Have tried 4 times to get services corrected, and now gross errors have set in, we are notified when we are not getting service, not notified for other services being performed, one time misquitto spray was a liquid, the other was a gas vapor, one lawn treatment would be hand applied by sprayer, the next by a riding tractor and over spray occurred - other areas of the lawn were not treated because the tractor did not fit - lawn was aerated and overseeded this season on July 31 which is 5 weeks too early for central illinois. Sadly, we have decided the weeds are going to win, and we have stopped all of our services - sad thing, as they used to do such a great job. Be wary. All is not greener on the other side.

I finally sent a note saying that I was disappointed that they weren't able to come to our appointment. Their only response was that they were delayed by rain on another job. Delay for rain I understand. Failing to call to cancel or reschedule an appointment I do not understand. They might be the best guys in town, but if they don't communicate well, that doesn't bode well for them doing what I actually want them to do.

They were friendly, accommodating, and by far the best price. I wanted to keep much of the wood from my tree and they willingly cut the tree trunk and branches into manageable pieces. They even cut a giant stump I had in my yard from another tree into pieces when I requested it without hesitation or extra charge. And to top it off they let my two year old help clear the branches off the grass, which made his day. I highly recommend this company!
