ to fix it,…read moreand two other national stores that do repairs wanted about the same and tried to sell me a bunch of garbage that I didn't need. All of them had a 2-3 week turnaround time. Saw this place and decided to give it a shot, and I'd rather support small business anyhow. Dropped it off late one day, the next day they called and said what the problem was, quoted me a price of around 60$ for the same exact repair the national places wanted 200$ for!!! That was on a Friday, Monday they called and said it was done. These days, finding a good computer repair place is as neccessary, and just as difficult, as finding a good mechanic. Look no further, this place is friendly, honest, cheap and fast.

After a visit to "A local big-box store that has computer services" mom came home with a PC that was in absolute dire repair, with store provided bloat ware and there was nothing I could do. Which leads me to Epoch, a friend had told me about the service, so I reached out to see if they could do something local for my mom. After details were exchanged, they gave me a rough estimate of cost and away they went. After much PC cleaning, they managed to get mom up and running again and all the bloatware removed. They were very patient! I would definitely recommend them to all the remote-children out there who can't always solve the parents IT issues.
