There is another concession stand that sells some Asian food, slushies and boba tea on one end of the beach in the parking lot. Not sure what their hours are for either place. There is a nice walking path made of blacktop I believe. People of all ages were there and many going into the water, some building castles in the sand and others floating or playing frisbee in the water. No glass containers are allowed btw. But, we carried our cooler and snacks with us. It's very clean and the sand is so soft. Popped up the umbrellas for a little shade and towels out for reading. I didn't see it but one of my kids said there is a section for dogs. I did see a sign for the regular part of the beach that said dogs allowed on a leash from 6-10 am. Easy breezy parking and lots of it including overflow parking. Parking is so close to the beach makes hauling stuff not too difficult. Had a great time and everyone was very respectful.
