I had dinner last night and was very disappointed. When I arrived I politely ask if they offer a senior discount and her loud response was no discount, no discounts. I then noticed they went up 25% in price, and after eating, the quality went down 50% The ousters were tiny and slimy, the peel and eat shrimp were tiny and not worth the effort of peeling and cleaning. The crab legs were the smallest I've ever seen and over cooked. Next was the sushi which was sitting 2 to 3 days and was old and dry. The rest of the buffet was luke warm at best. At $27 there are too many other buffets to eat. I won't be back. read more

I'd say, for $25 for AYCE dinner, this is a pretty good spot. They have a huge array of sushi, a stir fry section where you can choose your raw ingredients to be cooked, a long section of prepared items like Mongolian beef (Very good) & tempura shrimp. There's also a small carving station which said Steak which looked to be cooked medium rare. Didn't look steakhouse level but this isn't a steakhouse. The seafood and vegetable/fruit area was stocked ok with a pile of crab brought out this Tuesday night. The shrimp and mussel bowl was almost empty at 7 pm. Hot n Sour soup was good but Miso was a bit bland. Overall it's a good place for the price if you haven't eaten all day and want to fill up with some decent food. Ok if the hand of the almighty were to smite all lesser Chinese restaurants this may be the only one left standing! We have relentlessly searched for decent Chinese food the the north Broward burbs and Boca to no avail. I can not comment on the sushi as I no longer partake. The Chinese side was tasty. Very nice orange chicken, hot and sour soup that exudes both qualities eponymous to the dish! Everything to be clean and tidy and a ver generous selection. Although this buffet had amazing Covid-19 measures, such as requiring disposable gloves to be worn while getting food and mandating masks, the food was horrible. The service was good and we were seated very quickly and the lady was friendly. Despite the good service and covid measures being taken, there was flies swarming around the dessert which was highly disappointing. The sushi tasted old as if it was made awhile ago and some of the other food didn't taste good as well. Overall, I was really disappointed with the restaurant and would not go back. read more

I'm giving them a poor rating because I had stomach surgery a year ago and I'm limited on the amount of food I can intake, so I have a medical card that allows me to eat from the kids menu. When I present the card to the host/manager she said they cannot take it. I think it's pretty foolish to pay for a full plate. They rather me pay full price verses the child price to accommodate. My family will not be eating here ever again nor will I recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

Beef short rib is not good, it might look good but it doesn't taste good, you need to stop putting too much soda powder to make the meat soft. It is soft but it destroy the taste of beef. NY strip steak was not bad, if they can be more medium rare that will be perfect. It was Sunday dinner and I don't see Uni sushi all night, if you are looking for Cajun style seafood the one you see in the picture you won't find it. Hibachi selection are lacking. Nothing surprise me here and doesn't look impressing. Overall hot food selection is great and I have no complaint there. Indoor decoration is beautiful and amazing. Brand new Asian buffet. Chinese (Fujianese) ownership. Sushi is of decent quality for a buffet although nothing really outstanding. The hibachi area has fairly decent steak, shrimp and chicken as well as veggies and the chef cooks it fresh. The Chinese food area is quite extensive and has Hong Kong style fried crab and salt and pepper fried shrimp among a large number of Chinese American stuff. The snow crab was good, was not not freezer burned. Peel and eat shrimp looked good, i tried the oysters, they were just ok. Desserts are typical prefab Chinese buffet stuff with sugar and marshmallow icing. Ice cream isn't bad. I'd put it on par with a place like Santos. Price is right. read more

Had dinner here this evening prior to ordering take out/delivery from them. I couldn't have been more pleased and happy with the experience. The restaurant in general has extensive seating available and was impeccable clean. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Food was full of flavor and served at the appropriate and perfect temperatures (they have hot and cold, so I didn't want to express it was "hot"). 5 STARS!!!! Service and quality of food are both top notch! The decor is modern and elegant. There's plenty of sushi and sashimi to choose from. They even make their own house specialty rolls which are delicious. Side note: The hibachi chef is the same nice guy that worked at Shinju's hibachi station in Coral Springs before they closed down. I was very happy to see him again. :) Again, food quality is amazing and there's something for everyone. There's a grill station with delicious steaks, corn on the cob and grilled veggies as well as hot food stations with chinese food offerings and of course dessert. The servers are really friendly and attentive. The restaurant is currently offering 20% off dinner for their grand opening so get in there as soon as you can to redeem this offer! AMAZING!! Sushi buffets are my guilty pleasure but after eating here there was no guilt. Best sushi buffet I've ever had and I am a sushi buffet connoisseur(no shame lol) This place hands down has the best buffet sushi rolls ever! Their signature rolls are better than any of the sig rolls in a regular sit down sushi restaurants in the area. Tuna nacho was great! Tuna tataki was phenomenal! The hibachi chef was from shinju that closed down and if you remember that place they had BOMB hibachi. Was nice seeing my old friend at this new place and knew it was going to be good. My friend told me there was a new Japanese buffet serving Uni. I went there Saturday night with my husband. They close at 10:30 pm. We were there almost 10 pm. However, the sushi chef is so friendly and nice . He freshly made me so many pieces uni and ikura sushi. I was not disappointed, the uni is super sweet and fresh.The selections are huge from the sushi to hot food. The quality of the food are much higher than I expected. Definitely my favorite all you can eat sushi place around this area. The service is great and love the ambiance. The only issue I had was last night at dinner the one thing I was looking forward to eating was the salmon sashimi. On our first round at the buffet I was able to grab some, however the next time I got up to get more they never refilled it. I inquired to the sushi chefs behind the counter and they said they were getting to it. So I grabbed other stuff, sat down and waited.. and waited.. and waited... and it was never refilled and that was at least 15 minutes. So I decided to move on and we had dessert and left probably about 20-30 mins later and I took a look back at the buffet and the salmon sashimi was still not refilled very disappointing and it was the one thing I looked forward to. I think for buffet sushi for dinner no station should ever be left empty especially for 15 mins or more. This has also happened when I went there for lunch on a separate day. There were some stations left empty for an extended amount of time. If I'm spending over $30 for buffet on a busy night, the stations should always be full. I'll try this place again but if this keeps happening I'll have to find another sushi buffet. read more

Came here for lunch because I had read some of the reviews and it was a new sushi buffet that opened up near me. The outside is a little deceiving. Once yoU walk inside the place is very nicely decorated. So I had read that this place was like the original santos. In my opinion it isn't. The food is ok. The sushi was a good portion a lot of rice though. There was one thing I really liked and it was the fried won ton topped with fish and spicy mayo. They do have deserts similar to santos with the fried donuts and condensed milk. Again they were good not great. I didn't try the hibachi options so might have to go back and try it or maybe come for dinner and see how the dinner is compared to the lunch. read more

I was so very disappointed with this place. Food has no taste whatsoever. All food items were put together cheaply. For the price I would expect something to taste good. The sushi rolls, the hot foods, the hibachi, it was all fresh and yummy. Extremely fresh food and a large variety to choose from. The inside is clean and the employees are friendly. Buffets always just kind of creeped me out from all the people that come into contact with the food and the uncertainty of not knowing how long things have been sitting there for. Well this experience solidified that in weird ways... it was time for dessert and they had ice cream as I was walking over to the ice cream station I see a little boy about 7 years old helping himself to ice cream with no adult assistance near by. I see him take the ice cream scoop and start using that as his personal spoon I immediately notified the staff and they were on it right away! They bought out brand new tUbs of each flavor and now I'll only eat ice cream from a Buffet if it is fresh overall good experience!
