When they started work they covered my floors and sectioned off the area they were working on in a plastic like tent. After they took out the walls and section of the ceiling they used an ozone machine (I think) to clean the air before putting the walls back. They noticed that there damage to the outside of the building and they fixed that so I think I won't have any more leaks. When the guy came back I showed him the paint i wanted to use and he matched the color of my walls perfectly. He also used killz primer in case there was any odor from moisture. I was worried that they would not be able to match the part of the floor that was taken out. They did everything and got my baseboards back on. I am beyond impressed and if i would have known about them when I had other repair work i would have gone with them. I am very happy and beyond impressed and grateful with their quality of work. The workmanship was outstanding, the price was very fair, the crew left the surrounding property in precisely the same condition as it was when they arrived, and the driveway has NEVER looked better. I have had this particular surface (120 feet long and 10 feet wide with a turnout that connects the cul de sac at the end of my private road with my Portland cement concrete driveway) occasionally sealed and coated by various, non-specified people over the years, all of whom simply stopped by and solicited the job and most of whom simply poured and spread liquid sealer from 5-gallon buckets from the trunk of a car. The lack of proper care, however, was becoming noticeable and the cracks were never properly repaired. My decision to work with a reputable, professional company this time around has made a believer out of me. Shortly after I placed the initial call to Resse's Sealcoating, Travis got back with me and scheduled an inspection and estimate just a couple of days down the road. Travis arrived on time and immediately proved to be personable, experienced, knowledgeable, willing to advise/educate, and with great humor. He recommended filling the cracks with hot, liquid rubber to be followed by what proved to be a thick layer of sealant.
