After contacting him today (3 weeks later), he stated since we were a last minute request (which we were obviously not), that we would have to wait several more days as well as stating the expense for pumping went from $175 to $225! Unfortunately, he was unwilling to assist in getting our tank pumped and had a poor attitude towards the ordeal. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend trust Bill (Dundee Septic) any further than I can throw him...

Today, over 3 weeks later, the tanks were still full with the mound just installed and after contacting him, he indicated he wouldn't be able to get to us for several more days as we are a last minute request, to which I reminded him that he indicated we were on the list (which he couldn't explain) and that the county supervisor contacted him to mandate a pumping, reminding him that I previously requested a pumping. During our conversation, he also indicated that his price for pumping went up nearly 25% from what we were initiall for an unexplained and justified reason. He offered no apology or remediation and for this issue, I would not recommend.

The fact that a Rural employee was rude to my wife on the phone is the least of their problems. We…read morecalled them last winter to empty our septic tank. They came and said they could not find the tank cap because of the snow and said they would come back and empty it in the Spring, but asked that we pay in advance, which we did ($163). In the Spring, they came back and still could not find the cap and therefore could not empty the system. They sent us a bill for $200, which my wife paid under threat. We subsequently called another service, which immediately found the cap and provided the service. Judge for yourself.
