She tells me she can't provide one without seeing the tree. I tell her it's a normal sized tree in a residential back yard, and i'm not looking for a verbal contract, just a ballpark range for their services. She repeats her prior statement, with obvious disgust and frustration in her voice, that their crew has to come out and inspect before any estimate can be provided. Really? I'm sure people call for this sort of occurrence all the time and you can't give me a range of typical prices? I called the guy who mows my lawn and he took care of it the same day for $900.

They were friendly, accommodating, and by far the best price. I wanted to keep much of the wood from my tree and they willingly cut the tree trunk and branches into manageable pieces. They even cut a giant stump I had in my yard from another tree into pieces when I requested it without hesitation or extra charge. And to top it off they let my two year old help clear the branches off the grass, which made his day. I highly recommend this company!
