Update from friday…read more.. I am following up on my complaint from Friday. You called me, did not leave a schedule on what time you closed. I called back after my shift ended and I left a message with an operator. She said someone was going to call me back today. As of 12:58pm today no one called me back, therefore I decided to call in. The person who took the call said Manger Julie was going to call me back. I asked for an ETA as I am working too and I take calls. She, in a rude way answered that she did not know could be between 20 minutes up to 1 hr. I asked if she could have the manager text me before she called so I could make sure I could take the call. She did did not sound too happy about this but said she would tell her. There was no empathy and I did tell her she did not have to be rude about it. Then she said she was sick. I am a lead myself and I also have been sick but I do show empathy when I or my company causes the problem. It is 2:38pm and I have not recieved a call back yet.

They have no online cancellation which is crazy. Had to call to cancel and they hung up so that they could continue to deliver. If you forget to put your bottles out they just give you more and they stack up. Then try to put 5 out and they give you 5 more and charge you extra. I finally had to dispute my credit card to get them to stop and that worked. I reported this also to the FTC for making it difficult to cancel.

The woman who took our call obtained information from us, NEVER ONCE explaining that Culligan would pull a credit report on us. When we presented ourselves to the location in Fon du Lac, this woman (who never gave her name - just said she was a manager; had red hair) was extremely rude. When we asked why she didn't tell us she was pulling a credit report, she of course said she did, and that she remembered the telephone conversation 'differently', and informed us there was nothing she would do for us. This employee lied through their teeth, was indifferent and hostile towards potential customers. We moved our business to Kats Culligan in Plymouth, and were given exceptional service. This rude individual is going to lose more business for you, and should be fired. We'll be passing the word along to AVOID CULLIGAN in Fon du Lac.
