They waived the gas detector around for 5 minutes and nothing. So while I had them, I asked for a quote for a tankless water heater to kill two birds and never got that. The BILL was $331!!!!!! I could have bought several gas detectors for that price. Not only that, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them several times (once on 12/24/25 and then again on 2/12/26) to verify they coded the bill right and they refused to return my call and just started jacking on service charges to the bills. The crappy thing is, I had to find this out on my own. The guys shut off the valve. Then never turned it back on. So when I went to turn it on, it flooded the valve box. Called that company and they advised it could've cracked due to another cause (but that's another review for later) getting no help from the egress contractor, I called TCI, they were busy, but said they could get out in two days, they were courteous, accommodating, did quality work, for a reasonable price. They were on time, diagnosed the issue straight away and completed the job quickly (2 hours) I got the bill about a month later. Very reasonable!! Would highly recommend!

I expected them to grab the limbs and leave. To my surprise they blew all the twigs and raked up even the small stuff from the back and front. They cut up the longer branches. After speaking numerous times with the foreman, he clearly informed and showed me all the things that were done improperly and the poor quality of materials used. They might do okay on other services they provide but I can honestly give you a first-hand review on how qualified they are to do irrigation systems. After three days they begin sending you past-due notices, although they themselves take a week after the service to send the bill. Even worse is that they aren't capable of receiving modern payments like direct-deposit and they are slow at processing checks they receive. So I sent a check the day I received the invoice, told them that it was on the way (twice), and today, 9 days after the invoice was delivered to me, I got a notice that they are sending me to collections. We've been customers for 15+ years and I've been OK but not thrilled with the service, but they are cancelled now.
