A crew came and covered my lawn with compost and seed in October of 2017. When spring of 2018 arrived, I had a lawn of dandelions and not much else. I was told in a voice message that they would keep at it until I was satisfied. I had not answered the phone so I had a recording of their reply. I was told various reasons by various people why their first attempt did not take. Since I understood that they would be working on my lawn, I hired them to mow and trim so that they would not have to coordinate their work with another mowing service. They received two stars based on the quality of their lawn maintenance service. For the most part, it was done well but there was always places that were not trimmed and aspects of the service that were requested but were inconsistently performed. Come October of 2018, their second attempt at my lawn took place. It was done quite differently than the first application but I was told that this would be successful. Spring of 2019 arrived and some grass finally showed itself but there were many bare spots. Once again I contacted them and was told that they would be working on it. With the exception of an aeration, nothing else seemed to be done. Once again I hired them to mow and trim. At no time did I see any type of work to improve the condition of the lawn. On October 1st, I contacted them and said that apparently they feel they have done all they could so their work at providing a lawn was over. I was told that they were just about to come and do something. At that time I also told them that I no longer needed their mowing and trimming services. Again, that was October 1st. Instead, unbeknownst to me, they were continuing their weekly mowing service. I contacted them and reminded them that I had terminated that service on 10/1. I was then presented with an invoice for four weeks of mowing service that was done after I had specifically cancelled. Between the lawn treatments and the mowing services, I have spent thousands of dollars and have very little to show for it. Draw your own conclusions. After three days they begin sending you past-due notices, although they themselves take a week after the service to send the bill. Even worse is that they aren't capable of receiving modern payments like direct-deposit and they are slow at processing checks they receive. So I sent a check the day I received the invoice, told them that it was on the way (twice), and today, 9 days after the invoice was delivered to me, I got a notice that they are sending me to collections. We've been customers for 15+ years and I've been OK but not thrilled with the service, but they are cancelled now.

I called Atlantic to pick up some tree limbs from a storm. I had some long branches about 1-2"…read morethick that fell. I've had trouble getting tree services. I expected them to grab the limbs and leave. To my surprise they blew all the twigs and raked up even the small stuff from the back and front. They cut up the longer branches. They were polite, quick and respectful of my property. I have my yard back thanks to Atlantic.

I didn't know anything about this type of thing so, unfortunately, thought they knew what they were doing since they were hired by a landscaper(also very poor workmanship) who was hired by my builder(excellent). I was SO wrong. After 3 years of having nothing but problems with the system, I just finished spending thousands of dollars to have a reputable company come in and totally revamp the system. After speaking numerous times with the foreman, he clearly informed and showed me all the things that were done improperly and the poor quality of materials used. DO NOT hire this company do anything regarding irrigation. You will live to regret it on so many levels. They might do okay on other services they provide but I can honestly give you a first-hand review on how qualified they are to do irrigation systems. I'd like to say you get what you pay for but I didn't even get that. I would give them a negative star rating if I could.
