If you think this is anything other than spectacular there is something wrong with your pallet. Be aware, their main sign at the road is currently broken/missing anything that says their name. The front of the premises when you first walk in the door is actually a grocery store - the restaurant is in the back. There is a ginormous, easy to read (and understand) list of recommended bowls. Keep in mind you can customize whatever you like! Or ask the staff to make you their favorite bowl.....put their favorite combo of sauces on your custom bowl....etc. etc. I DESPISE ginger, and as I get older, the number of carbohydrates consumed and the size of my pants seem to correlate, so I always hold the ginger & grains and get all mixed greens as the base of my bowl. Their raw, cubed fish has always been exceptionally fresh.
