Not having a real clue about who to go with I called several different home inspectors, but Mark was the quickest to get back to me and very accommodating with my schedule needs so I went with him. I am very glad I did. He showed up right at the planned time, and spent a lot of time with me patiently answering all my questions, going all over the outside of the property, up on the roof, in the attic, opening electrical boxes, explaining each system in the house, and thoroughly going over each room. He took pictures of all the issues he found and i got a great report with notes and pictures for anything that he suggested addressing. This was very helpful as it is hard to remember everything that gets pointed out or exactly what it looks like.
