Three times I went to CompuShip to get important documents faxed, the first time had to call party being faxed to check there fax machine, after my calling sev times, it finally went thru. Ok, maybe that wasa glitch. Second&third tines had 16 pages to fax,important paperwork that was needed AsAp, well, they tried 5-7times to the co I was sending to, only to have2go back the next day&retry, tried 4-5 diff fax numbers, would not go past page 1 or 2!!! Then they again toldme it was on the third partys fax machine, problem on their end!!!! To 4 or 5 diff faxes at the company??? Come on COMPUSHIP, I was on a strict deadline. The "head guy" says we sent a 5page test-fax to someone they knew&it went thru!!!??? Come on COMPUSHIP, your like about the only place in town to fax paperwork from, esp now that local library no longer faxes p-work!! Geta NEW FAX MACHINE OR WHATEVER!!! Wasted hours of my time, numerous phone calls to the company and was extremely frustrating!!! I had to drive to Skippack to my friend's shop and fax went thru first try, no problems, and free to boot!! Should have went there first. Never again!! If COMPUSHIP cannot "ShiP"/"fax" DONT ADVERTISE THAT U CAN!!!! Horrible experience!!! The only good thing about the place was the young guy that kept trying for me to the diff fax numbers, he was very nice and gave it a good try for me. If they cant even keepa decent fax machine or two, how canu buy a printer or a computer from them??? Oh brother!!! UPGRADE YOUR FAX MACHINES AND NO IM NOT EMAILING ALL OF MY FINANCIAL INFO VIA INTERNET, I'd really really be seriously screwed then!!! Comp-U-Ship had to give me some bad news about my laptop but they were able to look at it almost immediately and somehow turn a bad experience (laptop would be too expensive to repair) into a positive learning experience for me. Marc explained how not to run into the same problem again, and helped me make a decision about purchasing my new laptop. They also were able to help me get my irreplaceable pictures and documents off of it before I threw it away which was really important to me.
