Update from friday…read more.. I am following up on my complaint from Friday. You called me, did not leave a schedule on what time you closed. I called back after my shift ended and I left a message with an operator. She said someone was going to call me back today. As of 12:58pm today no one called me back, therefore I decided to call in. The person who took the call said Manger Julie was going to call me back. I asked for an ETA as I am working too and I take calls. She, in a rude way answered that she did not know could be between 20 minutes up to 1 hr. I asked if she could have the manager text me before she called so I could make sure I could take the call. She did did not sound too happy about this but said she would tell her. There was no empathy and I did tell her she did not have to be rude about it. Then she said she was sick. I am a lead myself and I also have been sick but I do show empathy when I or my company causes the problem. It is 2:38pm and I have not recieved a call back yet.

They were fine at first as I was getting fluoridated water which J could not get elsewhere. When…read morethey stopped supplying that I found I could get the same at Walmart for half the cost. They have no online cancellation which is crazy. Had to call to cancel and they hung up so that they could continue to deliver. If you forget to put your bottles out they just give you more and they stack up. Then try to put 5 out and they give you 5 more and charge you extra. I finally had to dispute my credit card to get them to stop and that worked. I reported this also to the FTC for making it difficult to cancel.

Worst service we have ever had, and we have been with Culligan over 15 years. When we moved to the…read morearea, we called to inquire about delivery. The woman who took our call obtained information from us, NEVER ONCE explaining that Culligan would pull a credit report on us. When we presented ourselves to the location in Fon du Lac, this woman (who never gave her name - just said she was a manager; had red hair) was extremely rude. When we asked why she didn't tell us she was pulling a credit report, she of course said she did, and that she remembered the telephone conversation 'differently', and informed us there was nothing she would do for us. This employee lied through their teeth, was indifferent and hostile towards potential customers. We moved our business to Kats Culligan in Plymouth, and were given exceptional service. This rude individual is going to lose more business for you, and should be fired. We'll be passing the word along to AVOID CULLIGAN in Fon du Lac.

No mention about a refund of my prepaid amount and one week's prior notice. I had to call to find out what was going on and they blamed corporate. Typical of their usual poor customer service. They're only concerned with money -- and they nickel and dime you for everything and you never know what's included and what's extra. I had been a customer for 17 years. No more. What can be said about water? Or a company which deals in water?…read more Well, let's see. About five years ago, I bought my current home. In the basement, there was a faded, lime-green water softener brine tank and recharge tank. It was "antique" - but wasn't in use (it had been bypassed). There on the front of that brine barrel was the logo for Fox Water. Since the tank was so old (30 years or more), I figured Fox Water might have been long gone - and I stared at it every day for two years before finally looking them up for an estimate on removing it and replacing it with something useful. Even though it was a few years ago, the conversation on the phone stands out in my memory as the thing that sold me on hiring them. It's a family-owned and operated business - and they really know their stuff. The price for a new water softener was agreeable and the experience of "water softener sales and service" was as titilating as it sounds. Now I have soft water, which makes everything about my life a little bit better. But wait, there's more... A little over a year ago, we heard some disturbing news about some of the wells in Madison - that there were chemicals in some of the wells, but they were "within acceptable limits". Our concern (and our desire for tastier water) led us to buying bottled water (for a dispenser) from Fox Water. I choose to run the empties back to Fox Water every month or so, and lug the full ones home and into my basement for storage. Just yesterday, I stopped in to drop off the empties and pick up some full jugs - and the chap who loaded my water in my truck complimented my baby for being awesome. Their price for bottled water (from Nicolet) is very reasonable - they're always friendly when I stop in - but when you compliment my baby, congratulate me on being a dad and shake my hand? Sold. Customer for life.
